My Geeky Secretary's
14 Abe And Rania

Rania suddenly awakens from sleep and is shocked to discover the dark CEO's room. He rubbed his eyes and stared at the wall clock.

At 21:24

"Geez, I overslept," cried Rania patting the eel and sitting upright on the sofa.

Rania immediately ran to her office to pick up a bag and reached for a phone that ran out of battery. He sighed disappointed because at this time his phone could not be invited to work together to contact Ajeng.

It struck Rania's mind to use the office phone to contact Ajeng that she would be home for the night, but the intention was undone and chose to go home soon.

The footsteps of Rania down the office hallway was clearly heard in the silence of the night. Several times Rania turned her head around while speeding up the pace.

Honest office atmosphere at night is very quiet makes the nape of Rania bristled. Although Rania knew there was a guard standing guard but as far as she went there was not a single guard in sight.

Rania is in the elevator that takes her to the lobby. Just as the elevator doors opened, Rania was shocked to see someone standing right in front of her.

Moreover, the person is playing the phone so that the light from the gadget screen shines from under the face and gives the impression of horror.

The man looked up from the phone he was playing on and only then did Rania realize that the man was Abe.

"Abc! You surprised me to know!" grouse Rania.

While Abe only scratches his head that does not itch while chuckling.

"sorry. You want to go home?"

"No. I want to stay the night" Rania said, upset with Abe, who was clear that he was coming home.

Abe grinned displaying a row of his teeth. Then pull Rania's hand, "Come, I'll take you!"

"Eh, wait! You came here just to take me home?"

Abe nodded in response as they walked in unison toward Abe's parked car.

Rania herself could only sigh with her head bowed when she realized that Abe was paying more attention to her. Though Rania expects Aiden who came to take her home.

"But why do you know I'm still in the office?" Rania asked but Abe quietly did not answer.

Abe had orders from Aiden not to tell him that Aiden had told him to pick up Rania.

"Oh, there's an important file left in the office. So I came here to pick it up and accidentally met you at the elevator door" Abe said, which was a big lie.

However, Rania nodded in confidence in Abe's reasoning.

Along the way home, Abe occasionally glanced at Rania who was sitting pensively with a lethargic look. In a small heart, Abe felt sorry for Rania.

No day without a scolding from the spicy mouth of Mr. Aiden Abhimanyu.

"If you want to cry, cry!" abe suddenly said.

Rania snorted, "Who would cry."

But the next second…

"Hhuuaa, Abc!"

The cry that Rania had been holding back from earlier finally broke down as well. He was crying and sobbing all over in Abe's car.

After a while passed, then Rania could control herself, although still as much as she wanted, but the feeling in the chest slightly improved.

Rania picked up a piece of tissue that was on top of the dashboard of the car to wipe away any traces of tears on the cheeks.

"It's okay. Crying doesn't mean you're weak" Abe said with focused eyes on the car.

Rania's cry broke again. He remembered the cruel treatment of Aiden and Bella cs who turned out to be two-faced.

"Let's just say you're throwing shit. After all your misfortunes are over, then all you have left is your luck," Abe continues to advise Rania not to give up easily.

Until the arrival of Abe's car in front of a minimalist house painted in white. In front of the house, there was Ajeng waiting for Rania with an anxious look.

As soon as Rania got out of the car, Ajeng immediately greeted warmly with a hug for Rania. The anxiety that had been haunting Ajeng was instantly gone.

Then, Ajeng glanced into the car through the window whose glass was half-dropped down.

"Son Abe, as a sign of gratitude for driving Rania home, how about dinner first," Ajeng said softly.

Abe smiled as he moved his hand subtly refusing.

"No need, Auntie."

"Oh come on, Auntie's been cooking macaroni chicken soup."

"My mother's macaroni chicken soup is delicious," Rania chimed in.

"Hm, fine if you insist," Abe smiled softly and continued. "Feeding for free."

Ajeng, Abe and Rania enter a simple house that is not so spacious but looks neat and clean. Abe waits in the living room while Rania changes clothes and Ajeng prepares dinner.

Abe rolled his gaze around observing the row of photos on the wall, then subconsciously his lips extended a smile.

Observing the photos one by one. Where there are many portraits of Rania as a child along with a girl who is very similar to Rania.

Abe concludes that the girl is Rania's sister. After being satisfied to observe the photo, Abe suddenly frowned realizing there was one thing stuck in his mind.

Abe realized that all of that only showed Ajeng, Rania, and one younger sister. No male figure was a portrait of Rania's father.

Makes Abe wonder where Rania's father is?

Um.

Deheman's voice made Abe jump and look quickly at Rania who was apparently already standing behind him.

"Abc, what are you doing?"

"It's okay. I'm just looking for your father's figure in this row of photos" Abe said honestly.

"Oh," Rania said casually. "Mom didn't keep a picture of Dad."

"Why?" the question just slid from Abe's mouth.

Although Abe knows there are only two possibilities that Rania's father has died or maybe both of Rania's parents have divorced.

Rania took one step closer to the display of her family photos. His gaze changed when he remembered his father.

"Mom and Dad are divorced for a long time. Mother who got the right to take care of me and Thalia, while Dad went to the Netherlands and since then we do not know any news of Dad," said Rania who then smiled bitterly.

Abe becomes guilty of asking something that makes Rania even sadder.

Soon, dinner began. The four of them - Abe, Ajeng, Rania and Thalia - ate in a circular sitting.

Abe ate with gourmand. Besides because he had not had time to eat dinner, Ajeng cuisine was very suitable on Abe's tongue, making him want to continue to add again and again.

Abe suddenly stopped chewing when Ajeng suddenly asked, "Rania, where are your glasses?"
