10 Crushed In Pieces

Rania was glued to the spot. He is still not aware of what has happened. Especially Abe's words before the man left.

Rania's forehead shriveled, thinking for a moment. Then he gasped after realizing one thing.

"That means, me and Boss Aiden are you? We're officially dating? It's not a dream, is it?" Rania asked herself in a tone of disbelief.

Then Rania slaps her own cheek to prove that what is happening is not a dream. 

"Aw, sick. It means it's not a dream. Yes."

Rania pranced cheerfully, a smile splattered on her lips and a happy hue radiated from her face. Rania did not expect that Aiden welcomed her love like what Rania had always dreamed of.

Meanwhile, in the meeting room, everyone focused on the meeting except for Aiden who was pensive with blank stares and occasionally massaged the base of his nose. She never thought about the kiss she gave Rania.

How could I kiss that geeky girl? I even did it twice. No. gabe. There's no way I'm in love with Rania.

Aiden continued to deepen, thinking about the incident earlier.

"So, what do you think of this, Mr Aiden?" ask Bella who is sitting next to Aiden.

Aiden. Not aware if Bella asked and also everyone's gaze was on her.

Until finally Bella patted Aiden's arm softly which made the man slightly jerked in shock. Aiden instantly regained his senses and glanced at everyone who was staring in astonishment.

Bella knew that Aiden had not been focused on meeting and there must be something her master was thinking about.

"Sir, what's wrong? Is Mr Aiden sick?" bella asked attentively.

Aiden shook his head without speaking anything.

Abe, who was also in the room, understood what was causing Aiden to not focus on the meeting this time. He knew because he had also experienced the feeling of falling in love and kasmaran.

Mr. Aiden must still be ringing kiss with Rania earlier. Abe murmured inwardly as he gave a faint smile.

Seeing Aiden who was silent, made Abe take the initiative to lead the meeting. While Aiden only responded with a nod of his head a sign he approved of whatever was the outcome of the meeting.

Honestly, Aiden simply could not focus on the meeting this time around. His mind floated up imagining how greedily he kissed Rania.

Until finally the meeting ended, Aiden immediately rose from his seat and became the first person to walk out of the room with Bella trailing behind him.

Bella had to walk half a run to compensate for Aiden's long strides towards her room.

"Mr Aiden, are you okay? It seems that Master is not well. Do I need to call the Abhimanyu family's personal doctor?" Bella asked attentively.

Aiden was silent and did not respond at all. Even Bella's words were not heard by Aiden.

"Take Rania into my room now!"

That was all Aiden said before he finally walked into the study. Leaving Bella riveted in place.

Bella's forehead shriveled. Hearing the name of Rania mentioned, Bella concluded that the geeky girl must have caused more trouble.

Bella sighed and went to her room where Rania was sitting with her own smile. Slowly Bella approached Rania with a astonished look.

Rania gasps, realizing that Bella is at her desk, and smiles again.

"I'm so happy that I was able to date Boss Aiden" Rania said with a smile that never faded from her lips.

Bella's forehead is shrinking. Of course, Bella does not believe just that Rania will say. Even Bella thinks Rania is just hallucinating.

Where could Aiden be dating Rania. A geeky woman like her? The only one who deserves to be Aiden's girlfriend is me. There's nothing else. Bella's mind looked at Rania.

"Oh yes, you were called to Mr. Aiden's room," said Bella in a lazy tone.

Rania was delighted. "really? All right, I'll be there."

Rania's footsteps were so light as she sauntered towards Aiden's room. The door of the room was half open so he directly entered without knocking on the door.

Aiden looked back at Rania. The sturdy man was standing by the glass window while staring at the view of the tall buildings.

Rania walked slowly without making a sound and instantly closed the man's eyes from behind. A smile was imprinted on Rania's lips, thinking Aiden would warmly welcome her.

However, Rania's smile disappeared instantly as Aiden just threw Rania's hand violently. 

Aiden turned to look at Rania. Highlight the sharp eyes he lay on Rania who was now shriveling in fear like a rabbit about to be pounced on by a tiger.

"Don't be so presumptuous! I'm the boss here," Aiden snapped until it was clearly visible veins around his neck.

"Sorry, Boss. Not that I meant to be presumptuous, but can we not be too stiff? We're dating, aren't we?"

Aiden snorted violently along with a grin that rose on his thick lips. 

"Dating?"

Rania nodded her head slowly even though she could feel something she was not wearing.

"When did I say we were dating?" ask Aiden so coldly.

Indeed Aiden did not say they were officially dating, but a kiss that happened a few hours ago has revealed everything. Or maybe Rania who too quickly concluded.

Rania was speechless, drifting in her own mind. He was also confused about the clarity of their relationship status.

"I don't love you. Until anytime. So, never assume you are my girlfriend," Aiden said with great emphasis in every word.

Rania was stunned and her eyes began to glaze over. He bit his lower lip a sign of being holding back an unbearable pain feeling in his chest.

"Then what did that kiss mean, boss?"

"The kiss meant nothing at all" Aiden said.

Rania looked up at the glare of sharp eyes that did not change for a second. Then he took a deep breath to control his emotions. Even though it's heavy.

"But that was my first kiss, Boss," Rania said in a raucous voice wanting to cry.

"Yes, I also know it's first for you" Aiden grinned and sneered. "Your kiss was clearly stiff and inexperienced."

Rania could no longer endure the turmoil within the chest. He clenched the hand he really wanted to use to slap Aiden.

One clear bulb fell from the tip of Rania's eye across the cheek and emptied into the jaw. Rania took one step forward replying to the sharp gaze of the man who had made her heart break into pieces.

"How can the Boss say my kiss is stiff while the Boss himself enjoys it?" rania asked without letting go of Aiden's face.
