We Stupid?

"Sorry, Sir. This time I cannot accept your offer even though the rewards I will receive are huge in number. Not because I don't appreciate your generosity but this decision is too risky. I don't want to get in trouble anymore either. I want to fix everything and not repeat the same mistakes" Otis said. The man pushed the brown envelope containing the money on the table. It was clear that the man was not at all interested in the new job offer offered by Mr. Abraham.

"You sure you're going to reject it? Just think about it before you refuse this new job." Mr. Abraham still did not want to receive the envelope that Otis had rejected. "I won't offer it a second time. Didn't you and Yolanda love each other all this time? Why is it that now when I intend to unite you two you choose to retreat instead? Aren't you serious about him?"

Otis was silent for a moment. He also did not want to talk wrong. "Because you are my employer and I know that you still love Mrs Yolanda even though you and Mrs Yolanda are divorced."

"Wouldn't I have been your employer before, but you still decided to approach my wife until our relationship ended." Abraham sipped the coffee in front of him.

But you kept telling me until I finally became the hero in front of Yolanda. Otis, I'm not young anymore. It is not worth my life to stop here. Maybe a good-bye between us was the best way for us. I will focus on my career. All this time I've been lulled to the point of not being serious about work."

Otis was again stunned to hear it. Though the initial intention of the man to enter the house Mr. Abraham just wanted to find information. Now that he had gotten everything he was no longer interested in working in that house. Even Otis had thought that he would get out of the house after blaming Mr. Abraham for having had the intention to kill him. I don't think now things are different. Now his position is precisely the evil Otis. The man approached Mr. Abraham for having a specific purpose.

"Alright Sir. I'm going to see Mrs Yolanda. But you have to remember that I did all this for you. Because you forced me."

Mr. Abraham smiled. That guy doesn't know what to say now. Unlike Otis who looks excited but he still hides it in the heart.

"It's really a bonus. I didn't expect that in the end Mr. Abraham himself would match us both" Otis murmured inwardly.
