Mrs Yolanda's Driver

Mrs Yolanda's Driver
Bad News

Mr. Abraham was eating his lunch. Usually the man looks unappetised. But this afternoon, he finished his lunch with a hefty portion. Mr. Abraham got word that now his wife was on her way home. This is the good news he has wanted to hear since yesterday.

Even Mr. Abraham had prepared many surprises for Madame Yolanda which he had kept in the room. Starting from flowers, rings to some of the latest branded items. Mr. Abraham felt confident that he and Mrs Yolanda could return to what they used to be. They're gonna fix this marriage.

Tika, who had been cleaning the urns located near the dining room, looked at Mr. Abraham with a suspicious look. How not? Usually the man looks moody this time looking cheerful.

"What's going on? Is he thinking about his mistress?" tika muttered in the heart.

Mr. Abraham's expression was not his concern. But somehow he became willing to interfere when he heard the rumor that Mr. Abraham was cheating. It's very disappointing. It's not just Tika. But some of the other female servants were also disappointed.

They have held Mr. Abraham in high esteem all this time. Praising the man as the perfect man. They dream of having a husband like Abraham. But for now, that sympathy is gone. They looked at Mr. Abraham just like a striped-nose man in general.

"Tika, did Otis call you?" ask a woman who has also been cleaning the urn.

"No. He's so arrogant. Ever since Madam Yolanda made her a confidant, she no longer chatted with me often. Even he goes wherever I don't know."

"Sir Rahmad said he did not return to this house again" whispered the woman again.

Tika scrunched her forehead. "really? why?"

"Eitherway. Listen to Otis who will replace Mr. Rahmad."

"Isn't that Otis coming into this house because of Mr Rahmad? Why did he take the position of Mr Rahmad?" The woman's face looked disappointed. But somehow it was difficult for Tika to swallow the information round and round.

"Well, what are you thinking? Hurry up" whispered the woman again. She made Tika wake up from her daydream.

"I didn't think of anything" Tika replied quickly. They both held back their movements when they heard the sound of the car stopping in front. It's not just Tika who wants to know. But Mr. Abraham also got up from the chair he was sitting in because he wanted to see firsthand who came this afternoon. He hoped his wife had arrived. But it's impossible. Remembering, Madam Yolanda should have arrived home in about two hours.

A guard appeared at the door. The man seemed to want to say something. He immediately bowed respectfully seeing Master Abraham appear before him. "During the day, sir."

"Piang. What's up?"

"There's a cop who wants to meet you, sir."

"Police?" Mr. Abraham looks very serious. The man came out immediately.

In front of there two policemen stood in uniform but. They looked at Mr. Abraham with an unreadable gaze before thrusting the letter in front of Mr. Abraham.

"What description?" Mr. Abraham looked confused.

"This concerns the death of a man named Rahmad. He died in such a tragic way. The last number you dialed was your number" the police replied as is.

Abraham closed his eyes for a moment before looking at the policeman again. "He is a worker in this house. He asked for a leave to return home. I have absolutely nothing to do with this matter" denied Mr. Abraham. The man tried to defend himself.

Mr. Abraham could have paid a lawyer to save him from these charges. He had nothing to do with Mr. Rahmad's death. But he now wants to prepare himself for the return of the wife he loves so much. Mr. Abraham did not want to get Madame Yolanda's armpit home he was not home.

"Alright" replied Mr. Abraham. The man stepped into the car. While walking he called his lawyer. The man wanted this matter to be resolved soon so that he could return home before Madam Yolanda arrived.

From behind the closet, Tika and her partner peeked out of curiosity with what was happening. They went back into hiding when Mr. Abraham left the house. They also do not want to be caught.

"Tika, did you hear that? Mr Rahmad is dead? that means Mr Rahmad is dead?"

Tika looked at her partner while shaking her head. "I was shocked to hear that, too. How come? Isn't Mr. Rahmad a good man. Why would anyone harm him? What about his family?" tika said with a sad face.

"And strangely, why was Mr Abraham involved in this matter? Isn't this the puzzle we need to solve?" said the woman again with enthusiasm.

"We'd better pretend we don't know. We are just workers. Not entitled to interfere in our employer's problems. Wrong talk we could be involved. Let's get some more work done, I hope this thing's over." Tika pulled his partner back to work. The woman was actually not calm either, but what could she do. The woman wanted to immediately pass on all this information to Otis when the man came home later.

In the car, Mr. Abraham contacted the man who had been in charge of spying on Mrs Yolanda and Otis. The man also wanted to know exactly what happened. He won't let his wife get fucked. The man did not care at all about the news of Mr. Rahmad's death. He just wants himself out of sight and his wife home safely.

"Do you know any information about Rahmad?"

"He died by suicide, sir. His body was found in a room with a condition of hanging himself. At first all the family thought he was hanging himself. However, when he saw that there was a stab wound in his stomach everyone asked the police to investigate the matter."

"What about Otis?"

"I don't know how things are right now, sir. What is certain is that Mrs Yolanda returned safely. It'll be home soon."

"If my lawyer ever needs proof, you're gonna have to help him. I don't have much time to call you anymore."

"Good, Sir." The phone call is over soon. Mr. Abraham looked at the police car behind him before sighing deeply. "This is the first time I've come to the police station" he murmured inwardly.
