MARRIAGE TRAP
ANTICIPATION

"What if I put up a DVD? add the coffee, Dad?"

His father pointed to a chair nearby. "Sit down for a second."

It was easy to comply with the request, but not so easy to relax.

"I wouldn't pretend to believe your arrangement with Romy is more than what really happened" her father said carefully. "Although you used to have a brief relationship with him, don't let yourself forget that he's a man who knows no mercy, and a man you shouldn't approach."

"According to dad I didn't realize that?" let's say Lyra slowly.

Forty-eight hours from now she will be Romy's wife. He will keep his promise, but by his rules. Lyra will not let Romy treat her at will in this cruel game.

It was past ten when Lyra moved to her room, almost midnight before she finished correcting the tasks for the next day.

Thursday proved to be a bad day. The day Lyra faced with determination and fortitude.

After the last hour of teaching, Lyra immediately tidied up her files and drove to her car to a downtown store, and after searching through some boutiques, she found a beautiful ivory dress,. a simple cut accentuated his slender curves. His neck was wide, his hands up to elbows and fell just below the knees.

Unlike bridal attire however it is quite fashionable for small weddings where the number of guests is limited to the family of the bride and groom.

It was almost six in the afternoon when Lyra entered her apartment, and welcomed the aroma of cooked cuisine. He approached his father, swept his lips against the man's cheek and smiled thankfully.

"Fried seafood rice and beef eye eggs" said his father brightly. "Wash your hands and we eat."

Lyra obeyed him, and he told her the day, asked her father's day, and insisted on washing the dishes cuddly to her bedroom to pack.

There seemed to be no point in moving all the clothes he had, and he just stuffed what he needed for a week into a big bag, then carried it to the sitting room.

His father looked at him attentively, and the man's lips opened as if he wanted to say something, but closed them back.

Go away, a voice inwardly pushed him, and Lyra did so while smiling faintly as she moved to the front door. "I won't be long."

So he just needs to visit Romy's house, greet her, put the bag down, then leave. How hard is that?

There was no reason to have his stomach wrapped around as he arrived at the main road and drove along the bustling streets.

As Lyra pulled over her car to stop in front of the grand gate that was closed, the nerves in her stomach twisted until painful.

What else now? Where is his cell phone to inform his arrival.

At that moment the gate opened, and he held back his slow curses when he realized the existence of an electronic surveillance camera. The security measure needed by the rich people of this era, Lyra must admit it when she drives a car on the road to form a half circle in the light.

A tuscany-style two-storey mansion sprawled above the ground, and Lyra saw plants and bushes just as she reached the front door. Two wide-paneled wooden doors opened when Lyra shut off the machine.
