Crisis

              The main meeting room in the 7th floor Tower was filled with some Trikad officials. It was late afternoon, LED lights slowly began to light up following the intensity of sunlight that still entered the room.

              Neena wore a long silvery blue satin dress and a tiara pinned over her hair loop. He sat on a chair with intricate sculptures and decorations with the highest backrest at the end of an oval table. Commander Ri, Commissioner Roman, and Mn. Sito is on his left right. Mn. Sito raised his foot, listening to Commander Ri inform Neena of the news.

              They just got a report there's a group of people making a fuss at the north gate. Commander Hos and his troops were already assigned to secure the commotion. Since the north gate was a border area with many dantes and Mikrad Food Town, it could be that the commotion was triggered by the conflict outside the citizens of Trikad. Military forces will play a more capable role in dealing with this.

              “Are there any news from Hos?”

              Commander Ri called from his tablet. “They have not yet reached the scene of the riot. Probably not too big.”

              The door of the room opens. Neena, Commander Ri, and Mn. Sito looked ahead. Greeta stood in the doorway.

              “I'm sorry I'm late. We've been looking for Prof. Said but he's not in his study.”

              Neena lets Greeta sit next to Mn. Sito. “I bring important news. I guess you better listen to it first.”

              Neena scrunched her forehead. “There is a problem in LTK?”

              Greeta nodded. “Anti-lent project has been developed LTK in the last 11 years. The project examines what happened in the Lentipede outbreak 12 years ago. How to treat it, how to predict it, how to prevent it,” He looked at Neena at the end of the oval table.

              “And how to make it,” connect Greeta. He spoke directly to Neena. “You certainly already know this.”

              “Then? Is there something very special you should know right now?” ask Neena. He raised his chin slightly higher, declared dominance and reminded his status as a leader here.

              Greeta still did not take her eyes off. He said, “We got a report that the Anti-lent project was stolen.”

              “What? When did that happen?” ask Commander Ri. They all look surprised. Neena scrunched her forehead, waiting for Greeta to continue.

              “We only found out about this last night. But, it has been estimated to have been lost since 1 month ago.” Greeta took out the tablet. The Trikad Projection appeared before them.

              “We managed to track where the data was accessed.” Greeta shifted Trikad's projection further to the north gate. He continued to shift it out of the Trikad border. Passing through the various dantes that had no names, then entered into the southern gate of Mikrad. Inside their government barns, there was a flickering red dot emitting black waves.

              “Not only was the research data stolen, they brought a sample of Lentipede that had been successfully created and brought it into the Mikrad City Center. In the granary of government.”

              Mn. Sito and Commander Ri looked at each other with a mixture of confusion and surprise.  Neena asked seriously, “Is this data valid?”

              “I make sure so,” Greeta said without hesitation. His face was hard and trying to convince.

              “Then it is so.” Commissioner Roman advances his chair. He looked straight at Neena, “Possibly this Lentipede shipment from mikrad. Could be they attacked us.”

              The atmosphere of the room became tense. Everyone seemed to be digesting what they were talking about. All, except Greeta who was staring at them quietly.

              “Shortly,” by Mn. Sito. He lowered his legs back down. “They do not have a special laboratory to develop Lentipede like in LTK. We cannot assume that. Drawing conclusions too early could result in the situation getting worse.”

              “It is precisely that we do not know anything about it. but the possibility leads to Mikrad,” Commissioner Roman said.

              Neena turned her eyes to Commander Ri. “They also expressed reluctance to provide food supplies at the island meeting yesterday. This could be proof of ballast if they really want to attack Trikad.”

              Neena shook her head. “But that they did because there was a rumor of Hydroform reaching their ears.”

              “Can so it's just a trigger. Triggers made their own to find reasons to attack Trikad,” Greeta said. He no longer sat quietly.

              For the next few minutes, no one spoke. All eyes were on Mikrad's projection and his seemingly empty government barn without blue and red dots. Neena raised her head, looking at the faces of the people in the meeting room.

              “This is too far,” Neena said as she shook her head slowly.

              “How can it be too far! Already you should send people to investigate further on this subject, because if-”

              “Send who?” cut the Neena sharply. “Send You?”

              Neena raised her voice higher. Everything went back to silence. The atmosphere again became tense, like something was about to explode in a moment.

              Neena said again, “You told all of us that the anti-lent data was stolen 1 month ago and said it was as if Mikrad was using that data to carry out an attack on Trikad.”

              He stared intently at Greeta who was 20 years older than him. “What is so right?” ask Neena.

              “I will actually ask how you can just find out the project undertaken by Prof. Said this disappeared since 1 month ago, but only known to lose it since yesterday.”

              Commander Ri swallowed his saliva awkwardly. Mn. Sito looked at Greeta suspiciously. The old woman remained silently unmoved in her place.

              “This proves my suspicion of many things,” Neena said. A sinister smile curled up on his lips.

              “Roman, I will file a lawsuit against the high council of LTK.  Be prepared to receive a court call. Bu Greeta, you can come out with our officer.”

              Neena stood up from her seat. Commander Ri and Mn. Sito stood up respectfully. “Can I postpone for 1 hour.”

              Neena did not turn her body towards the other room behind the table. Emotions were almost over him, he knew he had to be quiet for a moment.

              Then came the hoarse voice of Commissioner Roman saying something from his seat, “I'm afraid you can't, Neena.”

              Mn. Sito and Commander Ri looked at Commissioner Roman in bewilderment. Neena sensed that something was not right, and she returned to her seat. “What do you mean?” ask

              Instead of answering Neena's question, Commissioner Roman took out a small control panel from his pocket. He pressed one of the buttons on the panel.

              In an instant, the entire lamp and the air conditioner went off. The sun had already set a few minutes ago, there was not enough light coming in from outside the window. They are trapped in complete darkness. I heard the door of the room open up loud. Ten to fifteen flashlights entered the room. Most of the people immediately smothered Mn. Sito and Commander Ri in their seats. Five men stood guard around Neena, preventing her from leaving the room through any door. But, no one touched it.

              “WHAT-WHAT THE FUCK?!” shout Mn. Sito rebelled.

              The voice of Commissioner Roman came from the darkness, “We didn't want to use this road. You should be able to make peace with us. Staying in the scenario will certainly be safer for your safety.”

              “YOU BETRAY?!” raung Commander Ri. His voice was loud enough that the air around him felt like it was shaking. He also tried to get rid of the heavy hands that tried to keep him sitting

on-site.

              “Who do you mean by ‘we’?” ask Neena while thinking, “Gephu?” guess Neena.

              “You are absolutely right,” says Greeta which also looks dimly between the light of a moving lamp.

              “Of course. I suspected this woman from the beginning. But, I don't think you also took part, Commissioner,” Neena said furiously. Mn. Sito and Commander Ri were still both unable to move, no one had been able to see who the people who smothered them were yet.

              Then the back-up lights came on, not too bright but helped them identify easily that there were about seven Reppe watchers who put their arms and legs on

around Mn. Sito and Commander Ri. Five other people stood guard around the chair that Neena was occupying, not touching it but would not let Neena leave her place.

              “You will admit that this attack could be a lesson to be able to control Lentipede under the Trikad government. You will have a meeting with all of Freo to declare that Trikad is the principal holder of all specialties on the island. A city that refuses to surrender will be considered treasonous and will be fought until it approves,” Commissioner Roman said.

              Neena laughed at Commissioner Roman's statement. “This is all for the sake of seizing wealth that is not yours? On behalf of Trickad to exploit the rights of others.”

              “Since the first time this island is ours. They're just a bunch of primitive people following in our footsteps. Follow what we're doing! But we would be much more stupid if we did not claim our own power,” Commissioner Roman said.

              “Trikad will rise.”

              “No. Trikad will be destroyed,” said Neena refuted. “So does the whole city on this island. You don't see the impact of your actions.”

              “I saw it. That's why I did it. Full power will be in Trikad's hands with you as its leader. Want to not want.”

              “I chose not to,” replied Neena firmly.

              “We can make more noise than just hydroform as a substitute for food and Mikrad's rival in the food supply. We can get you exiled if you insist on refusing to cooperate,” Greeta said. He was behind Commander Ri's seat facing Mn. Sito. It is Mn. Sito with sharp.

              “And also for those of you in this room. Everything happens to you.”

              The room was silent again. Mn. Sito and Commander Ri have stopped fighting. They know they are outnumbered. Mn. Sito made several emergency calls for help, but he was unsuccessful.

              Greeta laughed out loud in a cynical tone. “Oh, it is an interesting challenge.” He looked at the large door of the meeting room. There was a fully dressed woman unit standing there. Greeta hints at the woman to enter, “I'll make you guys unable to breathe.”

              Ayu went inside the room which was immediately locked by some people from outside. He held a long glass bottle with many buttons, filled with a deep black liquid.

              “Ayu?” Mn. Sito was shocked. “What are you doing?”

              Ayu walked up to them. From a close distance they could only see how violently his body trembled. His face was very confused and frightened. He still clasped the black bottle anxiously.

              “What is that you're carrying, Moonasera?” asked Neena calmly.

              “Something that our ancestors would have marveled at its existence,” says Greeta triumphantly. “Do, Moonasera.”

              “Ayu, listen to me,” says Mn. Sito pleaded, trying to speak to his disciple. “Whatever they tell you is just a way to use you. Put that thing down.”

              Greeta pulled up her dress and moved forward. He turned around the table to get close to Ayu. “Do, now.”

              “Ayu, don't listen to him!” shout Mn. Sito.

              Ayu closed her eyes. He wears a face mask. The silvery body protector slides from inside the vest, following the shape of the curves of his arms and legs. Ayu said to Sito, “Wear your protector.”

              Then Ayu opened the bottle cap which turned out to be the end of the atomizer. He pressed a small button next to the bottle. Black steam emerged from inside the bottle. The steam solidified, splitting into 3 large clumps and over time each blob solidified into a moving shadow creature.

              “Can you see what we can afford to do, Neena? Having a biological weapon as great as this will obviously help us conquer the entire population of this island, maybe even more,” Commissioner Roman said.

              Suddenly there was a noise and gunfire from outside the room. The creatures were attracted by their voices and started moving towards the door.

              Then the door opens.

              Maha, Joke, and Kay pecked at the door leaf looking at the sight. Behind them, 5 members of Reppe who had been lying on the floor, fled to the stairs.

              “Maha?” call Ayu in surprise. He opened his face mask unconsciously.

              “Ayu?” saut Maha was no less surprised. Those who were there fell silent for a while.

              “Server them!” greeta cried impatiently.

              Ayu looks very worried. He looked at Maha who was looking back at him gently. I try to get Ayu to talk. Ayu bowed her head, She turned to face the old woman. “No,” reply Ayu.

              “What do you mean no? Attack them or you choose your father to die,” sis Greeta.

              “I choose not to follow you guys anymore,” Ayu said while wearing her face mask back.

“Traitors.”

              Then Ayu pressed another button on the side of her different bottle. It looks like the three shadow creatures are back into steam and sucked into the bottle held by Ayu.

              Then something happened.

              Greeta stepped forward, trying to snatch the bottle Ayu was holding. Meanwhile, Commissioner Roman gave instructions to his men to take the bottle. Maha moved forward, trying to help Ayu. When Ayu was about to get away from the invasion of the hands that wanted to reach him, he fell down.

              The bottle slammed onto the floor and broke not far from them. Black steam re-formed. The entire black liquid that was there evaporated and almost filled half the room. The steam long solidified and formed approximately 7 shadow creatures with a height of 2 meters stacked with each other. The creatures were moving in their place. Prepare to attack the organic creatures that are in front of them.

              Kay and Joke stepped forward. They stood side by side with Maha. Their views were all inseparable from the giant creature group.

              “Maha...” said Kay slowly.

              Maha pulled out his sound, jerking a little until the tip shimmered bluish. Joke pulled out his enormous machete. Kay held a spear with both hands. The two glanced at Maha, waiting for the cue.

              Maha shouted loudly, “Serang!”

              Then the three of them shouted forward and began to tear apart the shadow creatures. Keep away from contact.

              “We need extra people!” exclaim Joke while fighting one of Lentipede.

              Maha and Kay spread out to ward off Lentipede who took a detour to attack those near the table.

              All Reppe observers intercepted Mn. Sito and Commander Ri, slowly run away. Greeta and Roman are also no longer seen there. New, Mn. Sito, and Commander Ri are surrounded by the creatures on an oval table located in the middle of the room. Mn. Sito stood on the table. He was wearing body armor and a face mask. Mn. Sito took out two silvery spears.

              “Ayu!” exclaim Mn. Sito while throwing one of his spears at Ayu. He's arresting. “No!” Ayu throws it back to Mn. Sito.

              “I also have a weapon.”

              Ayu took out a long silvery stick which was an arrangement of short, interconnected sticks. He saw one Lentipede who was going to attack Kay from behind.  Ayu ran up to the creature while aiming for her staff. Then he turned the stick quickly. “Dead, you monster!”

              Slowly, one creature faded away. But as he retreated backwards, the shards of the bottle were stepped on. Smoke began to boil. The new lentipede reappears. “Sial!”

              “Why can that be?” kay yelled while stabbing his Lentipede in a row.

              Ayu turned her wand again against the new Lentipede. Maha had already managed to kill one Lentipede, he ran to help Ayu and Kay, but one Lentipede almost attacked him. He again struggled, swinging his rock all over the creature.

              “Please this fraction, no one can touch it,” exclaimed Ayu.

              “How to if not to touch?!” kay asked half-shouting.

              “Erm... Maha! Do you have any ideas?!” ask Ayu. A Lentipede was about to attack his arm, He drove the creature away with his staff.

              “Do not touch first,” says Maha. He fought the two creatures at once. “Spend them all now, only then do we secure.”

              While Joke against 2 Lentipede with his cleaver at once. Mn. Sito banishes the 2 creatures from Neena and Commander Ri. Mn. Sito is no longer as agile as his young friends. But He still is

              “Sito, give me the weapon,” Neena said from behind Sito's back. “No, I will protect you.” Neena tore off the tip of her satin dress and threw the high-heeled glass shoe she was wearing under the table. Commander Ri shouted in shock, “Neena, aa.what are you doing?”

              Neena took a face mask and hand protection from Sito's left pocket which was tearing one of the creatures apart with her spear.

              “Moonasera, throw one spear for me!” neena exclaimed to Kay who fought 2 meters to her left.  Kay reached behind her back and picked up a small silvery spear and threw it. “Capture!”

              Sito realized what was going on. While struggling with Lentipedenya which also has not disappeared, He roared loudly, “I SAID I WILL PROTECT YOU. YOU STAY THERE.”

              “I will not sit idly by without helping you,” Neena said. He stepped forward and tried to stab Lentipede who attacked Sito. “I'm also a Mandala.”

              “I beg to retreat,” said Sito, pleading. He was already very confused and did not know how to get this woman to sit back and let him fight for her.

              “Iya, I'll step down. But, not tonight.” Neena took a step ahead of Sito, stabbing the Lentipede with a barrage of attacks.

              “Now it's time to go forward.”

              One more Lentipede began to move forward approaching them. Neena takes over one of the Lentipede, attacking him side by side with Sito. “You have not practiced for a long time,” said Sito.

              “Indeed I should report to you every time I train,” Neena said sneering. He moved faster and faster to follow the creature. He drove them so they were not too close to the table. Neena saw part of Lentipede almost hit Sito's right arm.

              “Awas!” exciting Neena. He stabbed a shadow creature that almost hit Sito. “Always sloppy like before,” teases Neena. Sito did not have time to reply to the taunts because of the sound of shouting on their left side.

              “Ah!”

              Everyone is almost distracted from their own creatures. They scream, “Kay!”

              One Lentipede fruit slowly disappeared nearby. But his arm was bleeding quite profusely. While Ayu and Maha lost control and stepped on the broken bottle again.

              Two Lentipede appeared in their midst before they managed to get close to Kay.

              From outside the room, there were footsteps climbing the stairs. Leno arrived at the floor with great confusion. In addition to seeing many Reppe observers descending from the stairs in a hurry, the scene in this room was very creepy. There were a lot of black creatures in the room. One woman was injured in the corner of the room. Leno could see Joke was fighting next to him.

              When Leno couldn't see anything, he swapped the handle of his spear. He scratched the blunt end of his long spear into the entire room, hoping that no one would be hit. Leno twisted his body like a top. He cut, scratched, and tried to tear apart any shadow that appeared before him.

              Slowly the white fog was thinning. In front of Leno there were still 2 shadow creatures that almost pounced on him. With the stick sticking out, Leno turned his body back. Trying to cut the bodies of the two creatures with a body vortex that he made. His body moved like the variety of Pang-kun he memorized.

              Then Leno saw only two black creatures left that were soon invaded by people in white clothes there. Except for one Lentipede who was slumping slowly approached the woman who was slumped in the corner of the room.

              Leno ran, climbed up the long table, jumped on the pedestal of the chair on the right side of the table, and landed inside the creature. It is really inside the body of the creature. Now the creature seemed confused and moved in place. Leno turned his body back as he had done before, just as he did when he saved Mia. His head throbbed painfully. The shadow of his mother reappeared. Her kind, sweet mother, who always smiles at Leno. His mother who hugged him every time Leno was scared. Leno practices using an artificial stick in the yard every afternoon. His mother is good, his mother is great. A Mandala sacrificed her life for Leno 12 years ago, when the Lentipede plague hit her home. Leno remembers it all. Leno remembers Moonasera Latifa, his mother whom he loved.

              The white mist now appeared again, but only Leno could see it. His head is now turning. He doesn't know what's going on. Leno's consciousness slowly disappeared. Then he fell there, the anti-Lent serum from Prof. Said rolled down from the white robe he stole from Geduna.
