Chapters. 14 - Teleportation
Three days later, the Imperial Palace, the personal space of the Crown Prince.
”Lately, there has been frequent rebellions in Hui Village. The group of people often looted their treasures and monopolized their land. In addition, some of them are withdrawing taxes illegally whereas, the Palace did not ask them to pay taxes at all.” explains Liu Zhenqi who has read out the entire contents of the document in front of Shu Yinzhi and Tao Sonyun.
Tapping his desk, Shu Yinzhi said, ”You have heard Liu Zhenqi's explanation. This time I couldn't go down to the field to see how they were doing. Therefore, I told you to solve the problem that was there. Do you dare to take it?”
Tao Sonyun who was kneeling in front of him replied, ”Alright. I'll take it.”

In the Dragon palace, Shu Qingzhi had no job there. He continued to stare at the several maids who were busy tidying up all corners of the enormous room that was even ten times the size of the imperial Palace.
Shu Qingzhi felt uneasy if he kept silent and just watched them from his seat. Before long, he looked towards Shangguan Wei who seemed to be leaving his palace soon.
Out of curiosity, he immediately walked up to her and asked, ”Where is the witch going?”
Shangguan Wei turned his head towards Shu Qingzhi who had been standing behind him. He smiled happily when he saw her and replied, ”I'll go to work.”
Shu Qingzhi looked at her confusedly and asked back, ”For what does a Dragon witch work when she already has everything?”
Shangguan Wei was stunned when he heard that. He laughed softly as he rubbed Shu Qingzhi's head and replied, ”Of course it works. I am a dragon drowning in boredom. So, to entertain myself, I decided to work as a witch in the human world.”
Shu Qingzhi looked at him for not understanding. ”I also want to go out.” chirps that make Shangguan Wei feel confused and wondering.
”Why do you want to go back there? You want to run away from me?” asked Shangguan Wei.
Shu Qingzhi shook his head and replied, ”I am from the human world. It's only natural that I miss my birthplace. Anyway, I'm not leaving because I know, you're definitely going to hold me.”
Instantly, Shangguan Wei felt very surprised and directly dodged him, ”What are you talking about? Who will hold you? I even let you roam freely in my vast palace. So, why would I do such a free thing!”
Shu Qingzhi was expressionless as he looked at her. ”Then I want to go to the human world. It is possible that I will find a place that can make me comfortable and not trouble the witch again.”
Shangguan Wei fell silent while distracting him in embarrassment. He felt awkward when taking Shu Qingzhi with him moreover, he would accompany him to work and meet with the crowd.
Shu Qingzhi was stunned and simply nodded his head.
A second later, a red light appeared that drowned the two of them. Then, slowly came the smell of dew coming from many directions. Shu Qingzhi who was initially feeling tense, started to feel a little calm when he heard the sound of wind blowing through the cracks of the leaves and the sound of splashing river water flowing.
”Until when will you close your eyes? We have arrived.” said Shangguan Wei as he released his handrails.
Slowly, Shu Qingzhi began to open his eyes little by little. No more broom sounds were being used and no more sea scents were around. It was as if everything had been lost without a trace. Then, when he completely opened his eyes, his gaze was immediately shocked as he was already in a forest and behind him, there was a river flowing profusely.
”Is this the human world? Why did the witch master put me in the forest?” shu Qingzhi asked who looked astonished after seeing the surroundings that only had large tree trees and the snoring sound of wild animals sleeping during the day.
Instantly, Shangguan Wei felt awkward and confused to answer him. His attention was briefly staring around and trying to think of a suitable answer to his question. ”... Actually, I haven't been able to teleport very well lately. At least, we didn't land on the edge of a cliff or in the middle of a group of criminals, did we?”
”There are two victims here! They seem to be very rich!” said someone hiding in the woods. And shortly after, there appeared seven black-robed youths who were besieging the two from all directions. These are criminal gangs who have recently been extorting villagers' property and collecting taxes illegally.
”Forget what I said just now.” said Shangguan Wei who directly pulled Shu Qingzhi behind his back.
They all looked like villains with their faces looking terrifying. Moreover, they were holding an ordinary sword that they had obtained from the dead palace troops while on duty. Apparently, these were stronger than the palace troops.
One of these villains drew out his sword and said, ”Give me everything you have including the little girl behind you.”
”Hah? Am I going to give it away for free? At least fight me with all your abilities!” chirps Shangguan Wei who did not accept.
Being in this state, made Shu Qingzhi suddenly remembered the incident that had happened to him while in the mental hospital. He was surrounded by several men whose body size was ten times that of his body size. Every day, there is always a test of survival there. Whoever fails will die at the hands of another patient.
Drifting off in his own madness, Shu Qingzhi pulled the blade that was at Shangguan Wei's waist and walked in front of him. Suddenly, it made all of them shocked and silent for a while.
”I really hate being in this position. Why is this poor Princess always in danger wherever she goes? He is not even recognized by his own father and his older brother.” Shu Qingzhi said slowly.
”You don't have to do it! Let me fight them all!” whispered Shangguan Wei who directly pulled Shu Qingzhi backwards.
Shu Qingzhi who was initially silent, started to turn his head towards Shangguan Wei and glared at him with a gaze that looked extremely angry. ”... These guys really piss me off. You never get in my way or I'll kill you too.”
