Chapter 23. Go home to Yogyakarta

Gibran entered the house in a hurry. Straight to the room, but he can't find Arumi. Gibran exited the room looking for aunt.

"Bi, non-Arumi's home yet?"

"Non Arumi just left. He said he was going to Yogyakarta. Kangeam ama Papa and Mama. What non Arumi does not permit sir."

"Cure, Bi. I just plan on coming along too."

"Please call again, Den. Who knows if we can come back."

"Let me call mamang aja, ask the son back." Gibran tried to contact Mang Ujang, but the driver did not pick up his phone.

Gibran did not know if Mang Ujang's phone was in Arumi's hand, his wife asked Ujang to give up her phone.

Along the way Arumi never stop shedding tears. He tried to close his eyes but could not.

You think all women are tough. Crying is one way to express disappointment. Sometimes I want you to look in the mirror and see someone who deserves to be with you. Am I, the one who is willing to live with you, or is he, the one you find attractive despite being a bully.

Gibran drove his car at a very high speed. He wanted to follow his wife. Gibran thinks maybe he can cross paths with Arumi's car.

Arumi stopped at one of the restaurants for a break. He chose to sit in the corner of the room. Arumi was crying again.

She recalled Joana's words saying that Gibran had slept with her.

Gibran, right now you'd rather leave someone nice to the person you now think is best. In time, if you finally choose to leave. You may realize that the best is actually been with you all along. When you realize I'm the best, maybe I've found someone I think is the best.

As Arumi took a sip of the warm milk she ordered, someone approached her, and immediately sat down before Arumi.

"How are you, Arumi."

"As you can see."

Shaka watches Arumi carefully making the woman misbehave.

"Is something wrong with me? Why are you looking at me like that?"

"No, I was flickering. Why are you here."

"I want to go to Yogyakarta, why are you here."

"I am also on my way to Yogyakarta."

"What a coincidence. You alone?"

"Yup ...."

"Your husband is stupid. Wife time as beautiful as you left to walk alone. Was he not afraid of another man stealing?"

Arumi was busy chatting with Shaka, so it did not feel like an hour had he spent talking to the man.

After that, they both headed for their cars. Without Arumi realizing Shaka is following Arumi's car. It was done by Shaka to escort and supervise his car.

After entering Arumi's parents' housing complex, Shaka drove his car towards the direction he was going.

The clock has shown at seven in the morning. Arumi entered her yard after security opened the gate.

Arumi walked in after aunt opened the door. Arumi asked her parents. Aunty said they were eating her breakfast.

Arumi went straight to the dining table and hugged her mother. Both Arumi's parents are shocked to see the sudden arrival of her son.

Arumi immediately sat down in front of her parents and ate the dishes the aunt prepared.

Both of Arumi's parents didn't ask anything. He waited until his daughter had finished eating.
