Love Shielded Risue

Love Shielded Risue
meet Ummi Salma

Today Merr prepared, while waiting for A'a to come home from outside the city which he said would take Merr to the hospital to meet Umar's immunization record.

Actually Hafiz was there, Merr could go with her sister-in-law. Or maybe using an online taxi without having to be delivered by anyone. However, Bilal remained adamant. Ask Mary to wait for him.

It's still one o'clock in the afternoon, while the doctor practices at two. There was a slight whimper of thirsty Umar, along with a quick step Ummi Isti approached them while carrying a bottle of milk.

"Nih, Grandma brought her milk–" said Isti while bringing the pacifier closer to the lips that reflex immediately open wide. Farah who was still sitting in her wheelchair chuckled.

"It's very impatient" Farah murmured later.

"Look, if you're thirsty," answered Maryam, holding her baby in her cradle.

"But, a bit of rage, right? Try taking the hat off first, Tea."

Maryam obeyed, she took off the hat on Umar's head. "Duh, dryness..."

"It looks like a granny granddaughter, huh?" Isti kissed Umar's head. After that, talk a little. Along with their excitement, Bilal's car arrived.

And did not pause for a long time, both of them went straight to the hospital where Umar had immunized.

––

At the hospital, after re-registration to take the number Bilal queue back to the poly child.

"There is an order number of eleven, nih," he said.

"No papa, it won't be long."

"I'm sorry, it was stuck."

"It's okay A'. Actually I was worried, A'a soybean because I just came home from Pekalongan."

"A'a not tired. Even just happy, can anterin you the same Umar." Bilal rubbed Umar's cheek with anxiety. The boy opens his eyes, "tumben didn't sleep?"

"The whole trip was sleeping, so now ask to play maybe" he replied. Bilal himself seemed to smile anxiously looking at the funny face of Umar who was like he was staring at him. "A', maybe this is what it feels like. If we have children."

Bilal looked and nodded. Not to forget also his hand slowly rubbed Maryam's head.

"When there's no problem with me? We can definitely feel happiness completely intact like this?" Merr raised a little then kissed the still reddish cheeks.

"Darling...?"

"Relax, I'm not sad. Just talking nonsense." Maryam chuckled, to her it was indeed nonsense that did not make her feel sad. But it seems Bilal caught another, he actually did not have the heart to see it. And the sadness in Mary was again present.

"Remember always my message, huh? That obedience will invite patience, while patience will invite goodness and blessing. A'a believe in the faith of my wife, will bring you to a point of maturity and greater sincerity."

"MashaAllah, A'a that's what makes me tear up."

Bilal smiled, he took over Umar. "Is he not sad?"

"So no, now I feel overwhelmed." The two laughed softly, Umar was already in Bilal's arms.

"Destiny cannot be changed, but the mercy of Allah SWT is wider than we imagine..." Bilal did not continue, he just turned to the right and smiled, "A'a don't want you to think too much about it. What matters now is that you're just as happy. The kid's problem is a bonus. Bener, right?"

Merr nodded quickly, "yes A'..."

"You're happy, aren't you A'a?" Whisper, as Maryam's head rests on her shoulder.

"Happy, very happy A'..."

"Alhamdulillah–" muttered Bilal before finally falling silent while kissing Umar with anxiety.

A'a hope you're really happy. Even happier than he was with Merr. Because I really love you. –in Bilal with a smile.

Bilal may rarely speak directly of love, or may show his jealousy like Akhri. But his love is real. Although sometimes showing it through jokes that make Merr feel Bilal is very childish so often irritated. But trust me, on one side. When the man's mature nature appeared, of course it immediately made Maryam speechless because she was moved and amazed.

The phrase he said often made him feel more in love with the man whose age was much younger below him.

After immunization, Merr sat in the park. Not far from the admissions area. Umar was sleeping in a baby stroller. Downwinds cool down. The atmosphere towards Ashar is very comfortable. The air was not too hot, but the wind was blowing.

"Mariam?" The voice of the middle-aged woman he knew made Maryam instantly aghast.

"Nyai Ummi?" Mumbled. He immediately moved and brought his baby stroller to the woman who was standing in the hallway of the hospital. "Assalamualaikum, Ummi how are you?"

"Valayam warahmatullah..." The middle-aged woman who was none other than Umm Salma immediately hugged her. "Alhamdulillah, Ummi good. How about yourself?"

Merr smiled, "Alhamdulillah, as Ummi saw."

"MashaAllah, Ummi could have." Merr blushed in embarrassment. "Ummi came alone?"

"No... Ummi came with Akhri."

"Bang Akhri?"

"Yes, Ummi has done a thorax X-ray. Ummi's lungs have a little problem. That's why it's been a little crowded lately."

"It's natural..."

"But not bad, really. Thank God it can still be handled."

"Thank God then."

"Who are you here with?"

"The same husband, Merr. Now he's taking care of the administration, after the poly kid."

"That's it, huh?" Ummi Salma's view on the baby in the stroller. "Sorry, is this your son?"

Merr was intrigued, if he could answer yes? Unfortunately, he was only able to shake.

"He's my brother-in-law's son. Because her mother is sick, so I'm the same husband who took care of her for a while."

"Ohh..." Umm Salma's lips are rounded. "Yes, Ummi understands. May you always be patient in living it all. Your mother-in-law must be better than Ummi."

Maryam just smiled faintly. Then a little gasp as Umm Salma's hand grabbed her right hand and held it tightly.

"Ummi, I'm sorry, but maybe Ummi was never nice to you."

"O Allah, Ummi Nyai why are the numbers like that?" Merr felt bad.

Umm Salma turned to the left and right. It seems that Akhri is also still waiting for his medicine.

"We'll just sit there, how?" Invite it, which is then asserted by Merr. They also entered the hospital garden.

On the bench where they sat was quite shady. Under a big tree, plus a cool breeze. Ummi told me a lot about Akhri now.

It made Maryam a little sad, he never knew the relationship Akhri and Kania who had produced three hearts apparently did not go well.

"But now, it seems that Akhri has started to be able to accept Kania completely, anyway..."

"Thank God then." Merr felt a little relieved.

"Maybe it's because the cania is also often sick."

"ill? What pain is Ummi?"

"There's a lump on the right side of the chest. He often complained of pain, but if he wanted to do further examination, he always refused. Probably scared..."

"Astagfirulah..."

"Makanya, Akhri is now rarely out of town. He takes more of the dawah that is near. Because in addition to the condition of Kania if it is a relapse is very concerning in addition to children also need supervision in addition to the caretaker."

"Oh Allah, Nia," murmured Maryam concerned. Umm Salma coughed, Maryam turned his head. Then took out a bottle of mineral water from his bag after which handed it to Ummi. "Drink first, Ummi."

Umm Salma smiled as she accepted. "Thank you..."

Merr simply nodded, waiting for the middle-aged woman to gulp down the water until it was done. Before long the ringing of the phone was heard, Umm Salma received a cell phone call from sebrang, after talking for a while He then touched the back of Maryam's hand which was on Maryam's own lap.

"Ummi has to go, Akhri finds Ummi up to the parking lot." He laughed, then hugged Mary. "I'm sorry Ummi, Merr."

Maryam was silent, but her hands gently rubbed the back of her former mother-in-law.

"Honestly, Ummi was sorry. Ummi should not be selfish, surely you are still Ummi's son-in-law now."

"Ummi, this is all our destiny line. Ummi is not wrong."

"Yes, but still. All this selfishness has led Ummi to a reality that even Ummi never imagined, let alone expected to be like this."

Merr let go of his embrace. He wiped the tears of Umm Salma. "I still think of Umm Salma as I used to, like my mother."

"MashaAllah.thank you, beautiful." Umm Salma again shed tears, He rubbed Maryam's face with a sorry look. "Yes already, Ummi go first. Kasian Akhri is waiting for Ummi outside."

"Yes..." Merr grabbed Umm Salma's right hand and placed the back of the hand against her lips. Umm Salma's shoulders shook slightly, but she was immediately restrained. Merr's subtle and reverent attitude never goes away. He said hello and said goodbye, leaving Mary there.
