Challenge

Today, even one year FanFan and I went through our days as co-assistant in Beijing. We plan to return to Shanghai, as soon as we finish this coass program. After taking my oath as a doctor, I will continue the residency program in Shanghai.

The doctors and staff are holding a meeting for the selection of participants who will attend medical training in Macau. Each Resident will bring one companion coass in that training.But before that there is such a thing as a selection exam, all coass from each department will be tested. Each department will send a representative to participate in the training. Of course I want to come, but my rival is not easy.

In Beijing alone there are several large hospitals, call it Peking hospital. And from the surgical department alone there is already FanFan. He would definitely not miss this golden opportunity. Well, I'll just work on it. Chosen well thankfully, if not well

I went to the staff room to pick up my things, and I saw FanFan reading a book. A thick book that I could have used to hit someone, apparently he was reading a medical book.

When someone is injured and needs our help, then as a doctor we cannot ignore it. I am proud to be a doctor. After hours of struggling with the patient, we finished. All the victims of the accident were handled well…

"You guys have been working hard" Professor Chen said

We were on duty that night very tired. FanFan and I went to the staff room to rest, but there were many other doctors. There were my brother and Yang ge who were asleep on the sofa, doctor Yu Tang, doctor Zhang and doctor Chen. Everything is in the staff room.

"Wait a minute" FanFan said.

FanFan approached his sleeping brother. He fumbles on Yang ge's pants pocket and pulls out the car keys from Yang ger's pants pocket.

FanFan took me to the basement where his brother's car was parked. He told me to sleep in the car

"Come here." FanFan said as he pulled my hand.

I got into the car and slept in the back seat. FanFan slept in the front seat. Today we can't go home, because we have day shifts and also follow patients. Instead of wasting time on travel, we chose to sleep in the car.

"Eh, you're here apparently" exclaimed Yang ge

"Oh.ge? Didn't I take your car keys?"asked FanFan who was still half conscious.

"I brought a spare key, I knew you'd do nothing" Yang replied

"Still at 7, I'll wake you up in half an hour.you're asleep" I whispered to FanFan.

"Oh" FanFan replied

I went out to check on the patients in the ward and IGD. After I finished I went to the hospital cafeteria to buy breakfast. When I returned, I saw FanFan still asleep on the sofa. I sat down beside him to wake up FanFan who was still willing to sleep.

"Eh let's get up. I bought you breakfast" I said.

"Xiao xi, I miss you" FanFan said as he hugged me from behind

I nudged his stomach with my elbow. Early this morning he was acting spoiled. While we were having breakfast, doctor Yu Tang came over. He told us to go home and rest. Doctor Yu Tang said the other coass would come to replace the coass that worked all night.

"Why did the doctor come back??"I asked Dr Yu Tang.

"Ah. There are items I have to take, I will be home soon" replied doctor Yu Tang.

After completing the task and changing clothes we went back to the apartment. Very quiet, I went into my brother's room and saw him sleeping soundly. FanFan and I also went into the room to rest.

Today the sky was crying, the air became cold and humid. Makes me lazy to wake up, I just want to sleep. I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing.

"Hello ma, why?" I picked up my mom's phone in a lazy voice that made my mom babble on the phone.

My mother would nag when she saw her daughter still sleeping during the day. He thought I was just sleeping from morning till night. He didn't know I was fighting on the IGD all night.

"I was on duty all night, and just got back this morning. Ma, from yesterday I was guarding the hospital until the next morning" I replied to my mother .

My mother turned off the phone and told me to go back to sleep. I tried to close my eyes again but I couldn't because I was awake. I saw myself in the mirror, very good. Now I look like a Chinese asset. Black circles under my eyes, making me look like a panda.

"Issh.." grumbled

I got up, took my book and laptop. I came out of the room and I took a snack in the kitchen. I started reading literature that might be useful in the exam later. I didn't really expect to be elected, but at least I had to make an effort.

With her eyes swollen like walnuts, my sister came out of her room. He walked towards the long sofa in front of me and dropped himself on the sofa.

"Are you hungry? Wait a minute I'll make ramen for you" I said

"Say, what do you want?" Ask my sister sarcastically.

We are brothers, we understand each other's nature. I'll do good when there's a wish and so does my brother, we're not much different because we share the same DNA

"Help me learn?"I asked with a glare.

"Just calm down, I'll teach you my sister" my brother replied

My sister is willing to teach me. He went into his room and came back with a stack of test papers and his books.

"Well! this is yours ge?" Exclaim FanFan who just woke up

"Of course" retorted Dery ge proudly.

Curious FanFan joined us, he seemed enthusiastic to see the collection of medical books Dery g.

"Well, isn't this a limited edition?" ask FanFan

"Oh, I got it at the workshop" replied Dery ged

Instead of teaching me, my brother was busy chatting with FanFan.

"Gee, aren't you going to help me?" grumbling

"Ge, are you going to help him?not very fair"

The sulking-looking FanFan walked into his room and came back out with a stack of books.

"What's he gonna do?" Much

"FanFan, you're really well" I shouted
