Shingen presided over the meeting tonight, the entire samurai stared and saluted at him.
"Good night everyone." Shingen said to everyone who attended the impromptu meeting held on the terrace of Pinyin Palace.
The entire samurai along with Ming Fengying and Yuan Shi lowered their heads at Shingen.
"Good night Mr. Shingen." replied the entire members of the Ten Pillars of the Moon simultaneously including Yuan Shi.
"Good night father," Ming Fengying replied lowered her head.
Shingen smiled thinly and without further ado, he took the lead and began a meeting to determine which two samurai would go with him.
"As you know about the Sacred White Meeting. I'll take the two people who come with me to the Tiangan Mountains." Shingen stared at all the members of the Ten Pillars of the Moon before him, "While the other eight were standing guard at Bei."
Ming Fengying and Yuan Shi still continued to observe, the two of them gazing at the still doubtful look on the faces of the samurai.
"Mr Shingen. My premonition is not good about this meeting," Sanada spoke up and looked at Shingen.
"I think it's good that we're in the show of the warriors, it's just that I feel like they're deliberately inviting us just to drop our dignity." Sanada expressed his opinion to Shingen and the others.
"Actually I also thought that way" Fujin said as she stroked her chin, "They know nothing about Yamato. The past history of the war between Kuru and Yamato is still unfolding" Fujin added.
Shingen tapped softly on the terrace floor with his finger, his eyes staring intently at Fujin and Sanada. Shingen's thin smile that seemed fierce on his face.
"The painful wars of the past, they are nothing but relics of the past. We live in a different generation, I hope they can mature like a real swordsman" Shingen stared at Fujin and Sanada.
"Mr Shingen. Nine years ago, before the birth of young master Ming Fengying. We all still remember it clearly, laughing at those who laugh at Mr Shingen's words." said Nobusuk with his hands clenched, "A dragon can be killed and cut by them? Just hearing and remembering that alone makes me want to torture them!" Nobusuke looks so wrathful.
"Cool your head Nobu. We must follow Mr. Shingen and believe in the Tsukuyomi Family prophecy!" tegur Masakage stared intently at Nobusuke.
"Seventeen years? We have to wait for seventeen years to liberate Yamato Country from Rieyu?! I can't wait that long!" reply Nobusuke with a tone filled with anger.
"Noobu!" Shingen stared hard at Nobusuke.
"Sorry, Mr. Shingen." said Nobusuke bowing his head because he had offended Shingen.
"I am very sure of the prophecy. I'm not telling you to trust me, but I just want you to help the dawn shine again. I hope you can replace me when I'm gone." Shingen told all members of the Ten Pillars of the Moon.
"Please sir, don't say that." Toramasa looked at Shingen pleading with them.
"Dad?" inner Ming Fengying was astonished to hear his father's words.
Shingen glanced at Ming Fengying then looked at her deeply, a wide smile on Shingen's face.
"You two will come with me to the Tiangan Mountains." Shingen said to Ming Fengying and Yuan Shi.
"good. Father." Ming Fengying lowered her head in reply to Shingen's words.
Shingen actually wanted to invite Nobusuke but he realized Nobusuke's irritable nature. Not how long his eyes looked at Fujin and Sanada.
"Sanada, Fujin-chan. You two come with me. The strength of you two is very much needed." Shingen smilingly looked at Fujin and Sanada who did not refuse his request.
"good. Mr. Shingen." Fujin and Sanada replied simultaneously.
Shingen stared at the night sky in Bei's night sky. The peaceful and cool atmosphere in Bei makes Bei more visited by the nobility and people who just want to come to enjoy a hot spring.
"Toramasa, Ichijo, Chibisuke, Mamorusuke, Ryunosuke, Masakage, Nobusuke, Monzaemon. I want you to keep Bei safe until I return later." Shingen ordered the remaining Ten Moon Pillars.
"good. Mr. Shingen." answered all the members of the Ten Pillars of the Moon except Fujin and Sanada.
Not long after Shingen ended the meeting, everyone left the terrace of Pinyin Palace except for Shingen and Ming Fengying.
Shingen looked at Yuan Shi who was being mocked by Nobusuke and Masakage in the front yard of Pinyin Palace.
Ming Fengying looked at her father who looked worried about something, out of curiosity Ming Fengying finally preferred to ask Shingen.
"What's the matter, dad?" Ming Fengying looked at her father who was staring at the moon, "Why does father look so sad?" ming Fengying asked.
Shingen looked at Ming Fengying who was staring at him full of curiosity, his son's eyes making Shingen smile.
"Nothing - what. Go to sleep, tomorrow we will travel a long way." said Shingen made Ming Fengying silent and did not ask any further.
Ming Fengying looked at Shingen who entered into the Pinyin Palace. Sadness flashed on his father's face, until finally sadness began to crawl Ming Fengying's body.
The blowing night wind whispered between his bones, the calmness of the night made him even more dissolved in deep loneliness.
Ming Fengying was still curious about his father's attitude, the sadness engraved on Shingen's face made his heart sliced. Suddenly echoed the words of his father who told him about the future, and a war that had been predicted.
Ming Fengying thought of being able to treat Shingen's internal injuries. Never could Ming Fengying imagine if one day his father would die. Shingen's words intending to pass on his heavenly powers to him, made Ming Fengying even more worried about his father's health condition.
After feeling the old man's affection, the temporary peace, the kind treatment of those closest to him, all of that left a deep calm in Ming Fengying's heart.
Many things he had only felt in his life this time, but there was one thing that still kept Ming Fengying curious to this day. A mirror that made Ming Fengying continue to put curiosity in the mirror, the mirror in the Kumalawyuha Forest made him want to come to the forest.
Ming Fengying was confident that he would find pieces of questions that had not been answered in his old life. Slowly he entered Pinyin Palace to rest in his room.
The Sacred White Meeting made Ming Fengying want to make Shingen's name and his samurai even more respected, the only one to prove all of that with just strength.
Words don't always make others appreciate us, that's what Ming Fengying felt after living an old life when he was named Feng Huang. An act to silence those who were insulting was the way Ming Fengying had always done when named Feng Huang.
"I'd better rest first." murmured Ming Fengying before falling asleep.
