Chapter 30: The Battle On The Corner of the City

The entire pair of eyes in the Bei City settlement led to Shingen fighting fiercely with Ban Huo. Vortex of thick blood that smelled of fishy technique machete belonging to Ban Huo, splattered towards the swordsmen and samurai who were around Shingen.

In a corner of the city there are three of the 22 samurai followers of Shingen are fighting with an elder from the Bloody Night Sect named Ban Hai.

The strength of Ban Hai was far above the two of them, as Ban Hai had reached the black level swordsman. While Mamorusuke, Ryunosuke and Chibisuke his strength is equivalent to that of a high-level swordsman.

Cooperation is something that is very important in a fight, Ban Hai pressed when fighting three samurai Shingenc followers simultaneously.

Luo Xi came with Zhuo Guo who was the third head of the Black Rose Sect. Zhuo Guo smiled sinisterly looking at Mamorusuke and Chibisuke.

"Chairman Luo Xi, I came here to help you make amends, because you have let Chairman Zhang die" Zhuo Guo said as he held back Mamorusuke's katana slash with his sword.

Luo Xi simply kept silent and did not speak, she did not refute Zhuo Guo's words in the slightest.

"It looks like the three of you are going to die-" unfinished Zhuo Guo spoke to someone who cut off his words.

"Chairman of the Black Rose, most of all you want to attack Bei" Zhang Shen, who came with Han Xu and Han Zoe, said.

Mamorusuke pulled the severely injured Ryunosuke, while Chibisuke held back two sword slashes from Zhuo Guo and Luo Xi.

"Don't underestimate me!" chibisuke shouted as he let out his internal energy and body aura simultaneously.

"Samurai master, let the three of us finish the rest" Zhang Shen said as he walked over to Chibisuke followed by Han Xu and Han Zoe from behind.

Chibisuke glanced at Ryunosuke who was hit by burns all over his body, then he let out a long sigh and stared intently at Zhang Shen.

"Mr Swordsman, let me take care of that man!" reply Chibisuke pointed at Ban Hai with his katana.

Zhang Shen let out a long sigh hearing Chibisuke's reply.

"Alright, let us help, since our existence here is an order from the Fifth Princess Master." Zhang Shen replied as he glanced towards Zhuo Guo and Luo Xi.

"Thank you for the help, hopefully we can work together" Chibisuke said with a faint smile as they were still not pressed.

"Let me face that person called Zhuo Guo" Zhang Shen told Han Xu and Han Zoe.

Zhang Shen charged forward towards Zhuo Guo with his sword, the two of them fighting quite fiercely. Slash after slash continued to be swung by the two.

Han Xu and Han Zoe also advanced to attack Luo Xi, the strength of the two of them still above Luo Xi.

"Do you intend to take revenge on me!" ban Hai's tease saw Chibisuke's wrathful look on his face.

Chibisuke just kept quiet and did not listen to Ban Hai's words. Mamorusuke soon approached Chibisuke and helped him.

"Let's take care of Ryunosuke's pain" said Mamorusuke, inviting Chibisuke to work together to defeat Ban Hai.

Chibisuke nodded slowly then he charged forward to attack Ban Hai with his deep and deadly katana slash. Mamorusuke stared intently at the fight of the two of them, while looking for an opening to kill Ban Hai.

"Protective Freedom."

Mamorusuke slashed his sword with all his might towards Ban Hai, Ban Hai's whip was cut into two pieces.

Chibisuke glanced at Mamorusuke who had given him the gap to finish off Ban Hai.

"The Forest Cat's Angry."

Chibisuke swung his katana from afar, Chibisuke's katana slash forming a blue-colored cat dashed through the air and pounced on Ban Hai's body.

Ban Hai coughed up blood and his body was severely injured. With great difficulty he tried to get up but behind him was Mamorusuke who was ready to chop off his head.

"You're all going-" unfinished Ban Bai spoke, his head cut off by Mamorusuke's katana.

Mamorusuke wagged his katana before sheathing it back. Then he went to help the severely injured Ryunosuke.

Meanwhile on the other side Zhuo Guo was pressed down by Zhang Shen's sword slash attack.

"Is this just your ability?" zhang Shen asked deliberately he provoked his opponent.

Zhuo Guo clucked in annoyance at Zhang Shen's mannerisms, then he charged back at Zhang Shen. This time his slash was deep and left Zhang Shen's body scratched.

Zhang Shen frowned, he did not expect Zhuo Guo to give a fierce enough fight to him.

"You must not underestimate me! I am Zhuo Guo, one of the five heads of the Black Rose Sect!" zhuo Guo shouted his sword brutally at Zhang Shen.

Zhang Shen repelled every single slash of Zhuo Guo's sword, although some of Zhuo Guo's sword puncture wounds had hit his body. But to Zhang Shen himself could still endure the pain.

"I just realized that you are one of the five heads of the Black Rose Sect" Zhang Shen said deliberately checking Zhuo Guo. This time Zhang Shen said, making Zhuo Guo very furious.
