Chapter 38: The Disruptive Plan Xia Hu

The bloody night battle at Bei has ended when Kamejiro's identity is revealed and Xia Hu's plan fails.

Xia Hu intended to kill Emperor Ming Long and Ming Lian. The plan that had been carefully thought out by Xia Hu was shattered when in the room of Pinyin Palace there were Toramasa and Tao Lulu who confronted him.

Xia Hu had her own brother who was none other than Xia Lai to head off Commander Lu Chen, Lin Kin and Zhang Bingjie but all had failed.

A few minutes ago before Xia Hu ran towards Xia Lai to escape. Inside one of the rooms in the Pinyin Palace, Ming Fengying who was being carried by Ming Lian observed the course of the fight with the eyes of a parrot that was flying over Bei City towards Pinyin Palace.

Ming Fengying used the science of heart control on the parrot so that he could know the course of that bloody battle. Ming Fengying's entire feeling was mixed up because with Prince She's plan failing for the third time there was bound to be something bigger than the night battle at Bei.

The parrot flew outside Pinyin Palace to observe the course of the fight, Ming Fengying was shocked by the identity of the samurai traitor who belonged to his own father.

Ming Fengying could only hope that if the traitor was only one person because his premonition was still not calm even though Kamejiro had died.

Ming Fengying saw Xia Hu take a detour to infiltrate the Pinyin Palace. The parrot he controlled was very profitable for him but he was worried to see the person who was with Xia Hu. Ming Fengying hoped that Commander Lu Chen, Lin Kin and Zhang Bingjie could face Xia Lai.

Not long after Xia Hu entered the Pinyin Palace. Ming Fengying saw Tao Lulu running towards the door of the room that was becoming Ming Lian's hiding place with her family.

Ming Fengying blinked her eyes three times and Toramasa opened the closet in the room. The presence of Toramasa made Emperor Ming Long and Yi Min surprised but another story with Prince She who had a happy face and a big smile.

Ming Fengying stared intently at Prince She from her tiny eyes and estimated Xia Hu's strength. It was not long before Tao Lulu opened the door while fending off Xia Hu's sword with her small blade.

"Mr Toramasa!" shouts Tao Lulu at Toramasa.

Prince She wrinkled her face seeing Tao Lulu at the door, Prince She's entire plan had failed to return. Prince She was about to throw something towards Ming Lian but Ming Fengying controlled the parrot to peck at Prince She's face.

Emperor Ming Long and Yi Min stared intently at Prince She who looked suspicious. Ming Lian hugged her tiny baby tightly as she was afraid to see one of the black stream warriors infiltrate.

"Ying'er.." murmured Ming Lian softly with glazed eyes he looked at Ming Fengying.

Ming Fengying hugged her mother with her tiny hands while closing her eyes. Ming Fengying returned to controlling the parrot to claw at Prince She's face, in Ming Fengying's heart she felt happy for having injured Prince She's face.

The tense Ming Lian and Yi Min became calm again after hearing the adorable laughter from Ming Fengying. The sound of Ming Fengying's laughter sounded funny and melted the tense atmosphere.

Prince She grimaced in pain at the sight of his wounded face, fresh blood coming out of his face even if only a little but to Prince She this was an insult.

"I killed you fucking bird!" prince She shouted after the parrot that Ming Fengying was controlling.

Emperor Ming Long was to the point of not being able to speak anything when he saw Prince She chasing a parrot. In Emperor Ming Long's heart he suspected Prince She but himself who had believed Prince She's words could not be prejudiced against Prince She.

Ming Fengying opened her eyes and looked at her anxious mother's face then she extended her tiny hand on Ming Lian's face.

Ming Lian smiled and kissed Ming Fengying's cheek. The sound of clashing weapons did not bother Ming Lian to remain calm in front of her baby.

Tao Lulu let Toramasa take care of Xia Hu then he ran towards the window in the room. Tao Lulu smashed the window with her inner strength and looked at the intruder who had died from being exposed to the food poison Xia Hu had made.

"Mr Princess there seems to be an intruder who is poisoning Prince She's bodyguard's food" Tao Lulu said as she approached Ming Lian.

Prince She's face was sweating coldly and before long she stared intently at Tao Lulu and Ming Lian. Prince She's voice was stifled when he wanted to accuse Ming Lian's personal servant of cooking and poison.

Xia Hu clenched his teeth as he did not expect his plan to fail back. The attack from both directions made him desperate even Toramasa alone had not used his true strength.

Xia Hu was frightened to see Toramasa's smiling face every time he slashed the man's body.

"What's wrong with this guy? Something's wrong with his brain!" inner Xia Hu goosebumps looking at the look on Toramasa's face.

Toramasa swung his katana quickly while several times he moved using a trick move. Toramasa planned to capture Xia Hu and target his opponent's weak spot.

"I'll chop you up ferociously!" toramasa said intimidating Xia Hu.

Toramasa made Xia Hu desperate and he smiled broadly at Xia Hu who was holding back his katana slash.

Xia Hu tried to keep his body away from Toramasa but Toramasa's power was stronger than he had expected. It was not long before Xia Hu saw a flash of Tao Lulu who was using a small blade that had been coated in a paralyzing liquid towards her.

"I have to get out of here!" inner Xia Hu after getting her escape plan.

Tao Lulu threw her small blade swiftly towards Xia Hu. Tao Lulu's small blade flew towards Xia Hu but Xia Hu pushed Toramasa's body. Dozens of small blades stuck on Toramasa's back, seeing that Tao Lulu immediately ran towards Xia Hu.

Ming Fengying who saw Toramasa's actions only kept silent because he did not expect to see a silly person like Toramasa.

"My eyes are blurry." murmured Toramasa before falling to the ground.

Xia Hu immediately ran away from the room and exited the Pinyin Palace. Tao Lulu stops and treats Toramasa first.

"Mr Toramasa why are you so stupid?" Tao Lulu let out a long sigh looking at Toramasa who was lying on the floor.

"I saw him showing off his chest so I was a little off-guard." Toramasa replied with a big smile.

Tao Lulu frowned and pinched Toramasa's hand.

Meanwhile Xia Hu ran out of the Pinyin Palace and he saw Xia Lai had also been pressed.

"Sister! Get out of here!" xia Hu shouted at Xia Lai.

Xia Hu dashed towards Xia Lai and twisted his body creating a vortex of flowers scattering to seal the path.

Xia Lai manipulated his aura and created a wall of water to hinder Commander Lu Chen, Lin Kin and Zhang Bingjie.

Xia Lai followed Xia Hu and the two of them left the Bei region with all their might.

Xia Lai still wanted to finish off Commander Lu Chen, Lin Kin and Zhang Bingjie but he felt a murderous appetite so great that Xia Lai would rather follow Xia Hu to escape from Bei.

"Brother Xiao has died." Xia Lai muttered when he saw the ring on his finger burning red.

Xia Lai could surmise if the one who killed Xiao Shan was Shingen and the killing lust that frightened him also came from Shingen.

The bloody night battle in Bei has ended. The bloody night in Bei was the beginning of everything, sooner or later a bigger battle would happen again.
