Love for Zahra (END)

Love for Zahra (END)
51. Arrival of Guests

The clock on Zahra's phone shows at six in the afternoon. He invites Ega to immediately return to Aunt Dewi's house. He sure must be his mother felt worried if he did not go home soon.

Ega's black sedan drove at moderate speed, splitting the streets in Malang City.

Throughout the journey, only the sound of music is deliberately played to accompany their journey. The atmosphere between them was like one who was silencing each other.

Ega himself was confused, how to start a conversation with his girl. Every time he asked, the girl answered him with a sentence of completion. To make him run out of questions.

Zahra scatters warms her body which begins to feel the cold from the car AC, as well as the night air that does feel cold.

"Cold yeah. In the back seat there is a jacket," said Ega who had noticed his movements.

The girl looked back, finding Ega's denim jacket. Take that jacket. Before wearing it, Zahra first smelled it.

"Come under. Still smell of laundry perfume."

"Yes." Yeah."

He wears a jacket to warm his body. Without being asked, Ega had turned off the AC temperature of his car.

"It's still cold?" the question was answered with a head.

"Don't diem aja dong," said Ega.

"What are you talking about" replied the girl.

"It's still not comfortable with me?"

"Yes. I'm sorry," said Zahra regretfully.

"Tried slowly. I will get used to it too. Looks like we'll have to see you often."

"Don't!" exciting Zahra.

"Who? Why?"

"Ep. Our place is far away. It's not even here in town."

"Yes, Honey. I-i know. But don't complain if I call you every day.'

"Yes." Yeah."

There was still silence between the two of them. An awkwardness that felt excruciating to Ega. He felt that there was still a barrier that bound him with Zahra.

Maybe Zahra still needs a lot of time to regain her confidence. The shadow of his abduction is still very deep within him.

Occasionally Ega stole a glance at the girl beside him. Something was strange about her girl.

It was obvious that the girl's pretty face was getting pale. Sometimes he closed his eyes like he was holding back the pain.

"Ra, what's wrong with you?" ask Ega to worry.

"No papa" he answered in a voice that was like a person in pain.

"Your face is getting pale. Still remember that movie?"

"No. I'm not papa."

Ega pulled his car over. He held Zahra's forehead. Not hot, it feels cold and sweaty.

"Here you sweat. What's the matter, honey?" ask Ega to panic.

"We go to the hospital first, yes" he continued.

"No. No need. We'll just go home."

"But, Ra."

"Please. We'll just go home."

Finally Ega returned to his car. This time he accelerated his car. Still have to travel almost half the way again to get to the house of Aunt Dewi.

Many times the man offered to go to the hospital. Concern was clearly visible on his face.

Fifteen minutes passed until they were home. In the courtyard of the house, Bu Ratih and Aunt Dewi were chatting.

Seeing the arrival of Ega's car. They both smiled and watched the man who got down and circled his car.

"I'm a fat man." He asked permission.

"Don't! I can do it myself" she refused.

"But you are pale, your body is cold. What if you fall?"

"I'm not papa. Just my stomach hurts. I can still walk by myself."

"Why not say that from now on? We can go to the hospital or the clinic first."

Ignoring Ega who began not being able to control his emotions. Zahra pushed the man a little to get through.

The mother and the aunt who were waiting for them in the courtyard immediately approached the girl.

"Sir, why?" ask the mother.

"Guest's coming, Bun. I'm going in first. Please tell Ega yes. I'm fine." Zahra immediately entered the house and headed for her room.

"Tante, Bulek," said Ega to greet the two women.

"Sorry, Aunt. It looks like Zahra is not feeling well. I took him to the hospital and he forced me to go home."

"Ndak papa, Le. He's just a guest. It's normal that the first day is so," replied Mrs Ratih.

"Let's go in first," Aunt Dewi asked the two of them.

Ega followed the two women into the house. He took a seat next to Efelin who was playing mobile phone in the living room.

The little girl watched the man beside her. There was clearly concern about his face.

"So why?" ask the little girl curious.

"Your brother was very pale. I'm taking you to the hospital not to."

"What did he say?"

"She had a stomach ache."

"Oh."

He turned his head to the little girl beside him. Surprised by his answer.

Ega felt that his sister-in-law's candidate was very clearly seen his indifference to the brother.

"Aren't you worried about me like that?"

"Aren't you worried about your brother?" ask Ega not to believe.

"Bright. Don't know why Ms Zahra?"

The man shook his head. All he knew was that Zahranya was in pain.

"Sir Zahra's the arrival of a monthly guest for sure. I was last week."

"Do you know?" ask the little girl.

Ega was still speechless digesting the meaning of the monthly guest referred to his sister-in-law. Until he finally knew what it meant.

"It hurts so much if the guests come?" tanyakanya.

"having to. Everyone is different inborn. Some are like people crave, want to eat what it is, some are sensian, wrong little to be immediately angry."

From the inside of the house, Mrs Ratih came to bring drinks for the man.

"What about Zahra, Auntie?"

"Ndak papa's. The guests are coming. Later if you are married do not be surprised if he suddenly hurts like that again," replied Mrs Ratih.

"That's right! Did I say. Sis Ega aja nih lebai," chaluk Efelin.

"Why is it so trivial, Tan sounds?" It felt like the disease was being ignored.

"That's natural, son. Every woman will experience pain during menstruation. Try later you find an explanation on the internet."

Bu Ratih was happy because the man in front of him was really very attentive to his daughter.

If one day Zahra is proposed by him, he will sincerely hand over his firstborn to the man. Because from the beginning the man had shown his love and concern for Zahra.

Bidding to go home. He remembered the message from his future father-in-law if in the village at eight o'clock at night no one left the house.

He just left a message for Zahra to the future mother-in-law, that she had gone home. Since entering the house, the girl did not come out at all.

The man drove the car very fast. The road he walked was very quiet. No one even found a car or motorcycle that passed the road.

He was horrified to imagine if suddenly someone confronted him in the middle of the road. The rural streets are really very quiet.

After entering the border between the district and the city, then seen some vehicles passing by. It still looks pretty crowded.

The man drove his car to his rented house. I want to call her girl and ask her how she is.
