100. Lowest Point 2

Ega was sitting on the waiting chair in front of Zahra's ward. Anxiety and worry enveloped the man in silence. Zahra has been in and out of the hospital since they met.

Sometimes he wondered if his return made the girl so overwhelmed that it had an effect on her body and mind.

And a lot of events that can be said to be bad that happened to Zahra. All of that becomes a burden for him who recently returned to the life of the girl who became his first love.

He rubbed his face rough. The shadow of the bad events that befell Zahra was milling about in her head. He pondered over it all, and assumed that it was all because of the man.

The ringing of the cell phone broke the man's daydream. He picked up a flat object in his pants pocket. A missed call from his secretary.

He recalled not having informed both of Zahra's parents who still did not know that his daughter was back in the hospital. He immediately contacted his parents.

After breaking up with his fiancee's parents, he entered the girl's ward. Another look of infusion hose stuck on Zahra's wrist. made Ega's heart pilu see the scene repeatedly.

He approached where Zahra lay weak. The girl looked sound in her sleep with dry and pale lips.

"Is all this happening because of me?" ega's guman looked at his fiancee's face.

"Are you overwhelmed by my feelings for you?"

"Can't we be a fool?"

"You knew? Ilove you. More than anything. If this love makes you hurt, do I have to let you go?"

Zahra woke up feeling confused. When he first opened his eyes, the first thing he saw was the white ceiling and walls.

"Mother..," he called out softly because he found no one in the room.

He tried to sit up, but his fist was very painful. And again his ears hurt and felt like ringing.

Hit his left ear because he felt frustrated with pain and and his hearing that never improved.

"Zahrah!" ega exclaimed when he came out of the bathroom in the room and found his fiancee crying and banging her head.

"Ra! Honey, don't gini!" The man tried to stop Zahra's blow.

"Deliver!" zahra shouted trying to release the grip of Ega's hand on both hands.

"Don't be like this. Don't hurt yourself." Ega is still trying to calm Zahra.

Although he received rejection and encouragement from Zahra.

"Please me. Let me die instead of making you and your family ashamed" said the girl in her tears.

"I'm a cripple, Ga. I don't pant for you. I can't be your wife. Your family would be ashamed if I were a part of your family." The girl was crying hysterically in Ega's arms.

"Don't be like this, Ra, I beg you. Don't talk about the no-no. You will heal, dear," said Ega withstanding her grief.

Slowly he released his arms. Looking at Zahra's pale face carefully. Swiping the crystal grains that flowed profusely from his eye peluruk.

"I'll help you heal. I'll find the best doctor who can cure you. You can definitely hear again. We haven't tried it yet" said Ega sure.

"Even I don't know what you're talking about. I should how?"

As much as Ega tried to try to hold himself strong in front of his fiancee. He hugged Zahra who was still crying.

The knock on the door made Ega let go of her embrace. As she turned her head to look at Mila, her secretary in the office stood in front of her.

"Come in" said Ega.

Doubtfully the woman who had the status of Ega's secretary stepped closer to her superior who was sitting on the bed where Zahra was being cared for.

"Did you bring my request?" ask Ega.

"Yes, Sir. This, sorry to make you wait a long time," said Mila disbursed a paper bag with a logo of fast food restaurants to Ega.

"Thank you." The man accepted it and placed the paper bag on the nightstand near Zahra's bed.

"Does the round need anything else?" ask Mila.

"No, thank you."

From his place, Zahra just silently watched the interaction of the two. He could see from the gaze of the woman's eyes there was something more than just a boss and a secretary.

"Darling, would you like to eat? You haven't eaten since this morning, we're eating huh?" bring Ega.

Zahra remained silent and did not say what Ega had said. Looked at the man's face and shook his head afterwards.

"You should eat, honey." He picked up a paper bag containing food that his secretary had brought.

"Mila, you can go back to the office if there's no need for me anymore" Ega said.

"Good, Sir. Excuse me." He nodded his head saluting Zahra who was also reciprocated with a nod of the head.

Mila walked leaving the two in the room. As soon as the door closed he took a deep breath and lashed his chest which felt very tight. As if oxygen did not meet the needs of his lungs.

"God... Why is it so sick? Why should I like a husband?" mutton Mila with teary eyes.

He slowly stepped out of the hospital. In his mind came ugly thoughts to separate Ega and his fiancee.

"Should I derail their engagement?"

"Yes. This time I want to be selfish. I want to get what's supposed to be mine."

With her determination, Mila is like a demon possessed wanting to ruin her superior relationship with Zahra.

In his brain he had devised a plan for a plan that he would soon do. The sooner he does it, the sooner they'll split up.

He is determined to do everything. And certainly he will do neatly without arousing suspicion of others.

Inside her nursery, Zahra was still silent and refused the bribe Ega had given her. Patiently the man persuaded Zahra like a child.

"I'm not hungry. Don't force me" said Zahra for the umpteenth time.

"Little bit. You need energy to get well soon, honey."

"Why are you still good to me? Why don't you just leave me this cripple? There are a lot of women who like you. And it's more fitting to be with you." Those words escaped Zahra's pale lips when she recalled the secretary's view of her future husband.

"Why are you like this again, honey?" ask Ega disappointed.

"Do you want to leave me like my mom, dad, and sister?"

"Are you going to leave me too?" Ega cerca.

Zahra was terrified to see the glare of Ega's eyes sharpening and full of anger. He shuffled his head back. He realized the man before him was angry even though he could not hear what he was saying.

"Do you want us to separate?" ask Ega again.

He forgot that his girlfriend could not hear anything he said.
