Let Me Hate

Episode 8's.

Amanda and Asta had already completed their office duties and were preparing to go home when the Asta-language intercom rang.

" Asta, you wait a minute, there's something I need to tell you," Kevin asked Asta not to go home first.

" Manda, you go home first yes, I was asked to wait a little while ."

" Okay, I'm first."

Asta returned to his seat and he saw a WhatsApp message on his phone . While smiling himself he read and replied to the messages of his friends until he did not realize Kevin was standing in front of him.

" Would you still be here?, wouldn't go home" Kevin asked the girl who was sitting leaning back in her office .

Actually, he had since noticed Asta who was sitting casually did not appear at all as a secretary who was full of responsibility and dexterity, because what he saw right now was a woman who looked lazy.

" Eh, sorry sir. Of course want to go home '" he replied immediately get up from his chair .

" I'm sorry sir, did he say something to say?" asked Asta when they were in the elevator.

" Do you want Amanda to know that we're living together?" Kevin looked at Asta, who was silent.

They had arrived in the lobby and as usual Asta took a position next to the driver, but not long ago Mr. Toha opened the door and handed the car keys to Kevin who immediately sat in the steering chair making Asta gawk .

" Where is Mr Toha going, sir ?."

" Want to go home, but ride ojol. Why ?," Kevin glanced at her while smiling obliquely.

" Eemm, did I move back, sir ?."

" You think I'm a driver . It's been sitting sweet!," Kevin immediately drove his car slowly.

" Tumben is so much the boss brought his own car, '" Asta spoke inwardly and he did not know where Kevin was going.

About two hours later Kevin's car stopped at a big house .

" This is where sir?," Asta asked quietly because Kevin himself looked nervous.

" Do you believe I have a child?" he asked after a long silence.

" If you have sex without wearing security, of course you can," Asta replied frankly making Kevin immediately look at him sharply.

" Does my son live here ?."

" I don't know, am I that low in your eyes ?."

" I'm sorry sir, I didn't know about you personally. What I said was only based on the possibility of what happened, '" Asta replied with a heart.

" Am I wrong to ask for a DNA test ?."

" No, if you want certainty.it may be uncomfortable for your child, but for me personally I prefer certainty . And if I may know why you're not sure ?."

"Later I'll be clear, but I really can't accept that woman . It's impossible for me to be with him."

" What does this have to do with me ?."

" I want you to pretend that we're in a relationship and that there's a possibility of a more serious relationship ."

" Why should I, there's no way you don't have a girlfriend who can help you ."

" Since you're the only good woman I know, most of the women I know care more about how much I give what they ask for."

" Why are you sure I won't ask for more for what I'm going to do?."

" Are you like them?," Kevin stared at her cynically.

" Hmm, everyone can change, maybe you feel I'm a good woman because I come from a good family, but one day there must be a time to change."

" For yourself ?."

" sthat mean?."

" I mean if you tell me you're pregnant and I doubt it ."

" I am, if I am going to be angry because I only do it with a man, and if the man doubts him, then, I'll make him promise not to disturb my life again after doing a DNA test.it's pointless not to force it to live together but no trust," asta replied full of emotion until Kevin stared at her for a long time.

" Are you not asking for more money or imposing a will ?."

" I believe a man feels more neglected when he cannot know his own flesh-blooded son. Of course it's for someone who still has feelings."

" You're meaner than I thought, then how much are you asking to pretend to be my partner ?."

" Mr. Kevin, from what you said earlier I feel that you have more than one girlfriend and I am sure that your relationship is not just about drinking tea. So if you ask me how much I ask, I will ask for your freedom," Asta replied to keep Kevin quiet and try to understand what he meant.

" Your request is too big and you don't measure yourself before making an offer" Kevin said sharply in his cold voice, not expecting Asta to speak like that.

" Offer?, we are not talking about buying and selling right sir, if yes then I will never make a transaction in any sense."

" That means you won't help me ?."

" I will help only to accompany the father, but not as a shield for what the father will do."

" You're right, you're supposed to be working in marketing" Kevin exasperatedly muttered.

" Let's go inside, I'll introduce you to who that woman is" Kevin got out of the car and he waited for Asta to come with him.

Kevin pressed the doorbell and for quite a while the door of the new house opened.

From inside the house appeared a middle-aged woman who was most likely a person who worked in this large house.

"Oh Mr. Kevin, please come in sir, Non Monic is in the room . It's been a week, Non's not feeling well," let him know while letting them in. The woman looked at Asta suspiciously and there was dislike.

" You can call Monica, I can't go into her room because I have to respect my lover," Kevin said in a cold voice and greatly surprised Asta with his words and quickly Asta looked at Kevin sharply.

" But sir, Non Monic is sick and her whole body is in pain and there is a possibility," The woman did not continue her words because Kevin cut the sentence that will be said next.

" Bi Inah, I don't want to hear that I'm not sure myself. Call your Miss or we'll go!," Kevin threatened to get the woman called bi Inah to come inside immediately .

" Dear , why are you so cruel to me?," came the voice of a woman who looked pale with an appearance that was far from neat.

Asta looked at the woman sharply and tried to remember where he had seen her.

" I don't think that you're a woman who's far from attractive when you don't dress up" Kevin commented in a mocking voice.

" Dear Kevin, I've been vomiting for a week and I'm always nauseous when I wear makeup. You must understand that pregnant women suffer greatly."

" Is it true?," Asta couldn't bear to not ask making Kevin look at her sharply which was misinterpreted by Monica.

" Miss, if you were in my position I would definitely feel it," she said in a mocking tone as Monica felt Kevin disliked what she said.

" I've been with you, but I'm sure there's a chance it's not my baby ."

" Dear Kevin, I've never been with another man. Have I ever betrayed you?, I'm not like Clara who could easily turn away from you when you left ," monica's sentence actually means that Asta does not need to be proud to be Kevin's lover, because the man can not be enough with a woman .

" Dear Kevin, don't you have to prove it?. I don't want to have to take care of a child who isn't your child!" Asta said in a spoiled voice.

Asta is very upset with Monica after she remembers where she once saw her. And he was very sure Monica was the woman he had recorded while making out two days ago when he was at the cafe of one of the malls when he was shopping.

Kevin is very surprised by what Asta says, Kevin feels Asta is trying to protect him from being trapped by Monica.

" You heard Monic, so when can we do a DNA test?" challenged Kevin to make Monic panic and his face pale.

" No, I'm not going to do a DNA test, she's my son, and only a mother knows that my son's father is you Kevin, if you don't want to admit it doesn't matter, but you must know that you have a child whom you have wasted. Then what's the difference between me and her?" Monica looks emotional and tries to influence Kevin .

" It's different that I didn't lie and betray the man you said you loved" Asta replied .

" Tell me honestly, have you never betrayed her?," asked Asta challenging Monica to be honest .

" I'm telling you the truth, but you?, you've even tried to influence Kevin" Monica shouted.

Kevin immediately came out with emotion. He had not expected Asta to attack Monica with his words. She does ask Asta to help her to pretend to be her lover but not attack the woman who is pregnant even though she herself doubts her.

" You're not going to win Miss, maybe your current Kevin lover, but he's going to be mine" Monica sneered and she stared triumphantly as Asta stepped out following Kevin.

Kevin was in his car when Asta got out of Monica's house.

" Hurry up!," Kevin ordered with his cold voice.

No one spoke on the way to the apartment.

" You can tidy up your things tonight, I did ask you to help me, But not by attacking a pregnant woman !.Okay I did doubt him but that doesn't justify your actions" Kevin was so angry that he asked Asta to pack up.

" I'm just trying to help you not get stuck with a woman like that. I'm sorry for you for being lied to by a woman who can't respect herself."

" Astari!," rebuked Kevin in a high voice.

" Why, you don't want to see the fact that you've been lied to by your own date?, I'm leaving now and you don't have to find a place to live for me. I was quite able to cope with her," Asta immediately came out and when about to close the door he said something without turning his head.

" I've sent to your phone. Let's just say thank you for giving me a place to stay ."

Asta really does not understand why a man like Kevin is easily lied to by women, because he only indulges in material to get women as his date. If that's how it is why he doesn't hire a call woman.

Asta will open the door online taxi when his hand is held by someone who is none other than Kevin who prevents him from getting into the car.

" Sir, this mother is not going . And we'll cancel his order" Kevin said, handing over some money as his replacement.

" What did you do, didn't you ask me to pack," Asta rebuked angrily.

Kevin looked at her full of regret and he immediately hugged Asta tightly making the girl rebel.

" Let go, I'm not your nobody ."

" I'm sorry, and I really hope you forgive me ."

" Do you know the easiest thing to do is apologize?," asked Asta sharply and Kevin just nodded confirming.

" Stupid," said Asta slowly but Kevin heard her quite clearly made himself annoyed .

" Yes, I'm a fool for not understanding what you mean. So can we go back inside. I hope you forgive me" he asked expectantly.

" Am I a stupid woman who accepts an apology so easily?, no, I still have the pride to stay while you've asked me to pack up so quickly."

" Asta, I'm once again sorry. I never said an apology even though I was wrong . but for this time I really hope you want to come back and not leave this place" Kevin pleaded with regret .

" Okay, but remember this is the first time you evict me and will be the last I accept your request," asta said he decided because he also understood that Kevin was really angry when someone attacked a woman who was sick let alone pregnant 'that's what made Asta come back.

" It turns out I was quite stupid because I was willing to forgive him" Asta said in his heart as he walked behind Kevin.
