The next day when Daffa was about to leave. Andhira gathered all her courage to ask Daffa for permission. "Mas, I'm going to hang out with my friends, is it okay?" andhira said very carefully.
"Hmmm ...," Daffa replied briefly.
Unexpectedly, it turned out that Daffa gave his permission. So happy, Andhira reflexively kissed the back of Daffa's hand, then smiled. His smile was never beautiful. Daffa immediately passed away without saying anything more.
"It's okay, Dhira. At least you got your husband's permission. So, you can go see Rere and Maya," Andhira muttered back to calm herself.
In fact, after forging the pains and neglect that left her mind wounded, Andhira still made sure that patience remained within her. If anyone asks if Andhira is steel-hearted? The answer is, of course not. She was just an ordinary woman who tried to toughen up over the fragility of the heart, tried to be strong in the weakness of feelings, trying to stay upright standing in the midst of the storm of problems that hit her. It hurts, but it's a struggle. There is always something to sacrifice, whether it be life or feelings.
In the morning that blows the wind. Andhira had prepared with a casual suit and a helmet neatly attached to her head. He sets off on his motorcycle to meet Rere and Maya. They had made an appointment through a chat group they had made a long time ago.
Within 35 minutes, Andhira had arrived at his destination. With a smile on her beautiful lips, she excitedly approached Rere and Maya who had already arrived first. Meanwhile, Rere and Maya were waiting for Andhira with longing gazes.
"Dhira!!" yells Rere and Maya together.
"I miss you guys" Andhira said, giving hugs to her two best friends.
"We miss you a lot too, Dhira" Maya said.
"Is being a newlywed so much fun?" cetus Rere was accompanied by laughter.
Suddenly, Andhira was imagined to be so bad treatment of Daffa against him. He was stunned in the daydream. Until making Rere and Maya look at each other questioningly, then nudged arms.
"Andhira darling .. Why are you?" ask Rere slowly.
"O .. ooh, it's okay. Come on, we're sitting there" Andhira invited Rere and Maya to sit on a long bench. He was trying to shift the subject around his marriage which was not at all pleasant.
"Eemm .. You guys wait here, yeah. I'll buy you a drink first" Maya said, then rushed over.
"I want ice lemon tea, yeah!" said Rere half-screaming offset the distance Maya had been a little away.
"Dhira, is everything okay?" asked Rere with an anxious look.
Andhira only commented on the fake smile that did not reach the twinkle of his eyes. She nodded her head as if she was okay. If possible, if .... Andhira wanted to shout loudly to vent her pain and disappointment.
"No, dear Dhira. You're not doing well" guessed Rere, who caught the eyes of grief from Andhira.
Andhira also shed her tears while hugging Rere. Rere returned Andhira's embrace as he patted her gently on the back. Without even telling a story, Rere could already sense that Andhira was having a hard time.
"Did he not treat you well?" rere asked after taking off his arms.
"Re, promise not to tell Maya this. You know ... From the beginning Maya didn't agree that I was married to Daffa" Andhira pinta.
"Just calm down, the secret is safe in my hands" Rere replied as he clasped Andhira's hand.
Andhira began to talk about Daffa's attitude towards her. Not to expose her husband's disgrace. It's just that, Andhira felt he could go crazy if he harbored everything alone. Rere listened carefully to Andhira's outpouring of heart.
"For whatever reason, it's not appropriate for him to treat you that way" Rere said as he reverberated his own hand. He did not want his dear friend to be treated badly by someone who should be a backstop for Andhira.
While busy chatting, suddenly Maya has appeared with a drink that she bought. Andhira immediately wiped away the remaining tears that were still on her cheeks. Maya was a little confused to see the behavior of her two friends who looked like they were hiding something.
"What's up, anyway?" maya asked as she offered a drink to Andhira and rere.
"N-nothing, May. We were just waiting for the drink. My throat was already very dry and thirsty," Rere's alibi covered the truth.
Maya nodded as if believing. "You think I didn't hear what you guys were talking about?" maya with a bitter smile.
