LET ME GO MY HUSBAND
CHAPTER 14 Will He Change Well?

Andhira's friends who had intended to follow and ascertain who the woman who speeded up earlier, had lost track. So they could not know for sure whether it was Andhira, or not. The three also pulled over at a cafe they had used to visit. Incidentally, the cafe was not far from where they were driving at the time.

"Huft, tired of chasing. .. found nothing" lamented Rere.

"Here you go, Re, at least we've tried" Maya comforted Rere.

"Yes, Re, right Maya said. Anyway, I guess you just saw it wrong," said Fahri.

"Yes, maybe it's true. I'm too worried about Dhira" Rere resigned.

"Don't get too thought out, Re," Fahri said.

"Already, we should order a drink first," said Maya trying to parse the atmosphere stiff.

"How are you, Dad? Sorry, because Dhira rarely visits Dad's house. Did you see? Dhira already wears a wedding ring on Dhira's ring finger. Isn't that Dad's dream?" said Andhira while refracting a smile in the middle of her tears.

Andhira visited his father's tomb, carrying flowers and rose water which he sprinkled on top of the navel. The woman who was in the fog of grief continued to tell the tombstone that read his father's name. It was as if he was talking to a living person. Word for word Andhira strung together, outlining the story of her marriage that was not, or may not have been happy.

"Dad, he hit Dhira, he said rudely to Dhira. If Dad were still here, would you let Dhira be hurt like this? Dhira does not. Is that right, Dad?" andhira said as she sobbed.

"Dad would've said to her 'never hurt my son' yes, Dad?" andhira again.

When Andhira's father realized his mistake, he promised his children and wife Salamah not to commit violence again in any form. Andhira's father's gesture of good and sincere change was greeted with Andhira's recovery from the childhood trauma she once gave without her realizing it.

Then, Andhira wiped away the shedding tears on her cheeks violently. He stood up and said goodbye to his father. "Dhira go home first, Dad. Dhira hope, later we can meet again and eat our favorite food together ... as before."

Andhira left his father's final resting place. However, he did not go straight home to Daffa. However, he went to a place quite far from home. It took about three hours to get there.

Andhira speeding like a racer who is competing on the field of action. For some reason, carrying a motorcycle using high speed as it becomes an entertainment in itself for the heart of Andhira who is suffering and running away. With a very fast speed, even faster than the word fast itself, finally Andhira arrived at the destination in just one hour. He parked his motorcycle and started walking.

On a bridge that floats away from the surface of the river. Andhira walks alone. The place was very quiet and the beautiful lady liked it very much. While continuing down the bridge hanging in the middle of the forest, Andhira occasionally saw horror down there.

The wooden suspension bridge looked old and worn. Until the strong wind hits it will sway and create a terrible sound. Usually Andhira will feel scared, but this time not. He enjoyed it so much that he thought that at that time the bridge collapsed. Perhaps, he will also fall to the bottom of a deep river and his suffering will end. However, it turns out that fate wants Andhira to live longer. The bridge did not collapse either.

If anyone asks, why didn't Andhira just jump off the bridge if she wanted to end her life? The answer, of course Andhira did not want to do that. He is not that stupid, he just wants to release the fatigue of the incessant torment he is facing.

Not felt, time is rolling. Dusk that picks up the night was present with a million of its beauty. Andhira decided to return home from that place.

Andhira forgot her hunger. He no longer thought about his thirst. All he was thinking about right now was how he could overcome the trauma that was now touching his life again.

After a long time, Andhira arrived home. He let out a long sigh before finally entering the house that witnessed his suffering. Something made Andhira wonder. "Why is the door unlocked? Didn't I lock it when I left?" andhira muttered while remembering.

"Good! Apparently this is what you do when I'm not home. Wandering around like a netaang woman?" hardik a man who is none other than Daffa.

"M-mas, didn't Mas go for a few days?" andhira asked with a shocked face.
