The hotel where he stayed was Abraham's destination. He remembered the place, he did not even find any obstacles at all while heading towards that place. Abraham was already standing in front of the hotel, not wrong anymore. He remembered someone hit him on the head until he collapsed in the middle of the night.
Abraham stepped closer to the hotel, his head getting sicker from the fragments of memory that kept popping up. The hotel lobby was near, he remembered how many room numbers he had been staying in. Whether the room was already filled by someone else or not, he definitely had to make sure of it.
His appearance surprised some people who were standing guard in the lobby and of course it was Abraham's men who were assigned to always be there because their boss could suddenly return and it turns out sure enough. They immediately ran to Abraham, one of them contacting the assistant who was inside the hotel.
"Sir!" They all called in unison and bowed respectfully.
Abraham was surprised, he had not remembered who they were because he was trying to gather memories that kept popping up. But so that the people were not suspicious of his condition, Abraham kept quiet and again stepped into the hotel.
The assistant who got the news immediately rushed down. Not only was the assistant, Renata also rushed downstairs after getting the news. He hoped that the informing men were not wrong, a sense of happiness filled Renata's heart. He could not wait to get to the bottom soon.
The one who arrived downstairs first was the assistant because he was not far from the lobby floor. Abraham was about to approach the receptionist when his personal assistant stepped out of the elevator. It was not difficult to find the figure of the boss especially the men had followed him.
"Sir!" the assistant ran towards him and looked happy.
Abraham saw his assistant full of probing, vaguely he remembered it. The one who is always with him and who always carries out the orders he gives. Yes, he was the person he trusted the most and he started to remember it.
"I'm glad to see you're okay. What happened to you, sir?" ask the assistant.
"Hm, no" answered Abraham. He was not wanting to discuss anything, it was due to his erratic feelings as well as his chaotic mind.
The assistant did not ask any more, the suspicion that his boss had deliberately left turned out to be true. Abraham asked the assistant to take him to the room where he was staying, of course the room was occupied by Renata while he was there.
Renata gets out of the elevator in a hurry, his steps halted when he sees Abraham along with his assistant and his men. Tears flowed, Renata stepped slowly toward Abraham with a feeling of happiness.
"Abraham," Renata called out and was unable to stem the happiness he felt so that his pace grew faster.
Abraham's eyes looked towards Renata. The memory of the woman returned slowly, Renata was her fiance. Renata hugged Abraham tightly, she was still crying from happiness.
"Where have you been? Why did you suddenly just leave without saying anything. Are you mad at me?" ask Renata.
"No, I just wanted to calm down for a moment" Abraham lied. He wouldn't say what happened to him because he needed to restore his memories more but what he was thinking right now was, Renata turned out to be his fiancee then what about Vanila?
That's not all he's thinking about because he's very curious about why Vanila deceived him and pretended not to know his name. He's definitely going to find out but now, he's going to have to get his memory back and after that he's going to find out why Vanila did all that and why.
"Well, whatever you're going to do I'm so glad you're back. Now let's go home, your mother has missed you" Renata asked.
"Come home?"Abraham looked dazed. Is the house not far from that place or what?
Renata looked at Abraham with an astonished look and then he looked at the assistant. They looked astonished to see the suspicious Abraham. Abraham looked like a stranger, he did not even look happy when he saw Renata when all this time he loved Renata.
Renata also felt Abraham was very different, not as usual. Abraham would embrace her affectionately if they met less often but now, Abraham does not show it at all when they have been separated for a long time.
"Of course, let's go home," she'd better go home first while figuring out what's going on and the most important thing is, he's got to go home, he must know who hit him on the head, causing him to lose his memory.
Renata was very happy and embraced Abraham tightly. Thankfully the man was back, he was really worried that Abraham would not come back again until their relationship ended. If that happens, his wish will never be achieved.
Abraham pushed Renata's body slowly and stepped through it, of course, it made Renata more surprised by the attitude shown by Abraham because Abraham is really not like him today.
"Take me to my room!" pinta Abraham to the assistant.
"Yes, Sir!" the assistant stepped first, and Abraham followed.
"Abraham, wait!" Renata chased after her and hugged her arm. Renata smiled sweetly as Abraham looked towards her. Somehow the feeling of dislike towards Renata appeared in the heart. That feeling he might have felt as a result of memories that had not fully returned.
The assistant escorted Abraham to the room where he was kidnapped. Abraham stepped inside, looking through the room. He even closed his eyes to remember something. The night before she was kidnapped she couldn't sleep then? He remembered the room door on tap and when he opened the door there were three people wearing masks. Yeah, three guys and one of them hit him in the head twice.
He was sure his memory was not wrong, it turned out that Vanila had completely tricked him all along but for what? Suddenly he was suspicious of the girl but before he got the truth, he would not just accuse.
"Renata, I want to talk to Gaston. Can you come out for a second?" pinta Abraham's.
"Why? Usually you don't ask me out even if you want to talk to him" Renata said. Abraham looked really weird.
"Can you not argue?" Abraham stared at Renata with a sharp look that frightened him.
"Well," instead of making Abraham angry, he'd better get out.
"What do you want to talk to me about, sir?" the assistant asked after Renata came out of the room.
"That night three people hit me on the head so I want you to find out who those three guys are" Abraham said.
"What's? What exactly is going on with you, sir?"
"Don't ask much, Gaston. They've already dared to hit me in the head so I won't let them go!"
"Sir, is the impact of the blow your memory now?"Gaston stopped his words.
"Don't tell anyone, Gaston. Even Renata. I'm collecting my memories so no one will ever know!"
"Good, Sir. I'll get what you want soon."
"Good, one more thing you have to do. I need you to find out someone for me. Go to the bar back then and investigate a bartender named Vanila for me and find out what motive he had to cheat on me!" he had to know this so that he could make up his mind, what he should do later let alone he was suspicious of Vanila.
