KEEP BUANA (Rise of Darkness)

KEEP BUANA (Rise of Darkness)
Pusillan

A white-robed warrior darted rapidly from one branch to another in the nameless forest on the banks of the Muji River. Muji River is a river that is so large that local people often refer to it as ‘laut’ although obviously it is the longest river on the island and the water is not salty. That is, the Swordsman is like a race against time. He continued to dart until he arrived at another river estuary that was fused with this Muji river.

“Sial!” Said upset.

This warrior had only been first commissioned by his sect to take something that should be at one of the temples on the banks of this river. However, after two times he went back and forth around the area designated by the rest he began to doubt the clue.

‘Isn't there supposed to be a temple before this estuary?’ the warrior asked himself full of astonishment. The map seen is correct. The road that is being walked is also right. Could he have missed something?

The fighter then turned around. He repeated his journey. This time no longer drifted like the first time he had come. He chose to walk like an ordinary man. The warrior was named Sengkuang, one of the other elders of the Red Dragon Sect. Sengkuang was among the youngest elders in the Red Dragon sect. His age is only 30 years old. In this mission, Sengkuang had been outside the sect for more than three months.

The length of the journey from the Kaling Valley to this place is because Sengkuang spent a lot of time to help the villagers through. Many villages he had freed from the clutches of robbers and black-flow groups were oppressing them. The supplies from the sect he had brought along had long since run out. However, from every village and village he visited there were always residents who voluntarily gave some of their property as a thank you for Sengkuang's help.

When he had been walking for almost an hour, his forehead wrinkled to see something behind the bushes. His eyes narrowed to clarify his vision. Not far in front of him, he saw the debris of the building that had been completely covered by the wild grass. Gentayu approached the debris that had previously escaped his vision as it shot out of the air.

When he saw it, it was really a former building and Sengkuang was more convinced it was the former temple he was looking for. The clearest indication that it was a former temple building is the presence of a human-shaped statue crowned with the head of a bird and holding a god. Apparently, the temple was destroyed by being burned not too long ago. Visible from the remains of wood debris from buildings that are mostly in charred conditions.

Sengkuang immediately sat cross-legged. His right hand formed like a hand knife in front of his chest while his left hand was placed in the lotus position on his thigh. Eyes closed. Before long, his body slowly lifted up from above the ground and then rose slowly. It got higher and higher before the body spun slowly and floated down to one of the other points around the temple's alleged ruins.

Sengkuang continued her meditation at the place for a while to open her eyes with a disappointed face.

Sengkuang had just obtained a clue from reading the energy trail of the object she was looking for, which is another seal in the form of a box made of meteorite rock. The clue indicates that the seal has disappeared. Faintly, Sengkuang could feel there was once a trace of black energy that began to disappear around the place that should have been the location of the seal.

‘That seal is really in this Shrine! Unfortunately I was late. Someone has taken it! This temple must have been destroyed as well because of the person who took the seal! It's critical!’ The pensive few realized the danger that humans would experience when the seals hunted by the Red Dragon Sect fell into the hands of the black stream group.

The Red Dragon Sect was no ordinary martial sect. The sect has been more active as a spiritual group against the black sect since it was first founded. The Red Dragon Sect on the Great Golden Island was actually only a branch of the Red Dragon sect in the Middle Continent. The Red Dragon Sect is said to have at least five branches around the world. The branch on this Island is the largest branch in terms of the number of members at once the weakest in terms of strength.

A few months ago, the emissaries from the central sect in the Central Continent brought orders from the Patriarch to have them search for 3 objects that were believed to be scattered throughout the Midland region. 3 It consists of two seals and another object called ‘Bola Arwah’. Based on the instructions received, one seal and ‘bola’ spirit’ are on this Big Gold island. While one other seal is on the island of Padi Perak.

The nine elders of the Red Dragon Sect then shared the task. Three elders were in charge of searching for these objects on the Big Gold island. That is Sengkuang himself and his two colleagues who are now looking at other sites that may have both of these objects. As for the task of searching to the island of Padi Perak, carried out by four elders. The reason is simple, the island is inhabited by more black flow groups and is much stronger than this Big Gold island. One who served among the four elders to head for the island of Padi Perak was the late elder Shou.

Realizing that what he was looking for had disappeared, Sengkuang intended to trace the traces of black energy left behind in the ruins of this temple. At least, although his strength would not be comparable to the strength of the black stream swordsman, Sengkuang hoped to find out the location where the seal was located.

For about three days later, Sengkuang in his search managed to find traces of black energy in a village. The black energy that was so dense that its traces did not immediately disappear after those few days turned out to belong to a burly old man who was hovering. The old man was fighting against three opponents whose strength was not comparable to his. A young man and two middle-aged senior warriors seemed helpless. They were wrapped around a bond that came from Black energy. Shortly after, the winding wrapped around the body of the figure of the Youth brought its victim closer. Then no matter what the young man said, it seemed to have managed to provoke the anger of the black stream warrior figure into throwing the young man's body and immediately showering his unlanded body with long-range energy punches.

‘BUM! BOOM! BOOM!’

There was the sound of a powerful explosion when the blow hit the palanquin tree until it collapsed and the surrounding mounds of land flattened. While the young man who became his opponent managed to dodge and stagger when he landed.

Shortly after, the other two people who were also entangled by the black energy from the body of the burly old figure suffered the same fate. They were thrown and immediately showered with blows of profound energy that were also fierce! One of the two did not manage to escape. The punch struck him before his body crashed into the hard ground on the spot.

Sengkuang remained focused on watching the course of the battle while keeping a safe distance. He has not yet confirmed what is really going on. But at a glance he could conclude, that the warriors were white warriors who were trying to stop the lunge of the burly old man who was emitting such pitch-black energy.

The next sight was amazing for Sengkuang. The young man who crashed and managed to dodge the attack was suddenly seen emitting huge energy after his body was twisted back by the tendrils coming from a stick. In the next instant, not only the tendrils that bound it came apart and shattered into dust, he said, the young man even shot back and managed to attack the figure of the black stream old man with a punch that caused a shockwave around him. But the young man again crashed down and hit the houses of the residents.

The burly old man was still standing firmly in the air. Looking down, and suddenly slid down furiously. There was a bit of dialogue before the young man came back to attack. Now the young man attacked using a magic sword. However, the powerful sword that attacked with full force only slashed through the empty space as the old man he had attacked simply disappeared and moved away.

Sengkuang could see the shadow moving as fast as lightning to another corner of the village. A few seconds later..

‘BHUM!’

‘BHUM!’

‘DHUAR!’

The sound of a powerful explosion was heard followed by a red tinge of burning Nampak soaring in the night sky. The atmosphere of the atmosphere became brightly lit for a moment before it went dark again.

That burly old man was of course the Devil's Coral. But Sengkuang clearly did not know him. He had intended to plunge straight into the battle to help his fellow elder, but yet he had not had time to make a move, the figure of the Demon Coral had already disappeared by bringing along the body of the fellow from elder Shou.

Sengkuang immediately jumped up to elder Shou who was suddenly in pain and the kelojota held onto his chest. Apparently, the Demon Coral had launched a black attack to kill elder Shou!

“Chairman Shou!, elder Shou!” The snoring moved quickly grasping the nearly collapsed old body. He immediately brought Elder Shou's body to Return to his Sect, yet it was too late! Elder Shou had died back then as well.

The feeling of anger, sadness, anger and helplessness became one in Sengkuang's chest. He immediately ran to join the fight against the Demon Coral, suddenly.. Another explosive sound was heard from not too far away!

Ground shaking..

A white light seemed to split the night. It was the sword energy of Satam belonging to Gentayu. His energy ran and..

‘BLAR…!!

The ground in front of Sengkuang split and formed a large trench. The sword energy had almost hit him had Sengkuang not quickly dodged.

Then deserted. No more sounds.

‘What's over?’

Sengkuang carried the body of elder Shou who had become a corpse towards the battleground where the sword energy splitting the ground came from. Arriving at the place, another shock greeted him. There actually still stands the old figure of the Devil's Coral by holding a sword belonging to a young man who is none other than Gentayu.

Devil's Coral with a staggering step then took the sword and stepped towards the west, towards the mountain. Struggling to follow the man. He was not interested in finding out what the fate of the young man who became his opponent was following two others. Even he ignored the corpse of the physician mo. Sengkuang put the body of elder Shou nearby so that when buried the body of elder Shou was taken care of.

His journey turned out to be to Bukit Seguntang. Sengkuang wanted to attack the demon-powered old warrior. But the intention was broken. The condition of this Old Man seemed to weaken very far, but still Sengkuang was not a comparable opponent to him. Now the most important thing is to know where the seal is kept. As morning came, the increasingly frail Demon Coral entered the gate of a college hidden among the thickets.

The snoring did not follow him into the padepokan. He chose Back, but on the way he met a man dressed as a man of learning and the nobility of the capital, who was seen racing his horse.

‘What business does a noble visit a black stream padepokan? There is something wrong it seems like’ Sengkuang undoes his intention to Return to the Sect. He chose to intercept the man on his return in order to obtain information that seemed to be of great value. ‘Could the black flow group be financed by a certain party in the kingdom?’ Thought it.

Almost two hours Sengkuang wait, finally the horseman was back. The struggle stopped the horse by throwing a pebble that hit the horse's foot and made it fall slammed on the hard-landed grass.

The snore jumped up and dragged the man towards the bushes and let the steed run away without his harness and saddle. The horse immediately ran away from its master who now showed fear in front of Sengkuang.

“Tell me what you did in my college!?” Sengkuang threatened the man with a sambal dagger playing that he was part of the padepokan.

“Heh?? You're a Devil Hair guy, why don't you just ask your guests?” The man was consumed by drama from Sengkuang.

“Ah, I'm lazy to talk to that old man! I want to hear it from you! Tell me, what message are you carrying? I don't want to lose fast on information, you know? I am also their elder! Unfortunately, because I was too cruel and liked to move by myself at will, I got a punishment like this! Can't get involved in college business, can't kill.. Huh! Shitty!” Sengkuang increasingly become-so in his drama.

Deliberately calling too cruel and likes to act at will in order to cause horror in the hearts of the nobility. Tests succeeded! Lazily, the noble opened all the secrets that he also passed on while inside the Devil Hair Pads.

Suddenly the look in Sengkuang's eyes turned cold and terrifying.

“Eh, you didn't intend to kill me after I told you what they heard as well, did you? “ The man who turned out to be the messenger turned pale. Then he began to realize his stupidity. All too late, because the punishment worthy of a traitor is only death! And Sengkuang considered this noble to be a traitor!

The screech cleaned the bloodstains on his dagger using the messenger's own clothes.

‘I must tell this betrayal to the court. But how?’ Sengkuan continued to walk while thinking about what plan he would do next.
