Village Guard

Gentayu's journey to the Red Dragon sect in the Kaling Valley was then taken by running quickly using the science of lightening the body he had from the Single Sword. “Oh, forgive me. I was a traveler who just happened to pass by. Not just to go to this village. My goal is to the Valley of Kaling, maybe the lord of four would give me permission to just cross” Gentayu trying to explain the purpose of his arrival.

“Can't, kisaak! Sorry.” The cross-eyed man firmly closed the door to dialogue with Gentayu and immediately expelled him to leave the village.

“Wait, okay. I'll go, sir. But may I know the reason why I am prohibited from just passing?” Gentayu did not mind leaving this village, but there was certainly a special reason why this village was so closed to outsiders.

“Kisanak seems to be a swordsman. Alright. We'll explain. Our village is closed because in this village almost every night there is a mysterious death. We call it mysterious because every night there are always people who die. At first, we thought it was normal. Until finally, two days ago the villagers through the village head decided to ask for help from the psychic and exorcist from the surrounding village.

Psychics who tried to help the village mentioned that the mysterious death was caused by the vile deeds of bad people. While the ghost repellent states that the death is caused by ghosts and evil spirits who seek revenge. However, an investigation by a team of village chiefs assisted by warriors from padepokan ‘Bambu Hijau’ has not been able to uncover the mastermind behind the death. The team only managed to thwart the death of one of their citizens last night, after the warriors fought against a horde of ghosts who intended to harm the population. It is clear that the ghost is controlled as a weapon. It is not yet known who they are and what their purpose is. Therefore, it is recommended to close and isolate this village from immigrants and foreigners.

“Help?? Haha... Can what are you, boy?!" Suddenly another voice sounded behind Gentayu. The four guards immediately saluted

It turned out that he was Kulais, nicknamed 'Betung Swordsman" one of the strongest elders of the Green Bamboo storehouse who was assigned to help this village. "What?? You're accusing me of being a spy? On what basis, huh?!" Gentayu debated Kulais' words, questioning the reason he was accused of being a spy.

"Basically we suspect you, and if we refuse to search then that only means one thing, which is that our suspicions are correct!" Kulais pressed Gentayu again.

" good. Please search!" Gentayu finally relented. But he certainly thought of many things before allowing himself to be searched by the guards. At the very least, all of his valuables had been safe within the Wagon Bracelet.

Kulais smiled with satisfaction because he thought Gentayu had received a search for fear of him and had known himself and his big name. Kulais then ordered his colleagues to search.

Three people other than the cross-eyed man swiftly carried out his duties. After a long search and finding nothing behind the clothes of Gentayu, the three immediately retreated and returned to their original place. But apparently, Kulais was not willing to let go. He immediately blocked Gentayu's steps.

"You can go! But leave whatever you're hiding here!" Kulais pressed Gentayu again.

"Whatchu mean? Didn't you guys find anything under my shirt?" Gentayu.

"Don't think I'm stupid, boy! You're on your way, it's impossible not to bring anything, right? Quickly surrender or..." Kulais started bluffing

"Or what??..." Gentayu ran out of patience, then without warning waved a punch that lashed the 'Fire Dragon Fist' style into Kulais' face.

Kulais slammed dozens of fathoms and hit the village gate wall due to the blow. The gate collapsed immediately. Kulais did not anticipate the sudden blow at all. The power of the blow made his entire tooth fall out. Things that he has never experienced and felt in a lifetime because all this time he is known to master one of the great body defense sciences. He had not even realized, that the boy he underestimated his ability was even on par with the master teacher of the Green Bamboo Shoot.

The guards who had previously been in front of the messy archway saved themselves from being hit by the ruins. While Kulais himself who was hit by the ruins immediately rose up while grimacing with pain and shame.

Kulais is a proud figure and not used to accept defeat. Of course an insult for him was torn down by a boy he had originally underestimated.

"You.. You're...." Kulais shouted towards Gentayu who was still standing in his place. The four guards who had previously saved themselves had now joined behind him. But the fourth view has changed towards Gentayu. Yes, Gentayu now looks like a monster in the body of an innocent young man. They seemed to not believe that the innocent young man was able to beat and knock down the greatest senior disciple in the Green Bamboo store with a single hit.
