Weird Froth

Completing the training meditation and reaching the Earth Swordsman level for his lightning element, Gentayu was quite satisfied.

The goal to this place has been achieved. The mission he had received from Manik Baya had been successfully completed in just two short days of being in the lightning forest.

Such a speed of strength growth, perhaps he was the only one in this world who was able to achieve it.

Others, with an early position like Gentayu though, would need at the earliest half a month to reach it.

Nevertheless, Gentayu did not intend to stop. Opportunities can accelerate strength with luxurious facilities like this, certainly can not be missed.

Therefore, Gentayu immediately stood up to continue his efforts.

But, just as he was about to stand up, his eyes caught something unusual in one corner of the cave.

The darkness of the cave with black rock actually makes a contrast to the appearance of a white foam-like object clumped as big as the thumb.

'What is this?' Gentayu approached and grabbed a pile of lumps similar to that soft white foam.

Chilling..

After a contact of over five seconds, a chill started to creep up from his fingertips and quickly rose enveloping his entire body.

Gentayu who had anticipated everything acted in time by circulating fire energy in his body to ward off the cold.

But..

Something else happened.

The soft white froth was not only unmoved by the hot fire energy, the coldness transmitted from it was even more piercingly sharp, as if even the blood in Gentayu's body would be frozen.

Gentayu's expression became bad.

He had not expected this simple strange object to be able to ward off the heat from the fire energy in his body. Moreover, it was fire energy with the power of a Celestial swordsman!

'What is this thing? My strength is really made as if it is meaningless!'

The foam-like object even began to feel attached and attached tightly to the skin of his fingers as Gentayu tried to forcefully remove the object from his hands.

However, Aura and the cold also suddenly surged.

The rocks that had been melting for a moment due to the tremendous heat instantly froze. Even the ice crystals around Gentayu's body formed very quickly.

At least, the area within ten meters around Gentayu was now frozen and ice crystals formed on the walls, ceiling and floor of the stone cave.

'What a terrible thing!'

Gentayu shuddered to observe the change in conditions that occurred with such a splinter.

Real quick. The heat change melts to a cold freeze that's only five seconds apart. Not more.

'Damn it! If only I were not as a person with the power of fire, it seems like my blood would have been made to freeze! Really troublesome!'

Gentayu began to curse himself for being too careless and unable to hold back his curiosity.

Gentayu whipped out his 'Through Guavaik' weapon which was indeed fortified at his waist when entering this lightning forest.

'If the fire energy doesn't make him release himself, then the lightning sting should be able to fragment these cursed wisps of foam'

Gentayu immediately aimed a weapon similar to Cik Han's legacy kerambit or lightning swordsman towards the mouth of the cave.

The lightning energy in the surroundings began to gather as if an ant was coming at the sweetness of the sugar scent.

The large amount of lightning that Gentayu had managed to gather was even slightly beyond his calculations.

'This is too scary! That old man Miss Han really lives up to his reputation as a Lightning Finger warrior!'

Gentayu stared in amazement at the wisp of lightning clouds that were rapidly forming.

They are no longer in the form of threads or lightning tendrils that wriggle again. But the thunderbolts had gathered in the sky and formed a cloud of lightning in the sky. Truly the lightning that gathered and turned into a cloud of Lightning!

Without waiting any longer, Gentayu pointed his lightning carambuik towards the white froth on the finger of his left hand.

The lightning in the sky outside the cave seemed to understand his intent and...

'FRESH!!'

The first big lightning hit the white froth on Gentayu's finger.

Gentayu felt his entire body even as if he was being fed with lightning energy that damaged and destroyed him.

The white, blob-shaped foam exploded apart into dozens of pieces.

Gentayu was relieved because it seemed like his efforts were paying off.

White foam that was originally as big as a thumb is now only the size of no more than a lid, but the foam remains attached to the finger of his right hand.

However, just now Gentayu was about to smile triumphantly, an astounding thing arrived.

The white foam that had exploded and separated was again fused together.

They seemed to move following an order as the froths moved to unite themselves, back to Gentayu's finger.

Another thing that surprised Gentayu was that the froth-shaped object now looked bigger after reuniting.
