Questioning Love

Madame Aditya came out of Vino's room after calming her son down. While Dinda still restrains herself from going in to see Vino.

He was still imagined by Vino's attitude as if he was avoiding him when he came home from the restaurant.

But after two hours of waiting, Dinda could no longer hold back her worry for Vino.

Dinda went upstairs to her room. He slowly opened the door of his room slightly and peered inside. But Dinda saw their bed empty.

Dinda went inside and looked at the bathroom.

Is it possible Vino's in the bathroom again? Her thought.

"What's going on?"

Dinda gasped at Vino's voice behind her, slowly turning her head back. But what he saw was a figure that looked like a mummy with a head wrapped in white cloth.

"Yahoo!!!" dinda shouted in shock and reflexively stepped back. But his legs slipped because his movements were not controlled.

That mummified figure instantly caught his body by hugging his waist.

"Are you okay, honey?" ask that figure.

"The casino?" ask Dinda wonder.

"Dear, you're okay, right?"

"No, I'm fine" Dinda replied as she stood up straight.

Vino breathed a sigh of relief, still with a face covered in cloth.

"Why are you? Why is it that kayak face?" ask Dinda.

Vino felt his face covered in cloth while looking down.

"I'm ashamed" he replied in a very quiet voice.

"Who's the same? And why the shame?"

"Then be with you, because I was crying," Vino replied as he turned and walked towards the sofa. He slept there and covered his face with a pillow.

Dinda frowned because she was surprised by Vino's behavior. But then she smiled amusedly at the attitude of her husband who was like a child.

Oh it turns out he was away from me out of shame, Dinda thought.

Then Dinda walked up to Vino and sat down next to her husband.

"So you're ashamed of crying?"

Vino did not reply, he still covered his face.

"Open your face Vin, or else I'll catch it" Dinda said, jokingly.

There was no response from Vino.

Finally Dinda reached out her hand to pull the pillow that covered Vino's face. Initially Vino defended the pillow by holding it firmly. But because Dinda insisted on pulling it, she gave up.

Then Dinda also opened Vino's face-covering cloth, and now there is no more rejection from Vino, because he knows Dinda will still force.

Slowly the handsome face was closing its eyes, making Dinda smile at him.

"Why should you be ashamed just for crying?" ask Dinda.

"Because it's not cool," Vino replied with his eyes closed.

Slowly Dinda approached Vino's face and kissed her forehead gently. Vino's eyes immediately widened, he rarely felt Dinda who had been romantic with him first. Quickly his hand held Dinda's nape to keep their faces close together.

"Why on the forehead?" vino asked while looking into Dinda's eyes.

Dinda smiled.

"Ih, you. Shame on me, now what's flirty?"

"Because this is the first time you've been romantic with me" Vino replied.

"really?" dinda asked while raising her eyebrows.

"And you have never called me by the call of love, nor have you ever expressed love clearly to me. I doubt you're actually married to me out of love or in return?"

"When did I get married for revenge? What is Siti Nurbaya?" dinda said as she tried to pull back her head.

But the person he lured was not chasing. Dinda stopped and looked back. The handsome man now covered his face back with a pillow.

Dinda had to swallow her laugh again.

It seems that now that Vino is not joking, I better let him alone first, he thought.

Then Dinda opened the door and walked out of her room.

Meanwhile, Vino immediately opened his face when he heard the sound of the door being opened.

I thought he'd come back and seduce me. Does Dinda not really love me? Why should he avoid like that? Her thought.

*****

After coming out of the room this afternoon, Dinda did not enter at all, because she did intend to give time to Vino himself. Likewise with Vino, he did not come out of his room at all.

Dinda busied herself by playing with Arka and chatting with Madam Aditya. Every now and then his eyes looked up at the stairs, hoping that Vino would come down. But until the afternoon Vino was not seen.

Dinda felt her heart could not let Vino continue to dissolve in such grief.

He also regretted not directly answering, when Vino questioned his feelings.

Now she really thinks I don't love her. Inner Dinda.

A moment later Dinda looks silent while thinking, how to comfort Vino. Then he took his phone and opened an online selling site, Dinda chose some items he wanted to buy.

After that, he went upstairs to look at Vino.

Once in the room, Dinda saw Vino still on the sofa with the same position since he left earlier.

It seems that Vino overslept, probably due to the fatigue caused by his emotions drained when he was traumatized. I'll wake her at dinner tonight, Dinda.

And when dinner arrives, Dinda returns to wake Vino up. Her husband was no longer seen on the sofa. Then Dinda heard the sound of water from the bathroom.

Dinda walked into the bathroom and knocked on the door slowly.

"Vin, take a shower and have dinner, yeah, I'll wait for you downstairs" said Dinda.

"Yes" came a short answer from the bathroom.

After they were at the dining table, Dinda glanced slightly at Vino, the handsome man still with a grumbling look on his face. He did not even glance at Dinda in the slightest.

It seems Vino is really angry and misunderstood me, Dinda thought.

After Dinda finished her meal, an assistant walked over carrying two large boxes.

"Sorry Sir, Madam. There's a package for Mbak Dinda. I have to put where the package is?" ask the Assistant.

Madame Aditya and her husband simultaneously looked towards Dinda.

Dinda got up while smiling.

"You put it in front of my door, you put it,"

The assistant nodded and brought the box upstairs.

"Sorry Ma, Pa. Dinda finished first, because Dinda wants to go up first, want to check the package," said Dinda while standing up.

"Yes, it's okay Din. We have also finished eating" Madam Aditya replied with a smile.

"Bad baby, Mama went upstairs for a second. Mama will come down again" said Dinda to Arka while peeping the top of her son's head.

"Yes Ma" replied Arka nodding.

Dinda went upstairs.

While the dream guy every woman who looks awkward glanced at Dinda who had walked away with her eyes.

Look at! He was not even aware of my attitude that I deliberately made like I was angry. And he didn't ask me for permission either, Inner Vino.

Seriate....
