CHAPTER 36: The Secret Revealed

The taxi stopped right in front of Neta's house. Nayla is not going home right now. If I go home, the Nature Doctor will be there. Nayla doesn't want to see him anymore. That would make it hard to forget about the Natural Physician.

No one answered Nayla trying to knock her again.

Neta's open door stood in front of the door looking at me confused. Nayla hugged him and cried.

“Nayla Lo why ?” ask Neta confused.

“Gue has dropped out of Doctor Alam,” said Nayla.

“Sabar Nayla.” The word Neta stroked Nayla's back.

“Gue is really sad Net,” said Nayla.

“Yaudah we entered a new ntar Lo story,” said Neta.

Neta took Nayla into her house. He asked Nayla to sit in the guest room. Neta's house today was deserted there was only herself and a few helpers. Neta's father was at work while her mother had long since separated from her father. Now mama Neta lives with her new husband.

Nayla sat in the living room. Neta goes to the kitchen to get Nayla a drink. He soon returned with a glass of water.

“Drink first Nay!” neta handed the glass to Nayla.

Nayla accepted it and drank it immediately. “Still Net,”

He sat next to Nayla. “So now you've canceled your wedding Lo?”

Nayla nodded. “Gue has hurt him."

“Kalo Lo nyesel stay Lo by the way Doctor Alam,” said Neta.

“I'm not going to admit that. If I do that I will make him suffer more and I do not want it to happen.” said Nayla crying.

Neta hugs Nayla.“Nay, don't cry anymore.”

“Why should everything happen the same I?” ask Nayla frustrated.

“Sabar Nayla I'm sure Lo will be strong ngadepin all this,” said Neta calming.

“Gue doesn't know what else to do Net,” says Neta.

He stroked Nayla's back while Nayla was still crying. Suddenly Nayla's head hurt like never before. Nayla releases Neta's embrace and immediately takes the medicine from inside my bag. But Nayla didn't find him.

“Nay Lo why?” ask Neta.

“Medicine I Net.” Nayla said, taking out her bag.

“Lo hurts again?” ask Neta.

Nayla's head is getting sicker but she hasn't gotten the cure yet.

“Aw! It hurts my head Net.” said Nayla whimpering in pain while holding her head.

“What about?” neta was confused.

“My head hurts so much Net, please I am not strong anymore!” nayla said as she groaned in pain.

Nayla's head hurt a lot. Nayla could not endure the pain anymore. And suddenly his body fell unconscious.

The Nature Doctor was very confused towards Nayla's suddenly changed attitude. He's on his way to Nayaka's house. He couldn't just let the woman he loved go.

As soon as he arrived in front of his house the Natural Doctor immediately ran inside. He knocked on the door but no one opened it. He kept knocking on the door until Alex showed up at the door.

“Lex, Nayla where do I want to meet him?” ask the Nature Doctor.

“Not him going to Lo?” house ask Brother Alex.

“Iya earlier he did come to my house but after he canceled our marriage he immediately went,” said Doctor Alam.

“Wait first! You mean Lo Nayla found Lo and said she wanted to cancel your wedding?” ask Brother Alex.

“Iya, suddenly he said like that,” said Doctor Alam.

“Why did Nayla suddenly say it was like that?” ask Brother Alex.

“Gue also does not know,” said Doctor Alam more confused.

Alex's phone rang. Nayla's name was on her phone.

The two of them immediately ran towards the Natural Physician's car. Doctor Alam immediately drove his car at high speed to the Hospital. A few minutes later they arrived at the hospital.

They're heading straight for the ER room.

Neta was standing there agitatedly. They came straight to Neta.

“Neta! How is Nayla?” ask Brother Alex.

“Still checked Doctor,” says Neta.

The three of them waited in front with anxious hearts. Shortly Doctor Nabila came out of the ER room. The three of them approached him.

“Where to Doc?” ask Brother Alex.

“Nayla must be operated on immediately,” said Doctor Nabila.

“Operation?” ask the Nature Doctor and Brother Alex at the same time.

“Yes, Nayla has an advanced brain tumor,”, said Dr. Nabila.

Brother Alex and Doctor Nature looked surprised to hear the explanation of Doctor Nabila. Suddenly their hearts were broken. How could they not know about this?

“But Nayla never told Dok?” ask Brother Alex.

“That's because Nayla doesn't want you guys to know,” Doctor Nabila said.

“For a while I will move Nayla in the outpatient room so that I can monitor the state of Nayla,” said Doctor Nabila.

Doctor Nabila is back in. The ER door opened several medics exited while pushing Nayla's gurney. They all followed right up to the ward. The Nature Doctor looked at Nayla who was lying down. His heart was very sad and broken to see Nayla like this. Why did he cover all this up from her?

The medics took Nayla into the ward. After finishing installing some medical equipment. They all came out so did Doctor Nabila he went straight back to his room.

They all went into the ward. They were standing around Nayla's bed. Nayla is currently lying helplessly on the bed. And there were some medical devices attached to his body. Everyone was sad to see how he was.

Suddenly Nayla opened her eyes.

“I am where?” while holding his head.

“You are in Nay hospital,” said Brother Alex.

“Sister, Doctor you guys can be here?” ask Nayla.

Nayla looked at Neta. “Pasti Lo who talked?” Nayla.

“Sorry Nay, because I am confused about how else?” said Neta.

Nayla tried to stand up. But Alex's sister held him back, she didn't want anything to happen to her sister.

“I want to go home,” said Nayla stood up.

“No you should keep here!” said Brother Alex.

“I'm fine Brother I want to go home,” said Nayla.

“No you have to keep here!” said Brother Alex with a high tone.

Nayla just looked at her sister. He had never seen his brother this angry.

“But I'm fine Kak,” said Nayla.

“Who said you were okay? You are again sick Nayla,” said Brother Alex.

Nayla just kept quiet and didn't answer. “ Anyway you have to operation soon!” said Brother Alex.

“I don't want to,” reject Nayla.

“Why don't you want to live again?” ask Brother Alex.

“I'm fine why should the operation?” Nayla.

“Nayla! Brother beg you to be aware now that you are dying,”, Brother Alex said in tears.

“Sabar Lex,” says Natural Doctor calming.

Now inside there is only Nayaka and the Natural Doctor. The Nature Doctor approached Nayla's bed and sat down next to her. Nayla turned her face away from the Nature Doctor. He did not want to see a Physician of Nature because it would remind him of what he did to the Physician of Nature.

Unknowingly Nayla's tears flowed she instantly wiped them off. The Nature Doctor grabbed Nayla's face facing him.

“Do you not believe in me?” ask the Nature Doctor.

“I don't want to be a burden to you,” said Nayla.

“You have never been a burden to me, since when have you been like this?” the Natural Doctor.

“Since your mama died,” said Nayla.

The Nature Doctor took a breath that felt heavy. Nayla was ill at the time. But he tried to strengthen me even though he himself was down at that time. The Nature Doctor cried considering her stupidity as to why she had not noticed it.

“You don't have to be sad, I'm fine.” Nayla said removing the tears of the Nature Doctor.

The Nature Doctor clasped Nayla's hand. “Nayla, I beg you, you must operation!” the Natural Doctor.

Nayla instantly removed her hand from the grasp of the Natural Physician. “I don't want.”

“Why don't you want operation?” ask the Nature Doctor.

“Because I'm fine,” said Nayla.

“Where does Nayla want operation?” ask Brother Alex.

The Nature Doctor shook his head. “She didn't want even when I said I would do surgery for her she also refused.”

Brother Alex is more confused how he must face Mother. Today Mommy is going to Surabaya to visit her sick brother. So Mother does not know about the state of Nayla.
