Izumi's Life: Gathering Together

The days continued to pass as usual and did not feel a repeat of the semester arrived.

As usual, I became the first in the general class force. And from what I heard, Kirian was first in the special class, while Maeru was 2nd under Kirian.

During the semester break, Maeru comes to Mr. Hazuki's house and stays.

In the evening, the four of them gathered in the empty room opposite my room, which Maeru now used for the night.

Moments later, Rusen opened my room without knocking.

"Izumi, come with us to the next room" Rusen said with a thumb pointing to the room.

I just kept quiet while bowing my head.

"Why silence?" Ask Maeru

I took a deep breath and looked up at them with a cheerful face.

No words I said were a lie. Everything is right, it's just that I changed a little bit of his words to make people misunderstand.

Many places are comfortable, it's true because I can be comfortable if I get peace in the library, the toilet, or wherever there are not many people. So anywhere can make me comfortable as long as it's quiet.

Good teacher, that's also true because even though they didn't act on my bullying, they remained fair in academic grades and still ranked me first.

The general class wasn't as bad as I imagined, it was also true because not everything bullied me physically, and there was Mawari who had previously wanted to talk to me. Then when compared to special classes, general classes are much better for me.

Kirian, Rio, and Rusen looked at me in disbelief, but Maeru looked at me deeply, then smiled.

Maeru looked at Rusen and tried to convince him with simple words.

I felt threatened because of Maeru as if he could see everything inside me.

"I... Sleepy already. So I went back to the room first. You continue the conversation" I said and prepared to stand up

However, Maeru immediately held my hand.

"Why rush that? We're just starting the story"

"I'm sleepy" I said

Maeru turned to Kirian.

"Ian, Rio, Ruu, we continue tomorrow. I'm going to sleep with Izumi tonight"

"What?!" Shouted the three of them

"Eru, you're so weird!" Shouts Rio

"Rarely able to meet Izumi. I'm just trying to get along with him"

"No. You'll be distracted if you're with me, so I'll go back to the room" I said

"No way" Maeru said sure

"Okay, tonight's meeting is over. I'll sleep with Izumi, so you guys go back"

With doubt the three of them came out of the room. Every now and then they glanced at Maeru making sure he might change his mind.

"You sure, Eru?" Ask Kirian to make sure

"Very sure"

"All right"

The three of them came out. Things feel awkward.

My gut tells me I have to leave immediately.

"I'll leave now too" I said and walked towards the door.

"Izumi" said Maeru quickly

I looked back at Maeru.

"You avoiding me?" He asked with a smile and a sharp look.

"I'm..." Mumbles

Maeru walked over to me, my reflexes running backwards.

Maeru quickly clasped his hand tightly and pulled me.

"Why are you avoiding me? Is it because I feel guilty about taking my girlfriend?" Ask

Maeru's grip became stronger and made my hand pale.

"Haha! Are you tormented in the general classroom? I'm so happy!!" Shouted Maeru

"You deserve it. The whole universe must hate you! You're a lucky piece of trash because of your genius!"

I looked into Maeru's sharp eyes as if it could stab me in fear.

I couldn't let out my voice as if it was locked and I couldn't move as if I was being tied up.

With one hand to the other, Maeru stroked my cheek gently.

"Izumi~ I love you so much like my own sister"

"You know what, Izumi? I had a very funny little brother before"

"But as soon as she was born, mom died"

"I thought my sister should apologize to my mother for killing her with her birth. So while my mom's funeral was being held and my dad was busy focusing on the guests, I slammed my sister who was only a day old and left like she had fallen out of bed"

"Nobody knows I killed him. Aren't I really great? My sister can directly apologize to my mom"

Maeru took off my hand and removed his other hand from my cheek.

He turned around and walked to the bed and sat down on his side.

"So Izumi, we all love you like our own sister. This is how we treat our sister"

"If you don't throw a tantrum, we won't hurt you"

"Well, now come here" Maeru said as he patted the bed.

"This is not true! Maeru is more dangerous and creepy than Kirian, Rio and Rusen than I thought" I thought

"I... Can't mess with her" I thought

I paused for a moment, then put on a forced smile.

"Yes, I'll be there"
