Forced to Marry My Best Friend's Husband

Forced to Marry My Best Friend's Husband
Part 80 RELEASE KANAYA

Sean looked at his father-in-law in disbelief. His head shook slowly. Sean loves Kanaya, there's no way he'll just let Kanaya go.

"I don't want to divorce her, Dad. Kanaya just gave birth. I don't want–"

"Your agreement is over. Didn't you really have to get divorced after Kanaya gave birth?" concluded Danu while staring intently at Sean who looked surprised.

"A–Dad already knows?" Sean's eyes are both breaking. If her father-in-law knows about her marriage, does that mean Kanaya is here and has told her everything?

"I didn't think you weren't as good as I thought you were all along. I thought, you really love my daughter but it turns out ...." Danu could not continue his words. The middle-aged man looked at Sean with a disappointed look. Feeling betrayed by the person he trusted so much to keep his beloved daughter.

"I'm really disappointed in you, Sean!" Danu still spoke calmly even though he felt like he wanted to curse the man who was still his son-in-law. Both of his hands had even clenched tightly wanting to smash at the man.

"I'm sorry, Dad. Sorry!" Sean approached Danu, intending to apologize and rest at the middle-aged man's feet. However, Danu immediately restrained Sean by raising her hand.

"Shut up there, Sean! I don't need your apology!" yell Danu. This time he could not hold back his anger anymore. Riyanti who heard Danu's screams, immediately approached the man.

"Patience, Mas. Remember your heart" Riyanti whispered as she rubbed the back of the man who had been her husband for several years.

Danu took a long breath. The net turned to Riyanti who looked so worried about him. Danu's fire of rage instantly extinguished. He still remembers all the words of his wife and son before Sean came.

"You don't get out of control, Mom. Remember, your health is more important. Don't let Kanaya's sacrifice go to waste" Riyanti recalled. The woman looked at Danu as she continued to rub the man's back.

Danu nodded at the words of his beloved wife. The man took a deep breath, trying to temper the tightness that was slowly flowing in his chest. Seeing Sean in front of his eyes, made Danu remember Kanaya.

"You must have suffered so much. Forgive me for not knowing that your marriage was just a lie to help you" Danu said in her heart.

"I'm sorry, Dad. I didn't mean to lie to Dad. I just ...." Sean did not continue his words. I don't know why, his tongue feels like it's funny. Sean couldn't explain why he married Kanaya. However, he was sure, without even telling the story Danu would have known from Kanaya.

"I'm sorry, Dad." Sean's voice rang out again, restoring Danu's consciousness.

"I didn't expect that the two of you would be able to take advantage of Kanaya's weakness to comply with your unreasonable desires!"

"Dad ...." Sean looked at the middle-aged man with a guilty look. It was unexpected that her father-in-law knew the secret she kept with Kanaya.

Fortunately, his father-in-law did not relapse the disease.

While Sean shook his head. "I don't want to divorce Kanaya, Dad. L loved her. Kanaya is the mother of my son. Right now my son needs his mother a lot."

The words spoken by Sean made Danu and Riyanti look at each other.

"Are you aware of what you're saying, Sean? You said you loved Kanaya? If you love my daughter, your beloved wife wants you to come, huh?" Danu was back in the mood.

"Mas, relax!" Riyanti clasped Danu's hand tightly. Sean's words were indeed outrageous.

How could he so lightly say love Kanaya while Sean himself is a married man? The man even seemed to have forgotten the reason why he married Kanaya a year ago.

"Sean, you seem to have forgotten the reason you married Kanaya." Riyanti who had been silent had finally spoken. His hand was still tightly grasping Danu's hand which was trying to dampen his emotions.

"You married Kanaya because you love your wife so much. You followed all Sandra's wishes because you loved her so much. Had you been able to resist Sandra's crazy desire to marry Kanaya, maybe Kanaya would never have suffered the way she is today. Now, you're so lightly saying that you love Naya?" Riyanti's lips shook with tears. Imagine how her daughter faces her days with Sandra and Sean.

Physically and in an attitude, maybe the two guys are really good. Kanaya even said that Sandra was so nice to her. The woman also told Sean to be fair to both of them.

However, Riyanti's heart is like being sliced into pieces when she finds out that Sean is a man in Kanaya's past. The past that until now made Kanaya want to marry anyone because her heart was already attached to that man.

Riyanti accidentally finds Kanaya's notebook that contains about her longing for Sean. Even there is also a clear photo of Sean who was still in high school uniform.

The world is so narrow. After years of waiting, why did Kanaya actually meet with Sean when the man of his clan had owned people? Worse yet, that person was Sandra, her own best friend.

Uh! Just imagining being in Kanaya's position makes Riyanti's heart throb pain. During this year, Kanaya must have suffered a lot when watching the man she loved making out with her best friend.

"Let go, Kanaya, Sean! Let him be happy."

"Mom, right now my granddaughter needs Naya a lot, Mom. From yesterday, after Kanaya left, she cried all night. I know I was wrong, Mom. But Nathan really needs his mother."

"Nathan?"
