Part 43 TAKE CARE OF MY DAUGHTER

"When ...." Both of Sean's eyes faded when he heard Kanaya's words.

"Call me Kanaya, I'm no longer the little girl you used to call by that name" Kanaya said firmly.

The woman then rested her body on the car seat. The two neutrals no longer stared or glanced at Sean. Kanaya closed her eyes, enjoying the pain that was spreading to her heart space.

Meanwhile, Sean took a deep breath. I don't know what the man is feeling right now. Looking at Kanaya's state, it felt like she was eager to hold the woman in her arms, but, seeing Kanaya's rejection that she did not want to be touched by, she said, Sean finally just kept quiet while watching the woman who somehow began to fill his heart without him noticing.

For more than thirty minutes, Sean's car reached the front of Kanaya's house, followed by a car driven by Gibran.

Suparman got out of the car first and rushed to open the car door for Sean.

Sean got out of the car followed by Kanaya who was still speechless. The woman said nothing after her last words to Sean in the car.

Sean walked with his second wife. Kanaya does not refuse when suddenly Sean grabbed her waist so they look friendly in front of Danu and Rianti and Gibran.

The couple entered their room after saying goodbye to Danu and Rianti.

Kanaya put her body on the bed. The woman was very tired. His body felt weak, his head felt dizzy. While his heart hurts. Complete was the suffering that Kanaya felt.

Kanaya closed her eyes. The woman changed her sleeping position, turning her back to Sean who was currently sitting on the edge of the bed.

The man was tired too. Moreover, he had not had time to rest after his arrival from Surabaya.

Sean exhaled a long breath while looking at his second wife who had just been silent and ignored him.

There is both anger and pity. Upset because Kanaya seemed to ignore her sacrifice that came from far away just to meet the woman.

Had I not felt annoyed and jealous with Kanaya's chat status, I would definitely not have come straight back here.

However, had I not come home, I would not have known that Kanaya was pregnant at the moment.

Sean exhaled a long breath. The man got up when he heard a knock on the door. Sean opened the door. Rianti's smile grew when he saw the tired face of his daughter-in-law.

"You eat first. I'm ready to eat." Rianti's voice made Sean smile. His stomach was very hungry because since arriving from Surabaya the man had not eaten anything.

"So Kanaya had everything ready, but she fainted when she wanted to call you to the room" said Rianti still with a smile on her lips.

"I'm sorry that I've been troubling Mom and Naya." Sean's face seemed regretful hearing his in-laws' words.

"Come, we're eating! Let Kanaya rest for a while. After you finish eating, you can bring food to your wife."

"All right! Wait a minute, I want to see Kanaya first, I'll catch up with Mom to the dinner table" replied Sean who was immediately taken by Rianti.

The middle-aged woman passed from the front of her daughter's room after hearing Sean's reply. Meanwhile, Sean himself went back into the room to say goodbye to Kanaya.

"Sinya." Sean calls Kanaya back to his current name because she refuses to call him by his past.

The man rubbed his wife's shoulders gently.

"I'm going to the dining room. Your mother brought me to eat together."

"Hm."

"After I finish eating, I'll bring you food" continued Sean who was again answered with a mutter by Kanaya.

The woman still closed her eyes. Kanaya felt a drowsiness that began to attack. Sean rubbed Kanaya's head, then passed leaving the room.

Meanwhile, Sandra still looks upset because until now she can not contact Sean. From the beginning the woman made a phone call, but only the operator answered.

Sean's phone is off. It looks like the man forgot to turn his phone back on after he turned it off a few hours ago after contacting Suparman to pick him up at the airport.

"Am I just trying to call Kanaya? But, if it turns out Sean wasn't there how was it?" Sandra muttered to herself.

Unlike Sandra who is agitated at the thought of Sean being unable to be contacted, Sean is currently gathering at the dinner table with his two in-laws.

Sean devours food that his mother-in-law says is Kanaya cuisine. The man filled his stomach which was already feeling very hungry.

"Please take care of my daughter." Danu's voice greeted Sean's hearing after they finished eating.

"Of course, Dad. I will take good care of Kanaya" Sean replied earnestly. While Rianti looked at the man with a bitter smile.

*How can you take good care of Kanaya, Sean, while you yourself already have another wife that you love so much?
