Part 117 PROMISE

Their kiss ended, after they both almost ran out of oxygen. Kanaya hid her face on Sean's field chest with a gasping breath.

The woman was deeply embarrassed when she realized she was being lulled by Sean's intoxicating kiss. His face was red with shame. Meanwhile, Sean smiled. The man tightened his embrace.

"His husband's kiss was ashamed. We're halal even for more than just a kiss." Sean's speech was rewarded with a pinch that floated on his waist.

"I haven't hugged you in a long time like this. Thank you, Bee, for letting me hug you again." Sean tightened his embrace.

"Don't be too tight, I can't breathe." Kanaya hits Sean's chest slowly. Sean's hug left him breathless.

"After it's over, I'll marry you officially." Sean stroked Kanaya's hair. Peeping the woman's forehead long enough.

"I don't want to."

Kanaya's reply made Sean stare at her.

"You forgot, what have you done to me from the beginning of marriage to the present?" Kanaya returned Sean's gaze with an unreadable look.

The man thought that everything he had done to him could he forget so easily? His heartache towards the man had not even healed yet, but, the man had so easily talked about an official marriage with him. Just like Sandra said a few days ago.

"I promise you, I'll fix all my past mistakes. Give me a chance to show you and prove my love for you as well as Nathan." Sean looked at Kanaya expectantly.

No more. He no longer wanted to lose someone he loved so much. Sandra's enough to leave, Kanaya don't. Moreover, there were already children among them.

Sean would never let go of the two of them so easily. Even if he had to fight, he would fight to the very end so that he could have those two people he loved so much.

Kanaya and Nathan are a top priority for him now that Sandra has left him.

Sean's gonna forget about Sandra. The man will throw all his memories with Sandra out of his life. Sean promised in his heart, if from now on, he would only love Kanaya. There was no other woman besides her.

A woman who has made her life and her family perfect with a potential heir born from her womb.

Although Nathan's presence is not like other married couples, but, all that will not make him deny that Sean is his flesh and blood. The blood of flesh born from a rented womb for one billion.

"I'll give you a chance. But, if you deny everything, I will not forgive you. There won't be a second chance if you go back to making a mistake." Kanaya stared intently at the man in front of her.

Opportunity. Kanaya will give Sean a chance to fight for his trust and love. Kanaya will not accept Sean if the man still keeps his love for Sandra.

It may sound evil, but isn't it natural? Kanaya doesn't want to live in the shadow of Sean's love for Sandra. The woman would not have felt the pain in her heart had Sean still loved Sandra but pretended to love her in order to be with Nathan.

"Create your heart, if you are sure that you only love me, that moment will surely come. I will gladly accept you. However, if you still have another woman in your heart, you should not expect that I will accept you." Kanaya's words were so firm.

His love for Sean made Kanaya not want to be further plunged into the valley of wounds. He should be careful. Kanaya has to make sure that if Sean really loves her, then she will accept the man again in her life.

"I will show you and prove that all my promises are true, Nabila Kanaya."

"Don't be too confident. I still remember correctly how you loudly said that you would never love another woman other than Sandra."

Kanaya closed her eyes as her memories returned to the past.

"You're right. In the past, I did say all that. Those words came out before I realized who my heart really belongs to." Sean replied with a rumbling heart as his memories returned to his days of frequent blurting out words that hurt Kanaya.

"I'm sorry for my past attitude. I promise, I'll never do it again."

"I don't need an appointment, I just need proof." Kanaya releases Sean's embrace. But the man pulled her back into his arms.

"I'll prove to you that I really love you and love Nathan, Bee." Sean looked at Kanaya's face that looked dubious.

"Trust me." The man approached Kanaya's face. His lips slowly approached Kanaya's lips.

The kiss happened again. Kanaya could not refuse. His immense love for Sean made the woman again entangled in the pleasure of Sean's tongue which began to swallow and dance in his mouth.
