Chapter 24. In A Village

Karen blotted the blood from the corner of her lips. Staring at Arion with glaring eyes.

"Why don't you just kill me? You still have fear apparently. Remember Arion, you'll regret everything you've done to you, especially your son Rico. Do you think you'll be able to live without the help of family. When you are sickly and helpless, you will also be dumped by your child. I swear you live in a pit of regret" said Karen with emotion.

The pain in his body was no longer felt. Cool is afraid that Arion is doing something with his girlfriend Rico.

"You will regret playing with me" Arion said.

Arion clapped his hand. Two of his powerful men entered. I don't know what signal Arion gave me. Raising his hand he asked the two men to take Karen.

"Take me off. You psychopath" cried Karen.

That was all he had said before he finally fainted from being drugged. The woman's body was taken into the car. Arion was in the car too.

Slowly the car left the yard. Karen didn't realize she was being taken out of town. Even he will be taken to a village that is quite remote.

Five hours drive, they arrived. Karen was aware, but Arion asked her subordinates to anesthetize her again.

Karen's body looked very weak. He was carried into the room. Arion looked at Karen with sharp eyes as if he wanted to eat her.

Arion looked back at Karen's face. The woman he loved so much.

Her mother Karen, is her former lover who prefers to marry Karen's father, as Arion continues her education abroad.

Knowing the woman he loves is married, makes Arion angry. He's vengeful with Rusdi and Novi. Both Karen's parents. Since that day Arion has always done anything to disrupt the household of his ex-lover.

"I'm where? Why am I here?" karen asked in her heart.

Karen held her head slightly dizzy. His throat feels dry. Nausea and wanting to vomit she felt. Probably the effect on the anesthetic.

Karen walked to the door. Trying to open it but it's locked. He's back in bed. The woman saw there was mineral water on the nightstand. Retrieved it. It still seems sealed. He immediately gulped it until it ran aground.

A few minutes later the door opened. It appeared that a middle-aged woman entered with a napkin filled with food.

"Please eat, Miss!" said the woman. Put food on the bedside nightstand.

"Where does my aunt know I've come to my senses?" ask Karen. He wondered why he knew he was conscious. Cool does not make any sound.

"This room is equipped with CCTV, Miss!" say that woman again.

Karen took a deep breath. Grateful she asked so she knew the state of this room. So he can be careful.

"Thank you, Bi," said Karen. "Where can I know this?" ask Karen again.

"In village B, Miss. Sorry miss, I'm saying goodbye." The woman immediately left in a hurry. Maybe he was afraid of answering wrongly. Karen couldn't push him either.
