Bu Galuh's drugstore is famous for employing only women. Among the natives, the place is also known to give courses as a healer of traditional medicine. No one knows what secret is behind it.
Until one day, an indigenous woman in her forties came in tears. She told Galuh that her husband had committed violence against her. He was evicted from their home and did not know where to stay.
Her name was Ratmini. He came from a village on the outskirts of Semarang. Because of her pity and coincidence that she was a woman, there was no reason for Galuh not to accept her.
Ratmini was willing to be employed for nothing, provided he had a place to shelter, and eat, of course. She offers herself to be a maid to take care of the house. Clean up, wash, and help the women in the store.
"Who is he?" bunga asked Asih, when he saw a woman he had never met before, was sweeping the backyard.
"Yu Ratmi's. He helps clean up here, ", Asih replied as he placed the medicine pack on the shelf.
"Oh, new guy, huh?" ask the flowers back.
"Yes, it just came yesterday."
"Considerate of Galuh?"
"No. He's from Telogo Wero." Asih mentioned the village where Ratmini came from.
"Is it harmless to accommodate new people? He lives here, doesn't he?"
"Yesterday he came with a swollen face. Beaten up her husband."
"Ooh." Flowers nodding.
"The son of a bitch is her husband. He came this morning. Ask Yu Ratmi to come home. But, Yu Ratmi did not want to."
"Keep how?" ask the curious flower.
"Yeah, a little bit of a fight with Galuh. Finally her husband came home empty-handed."
Flowers shudder. He was concerned about the fate of the woman. At a glance, he saw, the face of the woman called by the name of Yu Ratmi was still bruised. "Pity, huh?" muttered.
"Pity yourself. Already living in the colonization of foreigners, plus colonized by her husband."
"I'm glad I didn't meet her husband. If not I beat him up," said Bunga furious.
Asih. "You are indeed a true member of Gerwa Mui" he whispered to Bunga.
The flower hit his chest slowly twice. "There is no doubt" he said.
"But, you have a Dutch lover," Asih said as he smashed his lips.
Rounded Flower Eyes. "Who has a Dutch lover?"
"You, Flower. With Young Master Jacob," the Asih Goda.
"He's not my girlfriend!" sergeant Flowers. However, her red cheeks held in shame.
He raised both his eyebrows. "I heard your talk. The young man fell in love with you," he chuckled.
Flowers roll both of her eyes. "It will never happen. You know, don't you, who is he and who am I?"
Asih reviewed a wry smile. Then he breathed heavily. "When I took care of Jacob's wound back then, the young man reminded me of someone."
"Someone?" asked Bunga while stopping his activities tidying up the package of drugs on the shelf.
"Name Augustijn." The eyes of Asih look.
"Have you ever had a Dutch lover?" ask Flowers.
Asih. "Yes, a few years ago."
"Then?" Flowers began to be curious about the words Asih.
"I'm so sad. But, we should have fortified ourselves before our feelings get deeper." Flowers are reminding themselves. Remembering Jacob lately began to confuse him with his feelings. Especially a few days ago he kissed Jacob at school.
Bunga also cursed himself why he could be so weak to accept Jacob's treatment which should make him angry. But, in reality, he just resigned.
"By the way, where's Ningrum going, huh? He didn't go to school for a few days and I didn't see him here?" ask Flowers.
"I don't know. I haven't seen him in days either" Asih said as he watched the backyard where Ratmini was still sweeping in.
Asih was shocked when he saw Ratmini was inspecting the straw-covered underground entrance. The woman immediately ran over to Ratmini and called out to her.
"Yu Ratmi, I need help here!" call Asih, make Ratmini stop touching that haystack.
It's not time Ratmini knew more.

Jacob exhaled in annoyance when he heard Anna's voice calling out to him. He was relaxing in the garden behind the house reading a book and did not expect the girl to be present at all.
"Wat wil je (Do you want to)?" ask Jacob with a ketus. He really didn't like that girl.
"Waarom praat je zo tegen me (Why do you ask like that)?" Anna waved her lips while sitting next to Jacob, making the young man shift his seat away.
"I don't want to be disturbed!"
"I'm your fiance Jacob, I'm free to see you anytime."
Jacob slammed his book into the chair in annoyance. "I've told you how many times I didn't agree to the engagement!" inexplicably.
"As far as you are, Jacob. But, our parents have arranged everything."
"Het me niet schelen (I don't care)!" sergeant Jacob.
Anna pulled the corner of her lips. He felt so confident that he could get Jacob. Both parents agreed to unite the two. Jacob could do nothing.
"I came here because there's something I want to tell you" Anna said.
Jacob clucking. "Today we met at school. Why don't you just say it over there?"
"Because it's still a secret. And I want you to be the first person I tell you."
Back Jacob clucked. He was so lazy to talk to Anna. If you don't like it, you'll never like it. First, his heart had already fallen in love with Flowers. Secondly, Anna was not the type of girl that attracted her. Third, he disliked Anna's arrogant attitude.
"I'm suspicious of Flowers" Anna said.
"What else is this? You want to spread the untrue news about Bunga?" jacob asked in annoyance.
"This is just my guess. But, I'm sure my guess is right."
Jacob turned to Anna who was smiling an annoying smile. But, his chest is pounding. She was afraid that Anna would know the secret of the Flower.
"You know the drug store near the square? Flowers often come here. He doesn't work there. But, he's acting as a volunteer."
"Then why? Is that a problem for you?"
"Listen up, Jacob!" anna's jolt made Jacob shake his hand.
Anna breathed her. "There must be a secret in that store. And the flowers are in it.
"You must not speak so easily!" timpal Jacob with flushed cheeks. Being angry, worrying too.
"What if the flowers aren't as good as you thought they were, Jacob?" anna asked without regard to Jacob's call.
