Faithful promise

"Married me only until this child was born. After that you can divorce me. I just want this kid to have a birth certificate. That's all." Fania's chest felt tight saying that. He wants Leo to return his love.

Leo thought for a moment. "Well, I'll marry you but on condition that our marriage is a secret marriage. No one will ever know whether it's your family or mine."

Without thinking for a second Fania answered confidently. "I'll do what you want as long as my son can get the status," said Fania while stroking her stomach that began to bulge.

Tok tok tok tok

In the middle of their conversation a nurse came in with something in her hand. "This is from Doctor Sofia, please enjoy. I live first," he said while putting a paper bag containing cakes that Sofia ordered by delivery.

Leo looked at Fania. "Is Sofia here? Does she know you're pregnant with my son?" leo asked half worried.

"She's here because I'm her husband's patient. She was messianic with me because I tried to kill myself during pregnancy" Fania told Leo. There was a sense of relief in Leo's heart. At least Fania's still keeping her mouth shut.

After that Leo came out to take care of the administration of Fania. Without him knowing David saw it. A moment later he entered Fania's room. "How are you today? Are there any complaints?" ask David who's in charge of checking his patients.

"Nothing, Doc," replied Fania with a beaming face. David could capture her facial expression clearly.

"It looks like your mood is good today. Thank goodness I hope you get out of the hospital soon. Then I'm sorry. Don't forget to take the medicine regularly" David said kindly.

"Good, Doc.

It was raining very hard today with the wind. David who had finished work intended to take his wife home but he paused. "How about we wait until the rain subsides. It's dangerous to drive under these circumstances" David proposes.

"I agree, Mom. Oh yeah how's the condition of your patient who got in here because of a suicide attempt?" ask Sofia curious.

"He's been sniffing. Tomorrow we may be allowed to go home" David replied. "Are you cold?" david asked his wife. Sofia nodded. David did not hesitate to hug his wife's body tightly.

"Is it warmer?" ask David again. Sofia nodded back.

'"Oh my goodness, our doctor is envious of you" exclaimed one of the nurses who was also waiting for the rain to subside in the hospital lobby.

Sofia and David both smiled. "Ckckck the fate of singles," led by David. Sofia hit her husband's arm so as not to insult others.

The rain is starting to stop. "Let's on our jomblowati walk first," ledek David. But no one was offended because they knew David was very humorous.

David used his jacket to cover his wife's head until he got to the car. "Run carefully, Yang." Sofia smiled happily. Her husband was so attentive to her.

David opened the car door and then closed the door after making sure his wife came in. After that he turned to the control chair. "We go home or stop by for food first?" ask David.

Sofia looked at the clock that was coiled around her wrist. "It is better to go home soon maghrib," he replied.

"Ready, my dear."

The man started running the machine. They didn't stop by because it was early evening. On the side of the road is also rarely sold because of the rain and heavy winds that had struck.

Arriving at Dena's apartment was apparently waiting for David's arrival. "Dave," he called as David opened the door to his apartment unit.

"What's Dena doing?" ask David.

"Why do you want to come in?" ask Sofia. Although actually she was reluctant to offer her neighbor to visit but she tried to mince words because Dena was good to her husband. Then how did Dena behave to Sofia. It was obviously cold because from the beginning he did not like his relationship with the man he loved.

"No need for me to have a job that I haven't finished yet" he declined. "Don't forget to eat Dave" he said kindly to David.

"Thank you" said David, and he took his wife in.

"Darling, you're not jealous, are you? I just don't want to deny the good of others. You obviously know if he refuses then he'll be hurt."

"Yes, Mas. I believe in this husband. Take care of your heart for me. For the sake of our child" said Sofia who reminded her husband.

David looked down at his face with his wife's stomach. "Healthy in there baby." David's speech got a response from his son.

"She's kicking, Mas" said Sofia, who felt her stomach move. The woman looks happy.

"Yes, honey. He's growing healthy in here." David rubbed his wife's stomach and left a trace on Sofia's forehead.

"I'm hungry, how about we eat?" david Proposal.

"All right, I'll get you a plate."

"Darling, are we going to eat Dena's cooking?" david asked doubtfully.

"Of course, it's a pity if it's not tasted at all." David smiled happily when his wife was not jealous.

Soon Sofia returned with two dishes. "Wah she cooked the squid, it seemed delicious," Sofia said. He tasted a little. Sofia showed a strange expression.

"Why baby? You're nauseous aren't you?" ask David worriedly. Sofia shook her head.

"Try Mas David to taste maybe my tongue is wrong" Sofia asked her husband. David complied with the wife's request. He spat after tasting the food. "It's so dear" he said, chuckling.

"The taste of my wife's cooking is better than anything else" David said.

"Alright, then I'll cook for you" Sofia replied.

"Don't baby, you'll be exhausted. We just deliver food as usual." Sofia nodded in agreement. He picked up the phone and ordered the food through the app.

"Please take a shower first I'll prepare warm water." David has a crazy idea. "How about we take a shower together?" david asked as he hugged his wife from behind. Sofia nodded shyly. David also did not want to waste his time holding Sofia what bridal style.

An hour later the food ordered arrived. The courier pressed the bell several times but there was no answer. Dena who just came out of her apartment approached the courier.

"Let me say it" he told the courier. Dena pressed the bell back. "The gas outside there is a courier probably from earlier the sound of the bell continues," said Sofia.

"Then I'll take it." David came out of the bath and put on his kimono towel.

David was surprised to see that the person standing at the door was not a courier but Dena. Dena took a look at David's seductive appearance with wet hair after taking a shower. But her mood plunged freely when she saw Sofia coming out of the bathroom with a towel.
