Everyone was made to gap when they saw David running while holding Sofia. No one knows if David and Sofia got married because they did not hold a wedding reception. At that time, David's wedding ceremony was only attended by the closest family.

"Help him!" david's orders to the nurse in charge of the ER room.

Although they kept a lot of questions in their heads but the most important thing now was the safety of Doctor Sofia.

David himself forgot that he was a doctor so panicked. He helped the nurse there. However, that was when he could check whether his wife was pregnant or not. His curiosity was so great that he took advantage of his fainted wife to be examined by himself.

David smiled meaningfully. "Your blood pressure is low. I found you passed out in the kitchen." While David was answering Sofia's question, several nurses quietly eavesdropped. David, who knew it, whispered something into his wife's ear.

"Eh, really, really bad," whispered one of the nurses when he saw David very close to Sofia.

"You're pregnant" whispered David in his wife's ear. Sofia immediately closed her mouth in disbelief. He was given the confidence of obtaining a descendant this quickly. Sofia looked at her husband. David held his wife's hand.

"For a while you've been treated here until your blood pressure is normal" David advised his wife. Sofia can only obey.

Shortly thereafter David takes care of Sofia's administration and transfer to the VVIP room. "I'll tell your parents, they'll be happy" David said. After that, he kissed his wife.

When David came out, Zidan was picking up his wife. "Dave, haven't come home yet?" ask Zidan. David shakes.

"Sofia is inside" pointed David towards the door.

Zidan's surprised. "My brother's being treated here? What's he sick of?" ask Zidan to worry.

"His blood pressure dropped, so he fainted earlier. Oh yeah, congratulations on being an uncle" David told Zidan.

Zidan chuckled then punched David in the shoulder. "Elo gercep too. Congratulations you're gonna be a dad" Zidan replied. David smiled in response to his brother-in-law.

"Where is my brother?" ask David who didn't see Safa.

"I'm here Dave," Safa replied from a distance. The woman whose stomach had started to bulge was walking closer.

"Be careful, baby" said Zidan. He extended his hand to his wife.

"Why are you gathered here?" safa asked the two men who were equally meaningful to her.

"My brother's inside" Zidan replied ahead of David.

Safa was shocked to hear her husband's words. "Doctor Sofia is sick what?" ask Safa.

"His blood pressure is a bit low" David replied.

"In addition they will have a baby" Zidan said. Safa looked at her sister as if asking in silence. David nodded confirming Zidan's words.

Safa smiled happily. He is also happy for the happiness of David and Sofia who will soon have a baby.

"Congratulations, Dave," Safa told her sister.

"Do you want to come in?" ask David.

Safa shakes. "Tomorrow, let your wife rest."

"Alright, don't forget to take vitamins and eat healthy food" David told his brother.

A moment later David enters Sofia's room again. He saw his wife asleep. David leaned over his face with his wife's stomach. He rubbed his stomach gently. "Hi, honey this is Daddy you're what's there."

David kissed his wife's stomach. Sofia who felt disturbed finally woke up. "Mas."

"Are you okay, baby?" david asked his wife. Sofia shakes.

"No, Mas. Have you contacted my mom?" sofia looked at her husband.

"Not yet, but when I was outside I met Zidan and my brother. They will definitely tell them about your pregnancy" David said, stroking his wife's flat stomach.

Sofia hugged her husband. "Alhamdulillah yes, I will be a mother soon" said Sofia while hiding her head in the chest of the husband's field.

Shortly after, a nurse caught the two hugging. "Sorry, Doc. I just want to change the infusion." She feels bad.

After finishing the nurse came out while nodding her head respectfully to the two doctors who worked at the hospital.

"It turns out the rumors are true, they're dating" muttered the female nurse who had just walked out of Sofia's room.

Then he walked over to the reception desk. There were nurses talking there. "Eh you know, I saw Doctor Sofia hugging Doctor David in the treatment room earlier."

"You don't know yet, Dr. Sofia is pregnant" she said, pointing out the lab results held by her.

Everyone there has been talking about Sofia's pregnancy. They are confused and think Sofia is pregnant out of wedlock.

Elsewhere, Zidan told her mother that her sister was pregnant by phone. "really?" Mama Raina was happy with the good news her youngest son gave.

"Yes, Ma. Now he's in the hospital for his low blood pressure" Zidan said.

"Mama will be there with your papa" he said after hanging up the phone.

Raina searches for her husband's whereabouts. "Pa, let's go to the hospital now" Raina asked.

Julian closed the newspaper he was reading. "Raptain, Ma?" ask Julian in wonder.

"Sofia's in the hospital." Julian stood up when he heard his daughter was sick.

"Pa, wait for me" cried Mama Raina. She had not yet explained anything her husband was already too anxious. Raina just shook her head.

Arriving at the hospital, Julian and his wife asked the room where his daughter was being treated. After getting the information he needed, Julian walked quickly towards Sofia's room.

Julian opened the room violently. Sofia and David looked over because they were both shocked. Julian pulls David's shirt collar. "Breng*fr. You're an unreliable man."

Julian hit David in the face. Raina was confused by her husband's attitude. "Pa, why did you hit my husband?" asked Sofia who was surprised to see her father's anger. He was so anxious that he forced himself to stand up.

Sofia cried when she saw her husband's face bleed. "Mas, are you okay?" David shook his head.

"He deserves it" Julian said. Sofia squinted her eyes.

Can Julian still be arrogant when he finds out the truth?
