Sofia is not a girl with no stance. Choosing Adam though because he was forced was his way of filial piety to his father. He will put his father's feelings first rather than his own. Because she's not the kind of selfish, dissident woman.

But what about David? Clearly the man showed interest in Sofia but Sofia was reluctant to answer. At first he thought David was just a joke because he was the humorous type. But as time goes by Sofia can see the seriousness on her face. However, she had to reconsider given her sister's marital status with older brother David. He does not want his father to go back to opposing his son's love affair as he used to do with Zidan despite the different reasons.

Thinking about it all, Sofia felt dizzy until she had a fever but forced her way in. In the end he fell on David's lap.

"Sofia" called Adam from a distance.

David's forehead is certainly wrinkled. How could the man Sofia had just accepted as her lover come at the right time.

"You who?" ask Adam to David. That question blew David's daydream.

"I'm Doctor Sofia's co-worker" replied David. It would be unethical if he answered that he was a man who also liked the woman who was fainting on his lap.

"Let me pick him up." Adam asked David for permission politely.

In one blow Adam lifts Sofia's body intending to take her to the nursery. "Doctor why are you him? Show me where I should put my lover in order to be examined."

"Curtain, lover," David sneered inwardly.

"Let me show you," he said flatly. David walked ahead of Adam.

Arriving at the treatment room, David tells the doctor who is on duty there to check on Sofia. "Well, aren't you going to check it out?" ask Adam.

"No, I'm a gynecologist" David replied mentioning the field he was in. David was about to get out but Adam stopped him.

"Thank you very much, Doc." David nodded. However, Adam did not finish until there, he reached out. "My name is Adam, Doctor Sofia's lover" he said.

David was actually reluctant to return the man's hand. But he would have been suspicious and thought David was arrogant. Therefore, David returned Adam's hand briefly. "I'm David" he replied. David pretended to see a clock coiled around his wrist. "I'm sorry because there's a practice schedule in a minute." Adam nodded in understanding.

There was a pain left in his chest when he saw Adam accompanying Sofia. But David held back. "For a while I'll let you accompany my soul mate but in time I'll take it back," murmured David grinning.

Shortly thereafter Sofia woke up. "Mas Adam? Why is it here?" sofia asked as she opened her eyes.

Adam smiled. "I got a call from Julian Om that you're sick, so I'm worried about you."

Adam's words did not surprise the woman. Her father would have wanted to see her and Adam always close. "Either I should be happy because someone is watching me or sad because the person who is watching me is not the person I expected," said Sofia to feel tight in her chest.

Sofia lowered her leg. "I'm fine, Adam can leave me."

"But what if you pass out again?" Adam is clearly worried about Sofia.

"Well, call me if anything happens to you?" Sofia nodded in understanding. Adam left Sofia with a heavy heart.

David who was visiting the patient room that morning with his assistant accidentally passed Adam. David nodded at Adam. Adam retaliated.

"Why did he leave Sofia?" David's mind was a little overjoyed. David turned his head the other way, he saw Sofia walking into his room. There was a feeling of relief when she saw Sofia was able to walk back. Despite having just regained consciousness from fainting, Sofia still forced the practice.

At recess, Sofia queues in the hospital cafeteria as usual. "Lemon tea one, ma'am." He ordered his favorite drink. But after the drink came, David took it.

"Why are you drinking my drink?" Sofia Protest.

"Mom, warm strawberry milk one yes!" Excited David ordered another drink for Sofia.

"Don't drink acid too often, not good for the stomach. Said the doctor who checked you your stomach acid rose."

"The milk is warm, Doc," said the waiter. David takes the milk and gives it to Sofia. "Drink!"

"Where do you know I like strawberry milk?" ask Sofia curious.

"Because the drink is like the one who drinks it, sweet." Hearing David's words Sofia's face flushed red.

"Geez-neck." Sofia chokes up.

"Swinks!" David patted Sofia on the back without a fight. Usually the woman will pull over the hand of any man who touches her. But with David he seemed to ignore it. Was it because Sofia allowed it unknowingly? I don't know.

Safa and Doctor Selly accidentally pass by to see the interaction of David and Sofia from a distance. "Sometimes I like to be confused about Doctor David's attitude toward Doctor Sofia? Would your brother not have put his heart on my sister-in-law?" ask Doctor Selly to Doctor Safa.

Safa had been suspicious of her sister for a long time. But he let it. Whatever David does as long as it doesn't ruin the good name of their family Safa will support. Because although different mothers, Safa is very fond of her sister, and vice versa. David loved Safa so much without any feelings of resentment even though his father only admitted to David after he was in his teens.

For David to be recognized in the Yudha family was enough for him. There is no grudge at all because of the upbringing of Asih's mother who always planted kindness on him. Because basically Yudha, the father is responsible for financing David's life since infancy.

Safa shook her shoulders in response to the words of her best friend Selly. "I don't know, whatever he's doing just doesn't make me lose I don't get dizzy." Safa puts both of her hands in the pocket of the medical suit she wears when it passes leaving David and Sofia.

While David and Sofia now both leave the canteen to their respective rooms. David asks Sofia about Adam.

"What basis do you accept the man named Adam as your lover?" Sofia was staring when David asked her that. He knew for sure David wanted to protest at him after all this time ignored.

"Sorry." That was all that was said from Sofia's mouth.
