Pregnant or not?

It's been over a month that David and Sofia have been living in the apartment that David bought. This morning Sofia suddenly had a fever. His face looks pale. "It's a shame you should just rest at home" David advised his wife.

"Only a normal fever after taking the medicine will also heal," replied Sofia.

"Do you feel anything else might want nausea to vomit?" ask David.

Sofia smiled. "No, Mas. I'm just exhausted."

"But you need to check, baby. How about we take a pregnancy test?" urged David. He wished his wife was really pregnant.

"I'm not cooking yet, Mom. It's close to working hours so Mas David should get ready" Sofia said.

David pursed his lips. "Don't pout that, Mas. Later the handsome is ilang," led Sofia.

After that David grabbed his towel and went into the bathroom. While Sofia he cooks her husband's favorite fried rice. He felt nauseous when he smelled onions but he kept it so he could make fried rice for breakfast.

"The fried rice is ready, Mas. I take a shower first. David had breakfast first. I want to be ready" said Sofia. David did not answer. He headed to the dining table after he finished getting dressed.

"Tumben's fried rice is salty," murmured David who felt his wife's fried rice was mostly salt.

Soon Sofia walked closer to her husband. "Come, Mas. I'm ready."

"You don't have breakfast, honey?" ask David.

Sofia was feeling good when she saw the fried rice so she only ate cereal this morning. "I had breakfast after cooking" he replied. David was a little surprised that his wife had breakfast meant he knew that the fried rice was salty. Although it feels awkward David does not want to discuss it. He did not want his wife to feel sad.

"Mas, today I'm visiting a mental hospital. Please take me there, "Sofia said.

"Alright, call me when it's done" David said to his wife.

"I'm just gonna take a taxi for a second maybe I'll just go home. You must not have finished the practice."

"Yes, be careful to go home." Sofia nodded in understanding.

After dropping Sofia off in front of a mental hospital, David heads to the hospital where he works.

"Doc, there's been a lot of patients waiting in line" David's assistant reported.

"All the preparations are in?" ask David.

"Already, Doc."

"Yes, we're opening up practice now. Oh yes, later that afternoon who wants a cesarean section to submit his schedule this afternoon is out of lunch."

"Good, Doc. I'll infuse it to the room."

After that David prepared to receive the first patient. "Please sit!" His orders are friendly.

David observed the woman sitting in front of him looking young. "Is this your first time checking the content?" david asked his patient who was none other than Fania.

This morning Fania did a urine test and the results were positive. She rushed to the hospital to confirm her pregnancy.

David smiled. "You still look young. I'm just guessing" he replied.

"Please lie there." David ordered Fania to sleep to be checked with the USG.

After the examination, Fania got a photo of the results of his USG. He also wanted to show it to Leo. Yes, Fania only slept with one man she had always loved. She's not a cheap woman. It's just that she always obeyed Leo's willingness to sleep with him.

But every time they get in touch, Leo always uses security. But not the night after Leo drank a lot because of broken heart left marriage Sofia.

Fania wants Leo to take responsibility. "This will be an excuse to tie you up honey" Fania muttered alone. He smiled cunningly imagining Leo's reaction.

Fania comes to Leo's office. "Can you meet Leo?" ask Fania at the reception on duty.

"Sir Leo was not in his room. He has been working out of town since yesterday" he replied.

"How many days? When will he come back?" ask Fania curious.

"We don't know yet, Mom. If there's anything important to tell me, I'll go on with Mr. Leo."

"No need. I'll deliver it myself" Fania refused. He also came home disappointed. His plan to tell Leo failed. Fania was not desperate. He tried to reach Leo by phone. Although connected but Leo was reluctant to lift it.

Fania wanted to slam her phone so furious. "Basic fucking men. I'll wait for you, Leo. If you don't want to accept this child, then I'll come after you."

Meanwhile Sofia who finished her work is now waiting for the online taxi she has booked. The sun is pretty hot today. Just standing for a while Sofia's head was dizzy. Luckily the taxi he ordered arrived on time.

"Take me home" he told the taxi driver. Sofia chose to go home because she felt bad. But she forgot to tell her husband.

While David has a cesarean operation that he has to handle this afternoon. Although the clock has been filed but he can not immediately leave the hospital. He should visit other patients who are being treated in the room.

"Good afternoon, ma'am," said David kindly.

"Sore, Doc."

"How are there any complaints today?" david asked his patient who was being treated for a troubled pregnancy.

"Nothing, Doc. It's getting better."

"Thank God" answered David. He was always friendly and smiled a lot in front of all his patients. Looking at the woman he hoped that his wife's stomach would also grow rapidly.

Speaking of Sofia, today she did not do much activity considering her body was so weak. She waited for her husband to come but never arrived.

Sofia is thirsty. However, his head suddenly dizzy. But this time it was so great that he dropped the glass he was holding. At the same time Sofia's body was lying on the floor.

David felt awkward when his wife did not return to the hospital where she worked. He drove home at full speed. Arriving at the apartment David unlocks his apartment. But he did not see his wife.

David went through every corner of his house to find the whereabouts of his wife. How surprised he was when he found his wife lying on the kitchen floor.

David crouched. "Darling, wake!" He patted Sofia on the cheek but there was no response. David lifts Sofia's body. He will take her to the hospital to get help.
