Bullet removal surgery usually takes an hour to complete. But due to Farel's critical condition, it took more than an hour to complete.

When Rachel and Liam saw the operating room lights off, indicating that the operation was over they stood up. But the doctor did not come out yet.

The doctor finally came out after a few minutes. Seeing the doctor come out, Rachel didn't want to know anything.

'What if it's bad news?' thought Rachel.

He decided to step back and leave. But Liam stopped him.

The doctor approached them and said, "don't worry, the operation is a success."

Rachel couldn't believe what she heard. He looked at the doctor and asked the doctor.

"Could... Can you repeat what you just said?" Rachel.

The doctor smiled and said again that the surgery was a success and the patient was out of critical condition.

Rachel was so happy. He did not even know that he started smiling after hearing the news. Liam smiled, seeing Rachel smile.

"Thank you Doctor for saving him. The bullet was in a pretty fatal position. We thank the doctor." Rachel was so happy.

"No, we didn't do anything. The operation was quite simple except for the fact that he lost so much blood. That's what makes his condition critical." Said the doctor.

"What do you mean doctor?" Rachel asked confusedly.

"I can say that the patient was really so lucky." Say that doctor again.

The doctor seemed to laugh.

"Of course not. But he has a special heart condition." Say that doctor again.

Rachel looked surprised and also curious.

"You may have heard of dextrocardia, and this is the condition that patients have." Say doctor again.

Rachel was getting confused listening to that sentence.

"Dextrocardia? What'sthat?" Ask Rachel.

The doctor explained everything.

"That is a case where the heart of a human being is on the right side of his body, whereas normally the human heart is on the left side. It did not cause any problems for his health. So that's why I said he was so lucky. The bullet hit his left chest. But it didn't hit his heart and that's why he survived. I'm leaving now because I still have another operation to perform."

After that, the doctor left. Rachel doesn't know anything about it in Farel. But he felt so happy that Farel was fine now.

He stood up and told Liam, "go home and bring me my change of clothes. I'll be here until Farel gets well. Don't argue with me. I'm gonna go now and fill out all the administration here."

Rachel did not wait for any response from Liam. He left immediately after saying that. Li knew that she could not stop Rachel, so she could only sigh and return home to follow the orders Rachel had given her.

Rachel begins to accompany Farel in the hospital until Farel finally wakes up. The first moment Farel saw when he realized was Rachel who fell asleep beside her bed on a chair with her head on Farel's bed.
