Eyes of Love

Farel's Feelings

Farel looked surprised. He did not know his tears were falling. He did not know why, but he felt an unbearable pain in his heart. He still has to investigate the matter. But it all seemed that Farel had received an answer, but his mind refused to accept it. He still wanted to check everything again.

Farel still continued to resist and forced himself not to believe what he had just heard. He went to the hospital toilet and locked himself in the bathroom. It took him a while to calm himself down. He could not think calmly as he cried.

It took her half an hour to finally stop her crying. After that, he called his secretary.

"Find me any information related to accidents related to me caused by Charles in the past. I need all the information and find out the woman who saved me. He was only 1 year younger than me. I need all of those things immediately." Farel said in a trembling voice.

After he finished saying it all to his secretary, Farel hung up the phone. Then he called another number. The person he called was the person he trusted the most and he was an eye specialist who was his close friend. The man answered a call from him.

"Erlan, I need your help right away." Farel.

Erlan had never heard Farel so nervous. He answered Farel's words.

"Tell me where are you right now? I'm on vacation for a few days so I can come right now."

Farel was a little relieved.

"Come to the Harapan Keluarga Hospital." Farel.

"Oh that's good, I'm on the road to get there. One of my friends was treated there. You just wait there, I'll be there in less than 15 to 20 minutes."

Farel then hung up the phone.

The friend Erlan said was in fact Rachel. Erlan's parents and Rachel's parents were childhood friends. Erlan rarely met Rachel and Liam. But they often talk over the phone. Erlan knew what happened to Rachel. She even knew about the eye donation Rachel made. But she doesn't know who got the donation from Rachel's eyes or who she married.

Erlan was always curious and asked for a photo of Rachel's wedding. But Rachel and Liam just say if Erlan meets them later, then they would show the photo to Erlan and that was why Erlan had no clue whatsoever about Farel who was his close friend who hurt Rachel.

Erlan was on her way to the hospital and at the same time Farel got a call from his secretary. His secretary said there was nothing he could find related to Farel's accident at the time.

Rachel actually deleted all information related to the accident. So it's very unlikely to find anything.

Farel then hung up the phone with his secretary and began to think. He remembers that Doctor Will found out about it. But he thought what if Doctor Will also lied and said that the person who donated eyes to him was Rachel.

So Farel was in a dilemma. But he doesn't know that soon the dilemma will be wiped out when the person who has evidence of all the accidents is Erlan and Erlan will soon meet with him.

Erlan finally arrives at the hospital and calls Farel. Farel also picked up the phone call.

"I'm in the hospital lobby. You come here and meet me. I'll go and see my friend after that." Reply Erlan.

Farel said 'yes', and then hung up.

Farel washed his face and came out of the toilet with his eyes reddened and it was clear. He rubbed his face and took a deep breath. He then headed to the hospital lobby.

He saw his best friend, Erlan who was sitting on the sofa. Farel then waved his hand and Erlan replied by waving his hand back. Farel then walked over and sat down beside Erlan. They were silent for a while, then Farel began his speech.

"I actually need you to examine someone and find out the truth and the truth is very important to me." Farel.

"Well, it won't matter to me." Reply Erlan.

"So who are you going to visit in this hospital? Do I know him?" Ask Farel.

"He is not a man but a woman. She and I were childhood friends and she's in her current condition because her ex-husband and her husband don't even have any clue about this." Erlan said with a clench of her hand.

"Who is she and who is her husband?" Ask Farel.

"I don't know who her husband is. I just talk to them on video or phone as usual. She said if I met her, then she would show me the picture of her ex-husband. But I hope that her husband suffers after what he did to her." Erlan.

Farel had never seen Erlan so angry. He also asked back.

"What really happened between them and who was he?"

"Alright I should be able to control my emotions before I go to see him. So I guess saying everything to you would be a good thing. But don't tell anyone else because Rachel reminded us all not to say this to anyone. Let me show you the picture." Erlan.

Farel thought that he had misheard when Erlan mentioned Rachel's name. But when she saw Rachel's photo, she was so shocked. He didn't say anything and he wanted to hear what Erlan was going to say.

Erlan began to tell stories.

"He is Rachel. She met her husband when she was 5 years old while she was on a vacation. But they get into an accident when they get back from that vacation and that's why Rachel could lose her Mama. Even her brother started ignoring her because she thought it was all Rachel's fault that they had Mama dead.

After a few years, she met her husband again in school. He always went to school not attracting the attention of others. No one will recognize him. Her father was no longer there when she was 17 or 18. She likes her husband, even she loves him but...."
