Nancy Plastic Surgery

Nancy was taken to hospital after being taken out of the basement. The man who hurt her was taken away by the police.

Nancy's face was bandaged and she lay unconscious in a hospital bed. Rachel tried to call Charles continuously. Charles's cell phone is off. Rachel also called Farel to inquire about the incident. But Farel's phone is also off.

Farel had left the country for several days because one of his family members was sick and none of them knew about it. So Rachel couldn't reach Farel.

Charles had been searching for Nancy everywhere. He even went to a place close to the basement to find Nancy. But at the same time, the bad guy who kidnapped Nancy left the basement after tying Nancy up and she saw Charles.

He did not want his plan to go to waste. So he beat Charles in the back and left Charles in a hospital. He even asked hospital staff to add sleeping pills to Charles's food.

Charles who was finally able to get up tried to go to the basement again. But he ate food provided by hospital staff that put him back to sleep. He doesn't know what's going on. His phone kept ringing and after that, his phone finally ran out of power.

Nancy woke up the same afternoon. She was really traumatized by the incident that happened to her. He begins to fear new people and darkness. His mental health was also compromised because he felt so depressed over what had happened to him.

When she woke up, Rachel immediately approached her and spoke to her. Nancy couldn't talk to Rachel because of her scarred face. So he used a pen and paper to answer Rachel's words.

Nancy tells Rachel about why the man hurt her and that it has nothing to do with Farel. Nancy also convinces Rachel to tell Charles that she did not survive. Rachel initially disagrees with Nancy's request. But when Nancy says she wants Charles to live happily without worrying about her, Rachel agrees.

Rachel and Nancy finally talk to the doctor about Nancy's health.

"After plastic surgery, Nancy's face will be fine. But the shape of the real face will change." Doctor's talk.

Both Rachel and Nancy agreed.

Meanwhile, Charles finally woke up from his sleep caused by sleeping pills. Two policemen came to the room where he was being treated.

"We've arrested the perpetrator who hurt Miss Nancy." Said the police to him.

Charles was so angry. He will never forgive the person who hurt Nancy. He even swore to avenge that person wherever he was.

After leaving the hospital, Charles gets a phone call from Rachel.

"I'm sorry Charles, and I'm so sorry for Nancy's passing. You know for yourself how close my relationship is to him." Rachel.

"I know." Charles replied weakly.

"Charles, since Nancy's gone, I don't know what to do. So I decided I'd leave the country for a month to start getting into the business I had to do." Say Rachel again.

Charles felt really hurt after hearing the news of his twin brother's death. On the other hand, Rachel actually wanted to tell Charles the truth about Nancy's condition. Nancy stopped herself.

"Never tell Charles the truth. Let him assume that I'm dead. It's all for his own good."

At least that's what Nancy tried to tell Rachel through her writing on a piece of paper. They eventually went abroad. Farel has not returned yet. So no one can call her and tell her what happened.

Finally, after a week, Charles decided to go see the man who hurt Nancy. The man told him that Farel had asked him to do so.

"Farel was the one who asked me to hurt Nancy because she hated both of you who were the children of her Papa affair." Said the man.

The police told Charles that the man was actually lying about Farel.

"Farel had absolutely nothing to do with what happened to Nancy. Only the man was involved in this crime. After all there was no evidence at all that could support the man's statement." Police chant.

But Charles doesn't trust the police and Rachel calls Charles again after he's called by a friend who works in the police force.

Rachel tried to tell the truth. But Charles thinks that Rachel is just trying to save Farel because she loves Farel rachel.

"You're just trying to cover up all the evil that badass guy did because you love him." Charles said to Rachel.

"Not like that. I'm....." Rachel tried to explain everything.

But he really can't say that Nancy's alive to prove it's true that Farel is innocent. So it was because of this that the friendship between Rachel and Charles ended.

It all makes Charles think Rachel is his enemy too.

Farel eventually returned from abroad. But he remained ignorant of the incident as well as Charles' suspicions of him.

The day she went to her school after returning from overseas was the day she met Charles again. And it was that day that Charles tried to push Farel off the cliff while their school was on a study tour. However, it even caused Charles himself to fall from a height.

Rachel who got news about the accident that befell Charles wanted to keep everything from Nancy at that time. But the incident was reported in the newspaper and Nancy knew about it. This then made Nancy's health began to deteriorate due to the departure of her brother Charles.

Rachel immediately transferred Nancy to another hospital to provide special care to her.

At first Nancy did not want to listen to Rachel and everyone who helped her. He often tried to kill himself. But Rachel continues to support him and tells him that everything will be fine. Rachel also told Nancy that Charles would not like to see his twin brother behave so desperately. Nancy agreed and began to try to live well.
