Figuring Out

Rachel and Max finally get home. Max seemed so happy to see Alex soon.

On the other hand Farel wanted to find out who the person who saved him was. But it wasn't as easy as he thought. Max is now here to make him suffer and Farel doesn't know that at all.

Max was warmly welcomed by everyone in the house. He felt the warmth of a family for the first time. Her tears fell on her cheeks. She quickly rubbed it but Rachel had already seen it first.

"Why are you crying?" Ask Rachel.

Max smiled and said happily, "it feels like having a family doing a reunion." Reply Max.

Everyone's hearts are touched. Rachel immediately hugged Max tightly and rubbed her head gently. Max was so happy to finally meet Rachel again.

The day passed quickly and it was already late afternoon. Rachel goes to see Max and they're alone now.

"Don't feel sad like that. Stay with your parents for two days and after that you can come back here." Rachel.

"But Ma, I'm not going there. They never even cared about me before. Now all of a sudden my sister dies of heart disease and they just need me and that's also because I'm their only remaining successor. I don't want to leave you even 1 minute." Max.

Rachel tries to persuade Max.

"If you stay with them, then we'll go on a picnic the next week. A family picnic. Don't you want that?" Rachel.

Max's eyes seemed to shine after hearing Rachel say about a family vacation. He nodded his head quickly.

"All right, take me to my parents' house. After 2 days I'll be back." Max.

Rachel smiled at Max and they both left.

Max arrives at his parents' house before the car door opens and steps out. He took a deep breath and prepared himself mentally.

After leaving Max at her birth parents' house, Rachel returns home. Everyone ate dinner and fell asleep.

Before coming to his parents' house, Max had already contacted some of Rachel's trusted people from the underworld. He wanted to make Farel suffer.

Everyone is asleep except Max. He wanted to wait for a call from someone, and a few moments later, he got the call he had been waiting for.

"Is he trying to find something about Mama?" Ask Max.

"She's going to the hospital tomorrow to check the CCTV and see who took her to the hospital and nothing else for now." Say someone from that phone line.

Max has an idea.

"Let him take that CCTV and that's it. But don't let him know anything more than that." Max then hung up the phone.

Max lay on the bed and talked to himself.

The next day passed as usual for Rachel and her family. As for Max, his parents try to ask him to stay with them and take over the business after Max turns 18. Max doesn't want any further drama. So he decided to agree again.

Everything felt so normal to everyone, but it was not the same for Farel.

This morning Farel woke up from his sleep quite early and he quickly prepared himself starting from bathing and changing clothes then going to the hospital.

He arrived at the hospital accompanied by his secretary. They walked to the reception desk. The receptionist at the hospital asked him.

"What can I do for you, sir?" Ask the receptionist.

Farel spoke to him.

"I have to check the CCTV cameras from this hospital. I already have permission, so I can do it." Farel.

He then showed a paper in which it was a signature from the hospital chief in which the paper contained a caption that allowed Farel to be able to check the hospital CCTV.

The receptionist nodded her head and called the staff in authority and instructed the staff to do what Farel wanted.

Moments later, Farel sat in front of a control room to watch CCTV that happened the day he was taken into the hospital. He couldn't see the face of the man who brought him here from the main camera. Then he opened the CCTV footage from the other camera from another angle. This time Farel was able to get a face from the man.

Farel seemed so surprised that he did not expect that what his parents told him was true. He could not believe what he saw that Liam was also the one who brought him to this hospital. She had absolutely no idea what kind of relationship there was between Rachel and Liam. But she believes that Liam helped her because of Nancy.

So Farel thought that Liam, Rachel and Daniel were the ones who saved him, but he did not know the identity of the fourth person. He only heard Daniel's name mentioned before he was unconscious. So he knew only Daniel's name without recognizing him.

Although she didn't want to do it, she felt that she should thank Rachel and talk to her about the matter.

After that, he left the hospital and ordered something to his secretary.

"Call Rachel or Liam and tell them that I want to meet them." Farel.

His secretary nodded her head and then left.

That afternoon, Max got information about what Farel was doing, and he's still on a phone call.

"Don't let him contact any of them. I'll talk to my mom and sister. You don't let them find any leads, that's all." Max then hung up the phone.

Max smiled viciously and said, "now feel it and you also have to suffer with that pain. Only after that, everything will be fair to my Mama." Max.
