Tortured Charles

Farel looked around to check if Charles was there or not. He let out a sigh of relief as he saw that there was only himself there. Farel was really struggling to open the phone screen with his hands tied behind his back. It took a while for him to open the screen of his phone. He was so happy that his phone was open before Charles came.

Farel opened the contact number on his phone and then he called whoever was first on his call list. And it turns out that it was an unknown number that belonged to Rachel.

When Charles entered the room, Farel quickly hid his cell phone. He thought even if someone listened to his chatter, then he could survive.

Charles went in and found Farel really nervous because even though Farel's mouth was closed it all seemed very clear if Farel did not want to talk. Charles approached Farel and squatted in front of him. He was about to say something when he saw Farel hiding something from his hands. He immediately held onto Farel's tied hand.

Farel refused to give him the phone, but Charles used both hands and took it from Farel's grasp. Charles looked at the phone and looked at Farel.

Farel thought that Charles would say something in his anger. But he surprised Farel because Charles' mouth remained closed and a smile appeared on his face. Farel was confused.

Charles threw away the phone and looked at Farel.

He grinned and said, "it was quite a clever and great act. But unfortunately you failed. But the reason for your failure wasn't because I took that phone from you."

Farel looked confused. He also thinks.

'If I don't fail because I got caught holding the phone, then what exactly makes me fail?' farel asked in his heart.

Charles looked towards Farel and said, "even if you make a call to someone, it won't be possible for you to do so. You know why?"

Farel shook his head.

"That's because there's no network around this place. The calls you make won't be able to connect. So your brilliant idea that you can't do." Charles.

Farel really didn't know how to escape from that place right now. So he stopped hoping and sat there in silence.

Charles saw this and spoke again.

"Oh looks like you've given up on the idea of running away. But this is not fun at all. I can't see you sitting there in peace."

After hearing Charles' words, Farel began to fear.

Charles approached Farel and punched him in the stomach. Farel also coughed. Charles again beat Farel in the face which made Farel feel pain in his nose. She felt something flowing down her lips, but she did not know what it was.

"Your nose bleeds with just one blow. You're really not fun. Stay here until night, then I'll get you through what my sister will feel."

After that Charles left Farel alone.

Farel's head hurt so much. He was about to lose his consciousness the moment someone splashed cold water on his head. Farel opened his eyes again to see an indistinct figure before him. The first time, he could not think of who it was. But he finally saw that it was Charles.

After watering the water, Charles left the room and did not return.

Farel tried to hold on, but everything hurt so much. He could not even close his eyes to sleep in his wet clothes and it was very difficult for him to sleep like that. He felt that it was a very long time that he had spent since his childhood.

Farel had never suffered like that except in the day he got in a car accident before a few years ago. Nothing ever happened to him.

Farel thought that he was so lucky to have such a smooth life up to this point.

He doesn't know how long it's been. But it all felt like a lifetime to him. He thought about many things while sitting in solitude in the darkness of the room. The candlelight also began to run out after an hour or two. Charles did not return until the next day.

On the other side of the four people, Rachel, Liam, Nancy and Daniel were driving like crazy at such a high speed. It all seemed like the world didn't want them to save Farel.

When they drive, they have to face all the red lights. The moment they felt that they could finally walk smoothly, they suddenly had to deal with the traffic jam. Everyone was impatient with every passing second.

Ferry called Nancy and asked her.

"What's going on? You haven't heard from Farel?" Ask Ferry.

"No, but we're close to finding him." Reply Nancy.

Ferry doesn't want Nancy in trouble. But he couldn't stop Nancy.

So he said, "alright. Stay in a safe position and take care of yourself. Your safety is the main thing for me. I love you." Sayap Ferry's.

Nancy smiled and said, "i love you too."

After saying that, he hung up the phone.

The jam finally unraveled after an hour and a half. Now the four of them rushed to the unused basement to check whether Charles had brought Farel there or not.

The four of them finally arrived at that place just in the afternoon.

That afternoon, Charles returned to the basement and saw that Farel was asleep. He approached Farel and poured cold water on Farel's face. Farel immediately woke up and felt his body trembling with cold.

"Feeling cold and helpless, right? That was how Nancy felt at the time. So you should feel the same way." Charles.

Farel trembled and started talking.

"At least listen to me first. It wasn't me doing it. At least listen to what I'm about to say. Please." Farel.

Charles was upset.

"Well, I can listen to all your lies. However, we have enough time even to chat for a while and you don't think that I'm gonna believe all that crap, okay." Reply Charles.

Farel nodded and began to speak.

"I didn't do that. I don't even recognize who that guy is. I was abroad when the incident happened. You can ask the police for more details. Why would I do that to Nancy? That's the guy who did all that. He may have his own reasons behind his lies about me. I didn't do it. I really didn't do it. So please let me go, don't hurt me. Please. I'm really begging you." Farel.

Charles grinned.

"It's great to hear yourself pleading for forgiveness and deliverance. It all sounds like a very beautiful melody in my ear and I will never believe your lies. Oh now is the time for the second step."

After saying that Charles approached Farel and gave him food and a bottle of water in front of Farel.

"Eat and drink that water." Charles's Word.
