"Stop this stupid charade of yours, Eliza!" screeched Ian after releasing his grasp.
Eliza knitted her eyebrows together, puzzled, "I really don't understand what you mean, Your Majesty."
"Your Majesty? Though before you always followed me wherever I went while constantly calling me Ian, Ian. You purposely did you call me that so that I would become interested in you again?!" his light with excitement.
Oh, so now this prince is losing his toy? Hm.. Apparently so.
"Isn't it rude to call you Ian when there's no connection between the two of us, Your Majesty?" eliza replied, "I'm just trying to behave like the people in general." he added.
Ian paused for a moment, feeling that what Eliza said had a point as well. It is precisely he who is acting strangely by still calling Eliza informal.
"If there's nothing else you want to talk about, I'll resign, Your Majesty."
"Back to the party?"
"No, I'm going back home, Your Majesty."
"You haven't even danced. How about dancing a song with me?"
Eliza grinned cynically. Feeling Ian's words just now was so silly considering that Ian never cared at all even though Eliza whined to ask him to dance.
"I'm afraid that I'll just step on your foot later. As you've always said, commoners aren't very good at dancing." Eliza's cynical remarks really left Ian silent, "I'm saying retreat, Your Honor." he added, turning around to step away leaving Ian who was still not budging from his position.
Meanwhile outside the palace Sebastian who had been waiting for Eliza calmly turned his head as soon as he heard the sound of footsteps from the entrance of the palace, "Why are you out here alone, Grand Duke?" eliza asked with her innocent face even though she had expected that the man was waiting for her.
"Waiting for a friend who is busy chatting with his other friends" replied Sebastian deliberately using a convoluted sentence.
"Y-yes?"
Sebastian smiles at the confused Eliza he made, "Have you ever gone to a harvest festival? I heard there's more fun than in this place" she asked Eliza.
"I've never enjoyed anything like that before."
Well, that's because I kept working without knowing the time until the end of my death.
"Ah, sorry.. Indeed a Lady should not come to such an ordinary place. Please forget my question just now." Sebastian misbehaved.
"No, no! It's not that, it's not that I don't like places like that. It's just that no one invited me before because I had no friends. And again I don't like to walk alone." Eliza explained immediately made the moody Sebastian become excited again.
"Then what if your friend takes you there?" bring him with enthusiasm.
"Now? Just you and me?"
"Are you afraid that she'll get jealous again like that?"
Eliza knitted her eyebrows together, "Of course not. We've no relationship whatsoever. I'm just afraid that there will be bad rumors about you" Eliza concluded.
"You're worried about me? But take it easy, I've prepared something so that our appearance is not flashy."
"Wear it, although it looks ordinary it is still new" said Sebastian while giving one of the robes to Eliza.
Without a doubt Eliza immediately put it on, "I was just wondering, but it turns out the robe is very fitting for you" said Sebastian.
"I didn't expect if you had even prepared this before without asking me first. What if I refuse to go?"
Sebastian grinned, "I know you're leaving, Eliza" he said confidently.
"Hoo, really a confident man." ledek Eliza.
After that, the two of them went to the harvest festival together. They both explore every booth that is there and taste various kinds of common folk snacks.
Eliza who saw Sebastian teary-eyed for eating spicy food laughed out loud, "Stop eating it, your tears and the food mix together."
"Huh.. Inmyi (title).. Huh.. Emnyak (tasty).." said Sebastian while continuing to chew it although not strong with his spicy.
There are also many street artists, poets, musicians, dancers and more. In his life, this was the first time Eliza could enjoy something like this without worrying about how many coins she needed to find and collect after squandering her overnight.
"Eliza, I'll tell you a secret. You can keep a secret, right?" sebastian asked the girl next to him.
Now they are both sitting on a wooden bench near the shower.
"Do I look like an easy person to broadcast the disgrace of others in public?"
"No, I just wanted to make sure. Don't get me wrong."
Elizabeth nodded, "What is this about your own secret?" ask her.
"No, it's about the painter A.L. You said that every time you look at his work you're reminded of John Steinbeck's books, right?"
"Yes, where's the secret?"
"Actually the two men were lovers, but because their relationship was opposed by the A.L.'s family, a Lady from a well-known family would not want them to have to separate. Even so, each of their artwork is always simple as if it is still connected to each other." Sebastian explained with a serious expression.
On the other hand, Elizabeth who had found out about the ins and outs of Sebastian was not at all surprised to hear that. If he doesn't know it, there's no way his plan to get close to Sebastian is going this smoothly. Even so he must still pretend to be enthusiastic and act stupid like a girl in general. Sometimes girls who know too much actually make normal men feel disturbed.
"Really? It is fitting that I always felt a rope between the two people that made their works connected. I did not expect the truth to turn out to be so shocking like this" Eliza said with a surprised look.
Sebastian nodded his head, "You don't know that but can feel the emotions that are contained in each of their works. It's amazing."
"I'm the only one who understands a little bit about artworks being praised like this by a Grand Duke it feels really excessive."
Sebastian smiled at Eliza, "It's late, I'll take you home."
"No need to bother, I can go home by myself."
"Don't turn down my offer, you won't know how dangerous the city is at night" Sebastian said with a serious face.
