Stephen looked at the middle-aged man in disbelief. "Grandfather... Grandpa wasn't lying to me, was he?"

The middle-aged man sounded a little annoyed as he replied, "How could you not hear about all this? How did you get to the upper class in Riverville? Did you guys sneak in the boat?"

"We have a ticket" Stephen hurriedly pulled out his ticket and waved it at him. "We just got back here yesterday. Therefore, there are many things that we do not yet know. Grandpa, what really happened? Can Grandpa tell us?"

"Mr Summers?" Stephen involuntarily turned to look at Tyr. "Master. Summer. He has the same surname as you. It seemed that not all Summers were useless cowards. But since Tyr was sitting right behind, Marcus was unable to see him at all, and thus he felt unsure whether Tyr would appear today or not.

"Jade, can Mister Summers enter the competition today?" She asked.

Jade frowned. "Don't worry. Since he had promised, he would definitely keep it."

Just then, a strong and muscular man in his forties, who was sitting beside Terry, snorted cynically. "Who is Mr Summers really? I'm sure he's too scared to show up. It's better if he doesn't show up."

"Patrick Reynold hired only a few criminals from the north. There's nothing to be afraid of. When the time comes, I, Hector Ward, will go on stage, defeat the so-called fighters from the north, and save the Riverville City Alliance from this terrible situation."

Based on his appearance and charisma, Hector Ward did look extraordinary. However, his arrogance made Marcus and Jade feel extremely uncomfortable.

"Who is this?"
