Tyr didn't care if Stephen actually hired these people. Their appearance frightened Blair, and Tyr did not like his little girl being feared by anyone. Moreover, what Buzzcut said to tease Winifred earlier had angered Tyr.
Tyr was prepared to take action, and once he did, the other party would probably lose a limb or two. What is wrong with having a body that is not fully functional? Why would they rush to death this way?
"Something's wrong..."
However, just as Tyr was about to start confronting Buzzcut and his group, Tyr suddenly felt a strong urge to kill his brother-in-law's cousin! Like the target of a very fierce and venomous snake.
"See there's a gun!"
As ruler of the overseas territory, Regal Palace in Rayne, Germany, Tyr had gone through countless periods of battle and bloody spills and had been eroded by death over a hundred times to be able to exist in this day.
Overseas, dozens of influential figures want Tyr's life. Therefore, Tyr was extremely sensitive to the dangers around him to an aberrant degree though.
Ten meters away, a black muzzle of a gun pointed at Tyr's group. The target was not Tyr but Winifred. Tyr suddenly turned around and saw a soft-bearded middle-aged man standing on a barge nearby, waving his hand. This middle-aged man had hired a sniper in the middle of the crowd. If Tyr did not do as the middle-aged man ordered, the sniper would shoot Winifred right in the head.
Tyr was fully able to find the sniper in no time and take him out, but Tyr was unwilling to take the risk. Since the gun was aimed at the woman he loved, he would regret it for the rest of his life if he made a little mistake.
Tyr felt confident because he had the time to let his guard down in the slightest. He turned around and chased after the middle-aged man with all his might.
"He left?"
Tyr had just left, and Stephen immediately stopped fighting with the Buzzcut group. His expression became very grim.
"Sister Stephen, did that guy just run away?"
Buzzcut and his accomplice look confused, The shocked expressions on their faces like the middle implying that they have never seen a coward during their lives after years of living as in a dark world. When his wife, son, and in-laws were in danger, the man actually ran away!
"That's you!" Stephen snapped and the Buzzcut gang disbanded.
Helen, Winifred, and other family members frowned at Stephen "Stephen, what is this?"
Stephen answered honestly, "These are the people I've hired. I wanted to test Tyr Summers to see if he was really trash. I guess he'll put up a fierce fight when he sees you guys being bullied, even if he ends up falling to the ground, at least he's bleeding. But the man ran away! What kind of a man is he?"
Stephen was very angry. He had given Tyr a zero on his appearance. Right now, his impression of Tyr was so negative that he wanted to beat the man to death! How could a piece of trash like Tyr fit in with his sister?
"Winifred, what kind of man are you marrying? He's completely irresponsible and totally trashy."
Helen, who had just changed her view of Tyr, was currently also inflamed. "What does that trash-Tyr do? His wife and son were terrified, but he turned around and ran away! He is really unreliable! But that's not true..."
Helen's confused. Back then, at Ethan's house, he saw Tyr his own eyes. The man fights very skillfully and has defeated the mercenary gangster Ethan in just a few seconds. Tyr's prowess was still lingering in his mind. "What happened to Tyr today? He had truly humiliated himself!"
Jacob sighed helplessly. He had just reminded Tyr on the ferry, but Tyr did such an act once they got off. Jacob had always considered himself a weak person, but he never expected his son-in-law to be worse than him.
Back then, on the barge, the small house inside was filled with the smell of nicotine. The middle-aged man was sitting in front of a long table while smoking a cigarette in his hand. Behind him stood a man in black glasses. It faintly emitted an aura of hostility.
Tyr opened the door and sat across from the middle-aged man. "For a long time no see, Perry Reynold! I never imagined that you could become one of the five Brave Generals in the Summers family in a short period of less than ten years. You're pretty great!"
Tyr knew this guy. A Brave General who held high authority in the Summers family. The Summers, the northern elite tribe. They had three kings and five generals under their command, and each of these figures was famous in the north. Be it their ability or skill. They're all first class.
Perry still smokes a cigarette in his hand as he squints at Tyr. "You've also changed a lot over the years. I remember you crying the day you were kicked out of the Summers by the Old Lady."
Tyr laughs. "Is that so? I forgot about that incident. It's really embarrassing."
Perry took out a cigarette from the box next to him and handed it to Tyr. "You?"
Tyr picked up his cigarette, lit it, and exhaled his smoke. "I never thought you'd welcome me to Riverville. Why don't you head straight to Khanh City instead?"
Perry laughing. "Have you forgotten that I'm from Riverville? I just went north then for some purpose. I'd like to look for you in Khanh City, but you ended up coming here of your own accord. Tyr, I think Arthur has delivered that message to you. Old Madam misses you so much!"
The smile on Perry's face vanished, and traces of melancholy appeared in his eyes. "An old lady in her seventies misses her granddaughter terribly. Do you really have the heart to see him fall ill from it?"
Tyr exhaled cigarette smoke and laughed. "Kirin Summers' condition is getting worse, isn't it?"
"He's still fine."
Tyr chuckles. "Then, did Arthur remind you earlier?"
"What do you think I'm about?"
Tyr stood up and bowed closer to Perry. "Minds you that if you want to look for me, first of all you need not fear death. Perry Reynold, are you... afraid of dying?"
