CORONAS
30. HARPY

The intended place is a slum housing located in the former factory area, West Range. The slum housing was once a housing that was used as a residence for factory employees. But it was abandoned because the factory had long since gone bankrupt. Sometimes the five of us – I, Yuva, Arfi, Bang Auron, and Kak Alma go to this place to find a fresh atmosphere. Although this housing is shabby and dirty with dry leaves, but the surrounding environment is beautiful. Many trees with roads that are still quite good, and clean from inorganic waste because people rarely visit. We used to call this place Harpy. Because this place managed to take our hearts and make us love this place.

“You're sure that the person you call Auron is here?” ask Dawn doubtfully.

“If the message he left was true, he should be here,” replied me who was also not sure. “Formerly, we very often to this place,”.

Rows of minimalist-sized houses I came one by one. Knock on the door while calling out the names of the two of them. I don't have to be afraid of screaming their names. There's not gonna be anyone around here. I'm certain.

“Ssttt!” I heard a hiss from the right side. I let my eyes and I caught the man I was looking for coming out the door of the house next door.

Sumringah lips. Suddenly the look on his face changed and with a quick step he shot towards me. His arms clutched Dawn's body until Dawn had trouble breathing. Seeing that, my body was immediately moved to break Bang Auron's grip, and quickly explained it.

“Why are you so long? I thought you'd been arrested by them.” Bang Auron immediately opened the conversation as soon as the three of us had entered the house he was currently in. Inside a little dim. Not a single window was opened.

“I have indeed been caught,” I replied short. Bang Auron's eyes glared. “But I was saved by Yuva.”

“How can it?” his question was astonished. Then his eyes blinked a few times looking at my neck. “What happened to your life point? Why can it be lost so much?”

Once again I have to explain the things I experienced with a little time at once about my life point. After hearing everything, Bang Auron began to tell stories. Police ambushed Alma while he was playing with his band. But before the police could catch him, Alma managed to escape. In the midst of his escape, this rocker-style woman took the time to contact Bang Auron by phone. Bang Auron who had not been approached by police immediately left a message in front of his rented house, then rushed to hide himself.

“Actually I barely intend to leave that message. Because I thought that neither you nor Arfi would head to this place when you were also chased.”

I'm shaking. Maybe because I've been caught hunting, so I don't think about Harpy. Luckily Bang Auron had the initiative to leave that message. And lucky too, Bang Auron was still hiding in this place. I'm very, very grateful. The dust, the bad smells, the damp air, I don't care anymore. For a while I had to be friends with this situation. While looking for a solution. Thinking of a way out that until now I have not found, and even more buried in it.

“We're running out of time, can't be constantly a fugitive.” The voice of a familiar woman suddenly mingled. A figure I knew very well emerged from behind the door that slowly opened, then closed again. In his hand was a package whose contents looked quite a lot. Of course, he also changed his appearance to be unrecognizable. His rock style changed into a normal woman style without make-up, wearing a long dress, wearing glasses, and styling his hair more neatly.

“Well, then who is this foreigner? Not a spy, is it?” ask Alma relaxed.

“Not.”

“Dawn!” answer Dawn quickly. “I'm a friend of Eldan. Maybe you still don't trust me completely. But I promise you, I won't leak this hideout to anyone. I'll help Eldan-.”

“It was indeed one of them,” cut Bang Auron. Bang Auron glanced at me, then looked back at Dawn to continue his words. “You do realize that you have already implicated yourself in this matter? You can also be in danger. You could be accused of conspiracy.”

Dawn and I shut up.

“Sorry if you offend. But from what I've seen, it seems you didn't think long of contacting him, Eldan. You're still insensitive in this matter. Although he is a good friend, you should not involve him,” Bang Auron said. But he was wrong. I already knew that this was going to hit Dawn. But with me who can't do anything on my own, it leaves me no choice.

“Eldan not wrong,” rebut Dawn fast. “From first I offered myself often. So that Eldan doesn't forget to call me if he gets into trouble. Eldan is a good man. He is not very sensitive, but he is very good. I'm happy to be able to help him,” he continued with a serious face and eyes as if he was the savior of the world.

The two people who were older than me looked at each other. Instead of showing a happy face, the look on their faces did not show that they were relieved by Dawn's confession. From the fine thin wrinkles on their foreheads it had already shown that there was still a cursory worry emanating from the two of them.

“All consequences will be borne. You don't have to worry about me,” said Dawn who felt confident.

The sound of heavy breathing came out from the mouth of Brother Alma. Bang Auron was resting his body on the back of a used sofa piece behind him. This stupid me can already catch Dawn winning this debate. My smile wanted to expand, but it didn't feel like I deserved it. I'm happy, but also anxious and feeling guilty about Dawn's involvement.

“It looks like a fool will meet another fool,” suddenly the man who is still laying down on the sofa piece is lying down. “One more fool is growing in our group. I don't know what's going to happen I won't take a headache again.”
