19. HUNTING LIFE POINT BACK

April 27 and 28, 2046, Friday and Saturday are the days with the tuition hours suspended. At one o'clock in the afternoon we usually finished with the lecture on those two days. And at that time, every lecture I finished I immediately invited Krista to collect Life Point. The target is my neighborhood neighbors who often ask for help.

Fortunately, their thoughts had not been contaminated by the people who were out there. Those kind neighbors of mine still receive the help we offer. Most of them are old people. If the same age or age is not too far away from me, the majority have gone out of town.

Krista's first day helped one of her neighbors who was planting vegetable seeds in her spacious backyard. He spent about two hours to finish it. Even though I have to feel the heat of the sun bite. But it paid off with an additional Life Point of 23 days.

The second day I took him to another neighbor. The first helps a mother to keep her baby for a while because she has to rearrange her contents according to the feng shui she learns. Krista gets 18 points a day from here. Second, Krista helps other neighbors in cooking business because the homeowner held a large meal together. The assistance this time was quite time-consuming until seven in the evening. But the rewards received were also quite large, 31 points a day earned. While I, only occasionally help him even most of my time I use just to watch Krista activities.

I wish I had done this for Yuva too. But what can be done. I was too slow to think and tell. If only Yuva could get me to meet these kind-hearted neighbors soon, it wouldn't be like this. In the view of the neighbors, my mother and I were kind people. But the truth is that we both think so. Without these neighbors, maybe we wouldn't be able to live this long.

“What do you dream of, Eldan?” krista asked suddenly pulled me from the reverie. He is sitting next to me now holding his drink. We're still in the possession area.

“For someone who often fainted and treated at home, your stamina is quite great can also help them until this hour,” reply me to his question.

Krista dropped her shoulders followed by her slightly sideways neck staring at me. “I'm really exhausted right now. The job was really heavy. I feel like I want to drop myself on my bed right now,” reply with a little spoiled. “Bringing onions, grinding chili peppers, straddling dishes and glasses, making condiments, stirring dishes in a large pan. My breath is still wheezing until now,” he added again.

I smiled at him talking in a tone that felt close to me. It's like talking to Yuva. “Yes, but if you look around, it's like that. You're strong enough. Should have fainted immediately if doing a pretty heavy job. Not to mention your knowledge in terms of cooking also surprised me,” reply me again.

I who heard it laughed, laughed. Not laughing because of that funny explanation. But because of the sudden sound of his laughter coming out without any burden it was that pulled my laughter into the air.

“But this is fun,” Krista said again with a more calm face. “I've never been this useful for someone else. Although I had to ask for a reply directly from them, this gave me a new experience.”

I looked at his face that was busy watching the guests who came at this food banquet. He smiled thinly. Then a line of illumination light bounced off her tears flowing thinly across her cheeks. I don't know what's on his mind. Is it sad because he has a disease that forces him to do voluntary action, or is he moved because he is happy to be able to do something useful for the sake of others? It feels like I want to ask like, “why cry?” While wiping his tears. Then without being ordered my palm immediately moved closer to the source of the line of light that was on his cheek.

“Ah, sorry, it seems like I have to hurry home,” Krista said after she glanced at her watch and wiped her tears in a hurry. My hands stopped reaching the end of his eyes like a motorbike running out of gas. “You can take me to the front road, right, Eldan?”

I'm nodding. Then I took him to meet the owner of the pilgrimage to say goodbye. With a bit of pleasantry, we both left this place. The distance from here to my house is only two alleys. So we just walked around the area. Arriving at the end of the alley, I saw a black limousine waiting by the side of the road.

“Thank you for the help today, Eldan. I've been picked up,” he said as he pointed towards the limousine that stopped it.

I swallowed my saliva in shock. Last night he came home by taxi. But this time he was picked up by a luxury car. With a little stammering and putting on a plain face, I pointed at the luxury vehicle as well. Krista nodded, waved her hand and moved towards the black limousine.

But before he could get into it, I called him again. “Tomorrow Sunday, right? How about we go back together? I'll take Dawn as well let a little rame,” take me.

Krista's lips curled wide. The look on his face showed an expression of joy like a child getting a bag of candy. Then he answered by supporting her. Krista opened the car door and entered. Then the long car started making noises and soon disappeared from sight.
