Climbing Mount Slamet

Climbing Mount Slamet
The Figure in the Dining Room

My condition is getting better. Even now I can walk slowly. Stretch your body by walking around the yard. Since my house is in a fairly quiet complex during the day, I usually walk a little way to find fresh air outside the house.

"Be careful, Jenna. Don't go far. Mama has to go to work now. If not.."

"Jenna's okay, Ma. Jenna's strong." I said cutting Mama's words. Hope my words this time can calm Mama down. Because it was the youth who accompanied me every day to walk around the complex even though it was not too far away.

"Yet again, Mom apologized. Soon as Mama's business is done, Mama will be home soon." said Mama who I answered with a nod of the head.

I asked Robby to come home. Alone the house in conditions not yet fully make me worry. Especially if at any time the spirit of Dance will come again. Or if it's true Lukman's threat will happen to me.

"But I can't be fast, Jen. I'm still at college. I'm trying to get to your house in half an hour." Robby replied to a message I sent her a moment ago.

"Yes, I wait." I reply briefly.

"You don't go anywhere first. Stay home and phone me or anyone else if needed." reply Robby again who I answer with a thumb emoticon on my screen.

I put my phone back on the small table beside the bed. A morning walk alone makes me tired and bored. I decided to go back home and go back to bed.

Dugs.dug...

Just now that I was intending to close my eyes, there was now the sound of someone walking loudly on the floor. It's impossible if it's Robby. He said that he would be at my house in half an hour at the earliest, and that meant there was a chance that Robby would be home more than expected. Especially in addition this time he is still on campus because Robby took S2 education on the sidelines of his busy time working.

I chose to get up and walk towards the door. Intend to peek at what and who is out there. It just so happened that the door of my room was facing the room that connected with the dining room. From my room I could see who was in the room. I peeked through the door I opened a little to see who was currently at the dining table. But it was not so obvious. I decided to open the door a little wider. Seen from behind the back figure of a man sitting down like a person is eating and facing towards the closet, with a position behind me that is currently standing right at the door of the room. I scrunched my forehead considering that figure could not be Robby. Robby who has a high and large posture is unlikely to turn out to be thin and tall in a short time.

It appears that the figure stopped his activities. No more eating equipment. My heart began to irregularly beat when it was seen that the figure was just silent without doing anything other than staying down.

Bruukk...

I closed the door immediately when the figure I was observing suddenly turned and looked at me. As much as I could, I tried to lock the door from inside. But because I was too panicked, the key that I was holding always fell like someone deliberately made me fail to lock the door.

My hands and body were shaking. Staring at the two blackened irises of the figure. The familiar but very pale face was a little bluish, making me remember who the owner of the figure's face was.

After much effort, I finally managed to lock the room door from the inside. As fast as lightning I reach the phone that was lying on the nightstand earlier. Pressing the screen and trying to dial a number that I think is very important. It didn't take long, the voice across there answered my phone immediately.

"Hallo, yeah, Jen. I'll be there any minute." Robby's voice was heard across the street. But instead of me making a sound, I just sobbed as a knock on the door slowly sounded across the room. I retreated slowly, leaned against the closet and slowly flopped onto the floor. In a sitting position I lay my face between my knees that I bend.

Robby sounded panicked on the phone. He even forbade me to turn off the phone.

"Hallo, Jen. Jenna's. What was? Jen, don't turn the phone off. Wait for me to arrive soon." said the man who accompanied me all this time since we were in school.

The sound of knocking on the bedroom door started to sound faster and louder. Even this time his voice was almost similar to a bang. But there's no one's voice out there. Only the sound of the door being knocked many times without pause.
