"May I ask you?" The woman wearing the knee-length dress looked at him.

"Please leave it." Dev caught a glimpse of it.

"That veiled woman you knew?" Rena looks curious, she remembers even the small things related to the man.

"Oh, my ex-boyfriend. She was with her husband." Dev replied with dislike.

"Still like it?" Rena still doesn't ask enough questions.

Dev smiled, "You're so curious, is that important to you?." Dev looked at Rena's face deeper.

"I'm just curious." He answered like he didn't care, but his heart was half-dead curious.

"She's a woman that mom likes, she's kind and gentle." Dev replies, remembering a thing that was past.

"He's the one you told me about that night?" Asked Rena again, this time she brought her face closer.

"Yes." Yeah." Dev smiled wryly, of course he was disappointed.

"Oh, she's not very pretty, just plain." He said as innocent, Dev only caught a glimpse of it, not responding to anything.

"Who are you staying in town with?" Dev asked the girl, she was astonished at her relaxed attitude.

"Alone, I'm just bored." The answer.

"True, if you're bored it feels like you want to go, but I'm confused where to go." Dev threw away his sight.

"Are you desperate? You don't even want to rise from that feeling. Life is short, what to regret that has happened forever." He said, sometimes his words need to be heard and it makes Dev interested.

"I have to how?" Dev wanted to know the girl's answer.

"Fell in love again." The answer is plain and short.

"You don't know who I am, I'm a sick man who's just waiting for time. I can't have children, nor will I marry, for marrying someone to me is like finding a wife to hurt." Dev looks desperate.

"What are you sick of?" Rena was unrelenting with her curiosity.

"I'm infected with HIV." Dev stared at that face, he hoped the woman was surprised and blurred. But in contrast to reality, he seemed unfazed.

"Then you have to find a woman who can accept you for who you are." Rena replied, she's not worried.

"That doesn't exist!" Dev raised his voice, not even if he cared whether the woman would leave or still want to be his chattermate.

"You haven't tried." He said again, smiling sweetly.

"Maybe, or maybe someone like you can accept me." Dev stared at that face, smiling meaningfully with a look he wanted to have.

"If you want to try." The answer. The woman passed by with a smile, she went back to the hotel where she was staying.

"He doesn't understand, or is unable to think?" Dev also moved from where they were chatting, he was tired of course want to sleep rest at home.

If love is blind, then what about people like her? is there a million people in this world? He doesn't believe.

"David is a lot." Ayu approached David who was standing to see his employees busy with their respective tasks.

"Yes, sometimes they don't have time to eat." David embraces Ayu, not allowing her to return jealous.

"It's worth Adi increasing the number of employees every week." Ayu rested her head on David's chest, either he might deliberately show his affection to the female employee David who was also entering work today.

"Don't be angry again, baby." David turned to his wife who was spoiled, this was the first thing he did, making David's heart really flowery.

"Beautiful newlyweds, as if the world belonged to both." Aldo passed by them.

"I thought you weren't coming." David laughing.

"Aman, my wife has her ration." Aldo chuckled, his hands busy with a laptop and paper on the table.

"Sir, the coffee from the plantation has come. Our warehouse is full." Adi approached Aldo, sitting in front of him.

"You arrange the management, I deliberately bring all because the big harvest will end. The quality will decrease if it's not in coffee season." Aldo.

"Good sir." Adi nodded in understanding. "I'm back at work." Adi is busy with his work.

"Hey, did you go home last night? I can't believe you're that good?" David approached his partner.

"Not to be a kepo." Aldo is still struggling with his laptop.

"Huh, did you hit him?" David still couldn't bear to tease her.

"Ah, I'm not that bad." He laughed a little.

"I guessed it." David was sitting next to his partner he leaned in to see his wife outside the cafe standing in the lobby.

"I'll be very busy from tomorrow." Aldo looked at David.

"I also seem to have to help Ayu from tomorrow, you know for yourself that the company still needs a new order." David seemed to think.

"May Adi be reliable. Ah yes yesterday Reva asked lowong for uncle's children who are in the plantation, men and women." Aldo told David.

"Just enter, if possible one of them for Adi's colleagues. So we can help each of our wives." David looks happy.

"Say you don't want to be away from your wife." Aldo said he knew exactly because he did too.

"What's more, I want her to get pregnant quickly like your wife." David laughing.

"That means our son will grow up together, I'm sure my daughter." Aldo seemed happy to imagine it.

"I want a boy." David was no less happy.

"That means your son will look after my daughter, I'm sure she'll grow up great like her scrappy mother." Aldo chuckles amusedly.

"Then how is your daughter, will she become a love slave like you?" David teased his partner again.

"Oh no. She'll be like my wife, kind and good at taking care of herself. There'll be a lot of guys who'll be glaring at him." Aldo bragged.

"really? What if my son likes your daughter?" David was interested in their jokes.

"Let it go, as long as you're ready to see your son become a love slave." Aldo laughed when he heard it.

"That sounds fun, so I want it to happen." David looked out.

"Hopefully, I can rest easy if my daughter is with you." His words look serious.

"Well, they weren't even born yet." David laughed and thought about it.

"Then make it immediately, if it's too far away I don't want to be different with you." Aldo said as if he had thought nothing.

"Ish you, you think I'm not trying. I even tried so hard." David answered, raising his voice.

Aldo chuckled amusedly, hearing it he could already imagine how tormented Ayu was. Aldo leaned back for a moment, thinking about his beloved wife at home, what was he doing? Truly missing him already made him smile, especially when with him, it was very happy.
