"You're defending him?" Reina still likes that discussion.
"I'm not defending him, and please be nice even if it's just pretend." Dev left Reina out, it was lazy to always have to argue with her.
Reina opened the closed room, deliberately opened it slowly without a sound and did not open it entirely. He looked at the face of the sleeping child carefully.
"It's similar!" he was still standing between the doors. "I'm sure he's Dev's son and that woman, there's no way they'd be so compact if they weren't their real children."
In the morning, Dimi wakes up and searches for Dev or anyone else in the house, looking for some rooms but none. There was the sound of the clanking of kitchen tools like a person cooking, he immediately approached.
"Mother!" call slowly.
"You awake?" ask Reina.
"Yes, where's Dad?" dini dini plain.
"He's in the room maybe?" the woman was busy with her cooking.
Dimi turned around and immediately looked for where Dev was, the little boy turned around and his gaze turned to the front door, the Balcony beside it was partly facing Aldo's house. He opened the door and stood there, although blocked by the wall and only visible to the eyes, he stood on his tiptoes looking at the atmosphere in the front house there.
"What are you doing outside?" Dev.
"I just saw if Zahira had woken up" she replied, turning to face Dev.
Dev smiles and holds Dimitri, his name is Dimitri. They both looked at the house in front of them, only two security guards were in sight, maybe they were still busy.
"Mother must be helping me change clothes, and Zahira's playing by herself." Dimi laughed considering the activities in the house.
Dev smiled a little, imagining the woman he once loved was helping Aldo wear clothes, it must have been so much fun, he could not imagine how happy the family across there was. A beautiful and polite woman, always good at pleasing her husband, it is only natural that her best friend will be willing to die defending her.
"Did your father ever scold you?" dev asked to know.
"No." replied the little boy very honestly.
It's funny, sometimes the sincere feeling suddenly evaporates just like that if you imagine how happy their lives are. Want to avoid and not see but already in this place, so for now can only resign and enjoy everything there.
"Let me go home Daddy, I have to go to school." asked the little boy.
"Oh, okay. From today I'll take you as well." Dev raised the small body so high that his tiny face looked down to look at Dev and laughed happily, the slightly black milk teeth lined up though not as high, making him look even more funny.
Only the two of them knew what it was like to be happy, the child who had wanted to meet for a long time, and the father who had been desperate and found him as a long-suffering healer. A flash of shadow with Mey flashed back, how her smile and laughter still remembered was clearly so sweet and soothing. The relationship they went through during the six months made Dev very happy, although it eventually made him fall and hurt, and eventually the wound was healed with the presence of a baby, as Mey asked 'I want to conceive your child.'
"Mey, I've found our son, I'm so happy with the treasure you left, and God is so kind to us, there is Dimi who can still continue our lives in this world, there is Dimi who we can expect to be a good person unlike us who are full of sin and error, he said, and I am so grateful that our children are healthy, not suffering from such a torturous disease as we are. I hope you're happy there, calm there, maybe I'll catch up with you there soon. Despite all the stories that drain my heart, you are the woman who gives me the effect of pain, pain, and even happiness. My first love, and Dimitri my last love."
They went across the street in front of his house to Aldo's house, in Dimi's courtyard came down from Dev's sling and immediately ran inside.
"Mother!" she was so impatient to meet.
"Let's take a shower!" tuti's voice also slightly shouted asking the little boy to take a shower immediately.
Dev was silent, but eventually he returned home and prepared himself for work.
"Breakfast!" Reina was preparing food on the table.
Dev sat with his hands still busy putting on the buttons.
"Reina, you'll be shopping for vegetables and whatever other necessities. Dimi will stay here and if you don't mind you also preparing supplies for him at school, I see every day he brings provisions even if only a piece of bread" said Dev while starting breakfast.
"Yes." replied Reina briefly.
Dev smiled a little, maybe he was grateful this morning there was no debate.
"I'm leaving!" he said he had finished breakfast and was leaving for work.
Seen in the front yard is crowded and very busy this morning, that's why Reva asked Erita to come to help even have to come to the office. As of now Reva will be working, as Aldo has to leave for out of town taking care of their project with Anggara.
"Dimi, you left with your father." Aldo refers to Dev who is ready with his military uniform.
"Yes." he nodded, half running towards the man in a striped shirt who was his real father.
"Darling, later you only need to lead the meeting, then you can go home." as usual, the handsome man in the suit hugged and kissed his wife's cheeks so friendly.
"Yes mas." she replied smilingly as the kiss now turned on the puffed cheek of Zahira, the smooth and dimpled white cheek looked delicious when kissed by her father.
"Let's hurry!" Anggara who had been waiting a little screamed.
"Ish, he's so happy to bother me." Aldo immediately released Reva as well as Zahira and headed for his car.
"For a long time." grunts again.
"That's why you're looking for a wife, so you don't get dizzy seeing me make out with my wife!" Aldo looked at her annoyedly.
Their car has been driving but there is still debate from the two.
"I'm still looking for him." Anggara replied not to lose.
"After you get married." Aldo was still not upset, they were sitting close together in the back.
"I'm so young, there's no need to rush."
"Should hurry." Aldo is a little pushy.
"Shut up!" Ricky yelled at them both.
"You yelling at me?" Anggara stared intently at him.
