"Dimi baby, we'll take a little walk, son, with this uncle too." Aldo approached the little boy who was busy playing with his little daughter.
"But Dad!" dimi's eyes looked towards Dev.
"Not long, baby, we're buying you new food and toys." Aldo tried to seduce her.
"Go baby, it'll be okay, don't forget to buy a toy for your sister too." Reva seduced him.
"Right, sister doesn't have any toys yet." Dimi seemed happy to hear it, really some time he was with Zahira made him feel like a big brother.
"Yes, go and buy a lot." Reva gave him some spirit.
The boy stood looking at Aldo for a moment and hugged him.
The sight that made Dev's heart ache, imagining how after Dimi came with him, would it be that happy?
"Let's go!" Aldo carried the six-year-old into the car, knowing he often stole glances at his friend, only trying to hide his face behind Aldo's shoulder.
"I'm in your car." said Dev, after being outside, eager to get close to the little boy. Just seeing it is not enough to let go of longing, longing for the warmth of having a child, also longing for the figure of the woman who had filled her heart and pregnant her child.
"Sit near uncle yeah, Dad's gonna drive." Aldo positioned the boy sitting in the middle between him and Dev.
Dev smiles at the boy, his hands rubbing Dimi's head and shoulders, really wanting to hug him tightly.
"Why did you come here?" tanya Dimi looked at the hospital page that was so big.
"We're just gonna do a medical, baby, aren't you going to school?" Aldo.
"Do you have to have a medical exam if you're going to school?" ask again.
"Yes, so that your teacher can fill in the data about your blood type." Aldo answered the truth, even though there were lies he could not tell.
"Well, I can't wait to go to school" she replied happily, followed by a smile on Dev's thin lips.
Aldo accompanied him inside, followed by Dev with anxious expectations in his heart. One side he hopes Dimi is his son, but on the other hand he is worried whether Reina can accept the reality if he already has children.
Towards the Maghrib the three men arrived at Aldo's house, the little boy seemed very happy with the various toys Aldo bought and Dev.
"I want to go upstairs to see Zahira give me this toy." He ran without waiting for an answer.
"Then I go home, thank you for your time I know you're tired and busy" Dev told his best friend.
"No problem, I hope he's your son. At least you have a real soulmate." Aldo smiled understandingly, he knew his best friend was embarrassed and went awry.
"Thank you, I'm sure he's my son." replied Dev quietly.
*
One week had passed, Dimi had already entered school that day. With a red-and-white uniform and a slightly large hat the boy seemed to be walking excitedly.
"Uncle!" calling him to stare, his steps stopped when he knew that the one who picked him up was Dev instead of Aldo or the driver at his house.
"Darling." called Dev quietly, his eyes wet withstanding the puddles that were already full. The man sat on his knees before Dimi, staring at the heart, haru and happy mixed into one.
"Does this uncle deserve to be your father?" he said, the tears that he held back finally fell too, not in the hope that the little boy was crying, his shoulders seemed to sway with tears that poured, he said, his little hand rubbed the blurred eyes from tears.
His little hand grabbed something inside the uniform, a heart-shaped necklace he took off and gave it to Dev.
"What is this, baby?" dev asked with a trembling voice.
There was no answer just still looking at him full of longing.
Dev opened the necklace and saw what was stored in it, and he was really surprised by something tucked in there.
"May!" his call trembled, Dev grew even more weeping and immediately grabbed Dimi into his warm embrace, so tightly, so tightly that the two wept could no longer bear it, the crying voice of the six-year-old was heartbreaking.
"Why didn't you tell me back then?" said Dev in between his cries.
"I'm afraid you won't accept me." he replied with a whim.
"I'm sorry, son, I'm sorry. I was late to find you." he said bitterly.
"I'm living alone Dad, mom's gone with a weak body, she's really suffering Dad." she's venting the grief she's been so longing for.
"Sorry, sorry dear." Dev still hugged her.
Long until the school was deserted, the first grade children had gone home entirely and disappeared from the school yard. Both father and son had just ended their longing.
"Father, huh?" tanya Dev stared at the plain face that was still wet with the rest of the tears.
"I have to go home and get permission with mom" he replied innocently.
"Dad's gonna call your mom" Dev said, pulling out his phone. "Your mother" ah really that word is more appropriate but unfortunately she is not the woman who will be the mother to Dimi. If only, and again if.
"Dear, we're going home to meet another mother." Dev tried to explain.
"Do I have many mothers now?" the boy asked with his hand still tightly grasping Dev's hand.
"Of course, the good boy will have a lot of family" Dev replied reassuringly.
"Let's go baby." Dev asks her to get in the car first.
Not long after they arrived at Dev's house, Reina and Erita were standing in front of their house.
Dev came down with Dimi in his arms, he was still longing to hold the little boy so tightly.
"Darling, we're going in for a while there's something I want to talk to you about." Dev's friendly.
The girl smiled happily, but she was astonished to see the boy in her husband's arms.
"Who is he?" reina asked very curious.
"It's Dimi, our son." she said with a smile, but not with Reina, her face wrinkled with wonder and wonder.
"What do you mean?" the woman still couldn't digest Dev's words.
"Reina, consider him our son, can't we have children? By having Dimi then can fill the void of our days." he said again, a little glance at the little boy sitting politely just listening to the chatter of adults in front of him.
"Why didn't you tell me first, don't you have a wife now and you should have asked for my consent first" she replied, looking dislikeful.
