With little difficulty the neat-haired man embraced and took her down.
"Is he often like this?" Aldo's voice made the neat-haired man surprised.
"Yes." Yeah." The answer was short, then back carrying the limp body into his house.
Aldo followed him behind, continuing to look at him with a questionable look. "Just leave him, let me take care of him" Aldo said again. The cold gaze Aldo gave off made the neat-haired man shrivel, it seemed like he was a junior to Dev.
"Let's Bang!" He's saying goodbye.
Aldo nodded as he approached the limp-leaning Dev, he was drunk.
"Why are you like this?" Aldo looked at her seriously, watching that helpless skinny face and body.
"Where's my fiance?" Dev asked as if he was in a dreamland.
"Dev, Reva is in my house." Aldo.
"Reva, I'm sorry" he said, coughing. "I'm alone, I'm alone! Everything's gone." she said, so pathetic.
"You're not alone, I'm here." Aldo said that even if the person being spoken to would not understand.
"You, you left me too" he said slowly. Dev fell asleep on the couch with his clothes undone and his shoes still attached.
Silent.
Aldo massaged his forehead, he really wanted to get angry, wanted to argue, wanted to hit him if necessary. But seeing Dev like this made him feel sad, there was pain that pierced his heart, remember when Aldo was orphaned. That day his mother's funeral had just been done, little Aldo cried alone mourning the death of his mother, his only parents after being abandoned. His tears poured out unbending, small hands filled with the ground rubbing eyes that felt blurred closed in tears, really he did not know what to do after that, he did not know, even cooking rice alone he could not. He was 12 years old, but for a boy he had never learned cooking or other homework.
"Mother." call her on that mound of earth.
"Let's go home, you go home, I still have a mother." Dev extended his hand.
"But_" little Aldo cried.
"Don't cry, the neighbor says you're a handsome boy, if you keep crying you'll look ugly." Dev tried to cheer him up.
"I'm sad." replied Aldo little still in his pathetic-sounding prank.
"I know, that's why I'm taking you home. You can borrow my mother." Dev still stretched out his hand.
Aldo still did not move, until Dev embraced him and invited him to stand. "Let's go home, it'll rain." Dev looked up and pointed up. And finally Aldo said, the two little children came home with a sad heart, Aldo was not stopping with tears, dirty hands and clothes to pants full of soil.
"From now on I'm your brother, you're my sister. My mother is your mother too." said Dev so encouragingly.
Aldo rubbed his eyes. "Thank you." Aldo hugged Dev's body that was slightly taller than him, because indeed he was older than Aldo.
Busy with daydreams and sadness, Aldo finally fell asleep and without feeling until dawn before Aldo just woke up with surprise, he forgot to contact his wife.
"Jeez, Reva must be very worried." He went out, but in preventing someone who he had not realized had also awakened, Dev pulled his hand.
"Wait." stop Dev slow.
"You awake?" Aldo sat down.
"Why are you here?" dev asked, clenching his forehead.
"Just a coincidence, you better take a shower first." Aldo pointed at Dev who looked very messy.
The man did not answer, trying to get up with a heavy head. His legs until stumbled until his thin body staggered forward, lucky Aldo stood up and held his best friend's shoulder swiftly.
The eyes of the two stared at each other, there was sadness within the eyeballs of the two, a limp Dev with a million sufferings in his heart, his body as well as his soul. Aldo who goes awry with everything in nature, his best friend, his wife and children, along with the memories of childhood with his best friend.
"Dev, what's it because of me that you've become like this?" Those sharp clear eyes looked teary. Staring straight into the black eyeballs of Dev's best friend.
"No, but it's my own fault" he replied softly, one hand still holding the head.
"Am I being too rude to you?" Aldo felt guilty.
"I was wrong, I hit you first" he replied, leaving Aldo standing.
"Dev I'm sorry, I shouldn't have left you alone. I'm also guilty of you." he said, his steps slightly forward eager to get close to Dev.
Dev did not reply, continuing his slow steps towards the bathroom. With thoughts that no one understands.
Aldo stood up, looking at Dev who had passed and disappeared behind the bathroom door. Her heart grew increasingly chaotic, whether she had to reconcile or still hold back emotions over what she had previously known, as well as there was still a lot she wanted to know from the man. Although sometimes the sense of brotherhood between the two still feels so close, but in one situation they also want the same thing, making the two have to argue and tire of each other dropping. The situation that gets more complicated every time they meet makes Aldo difficult to make a decision. Or should taking Reva away from the city be the best option? But if you're dealing with Dev like this, Aldo can't bear to leave him alone. And if Aldo stays with Dev, of course Reva will feel uncomfortable.
"Arrggghhhh.." Aldo rubbed his hair into a mess. Plunge his tired body on the sofa that has been sitting there for a long time to enjoy it. The childhood they spent together.
Aldo came out of the house and left Dev still in the bathroom, as if the man was spewing out his entrails many times. Grabbing the car keys and locking the door of his house, home is the right choice, beloved wife is waiting with a very worried mind of course.
Arrive at home.
"Bag!!" Reva was holding Zahira on the front porch waiting for her return.
"Dear." Aldo hugged and kissed his wife's cheek, his longing clear eyes were so happy when he met the two soul mates.
"Why don't you come home all night, I'm afraid something's happened." Reva enjoyed Aldo's embrace on his shoulder.
"Sorry baby, I didn't get to tell you because I was at Dev's house." Reveal slowly.
"Why can it be there?" Reva stopped her steps before climbing the stairs. His eyes looked questioningly.
"I went to see him, but he came home drunk. I can't leave him alone." Aldo.
"Other times call me mas." he replied spoiled.
"Sorry dear." Aldo kissed his cheeks again.
