The Meeting Before the Wedding Part I

As usual Amanda does her daily activities. Looks like the files are piling up on his desk. Today it seems like he will be busy. Dozens of files he had to sign. Not to mention the various important meetings he had to attend today.

Never think, as a company owner, he just simply sits sweet, enjoying the day without working hard. Unlike that, in fact Amanda had to spend a day with dozens of activities that drain her mind as well. The phone he put on the table rang, indicating a message coming in. He grabs the object, reading a short message from Ella his personal assistant

"Sorry Manda, if I bother you. Mr. Ardi Sebastian, would like to see you. There's something important he wants to talk to you about" Ella said

"Send him in. And tell him he only has thirty minutes to talk to me" Amanda replied.

A few minutes later, Ardi Sebastian was seen from behind the door. He paid his respects to Amanda

"Good morning Miss, sorry to interrupt your time" he said later.

"Sit down, and tell me what you want to talk about" Amanda said

Ardi thought for a moment, putting together sentences as effectively as possible. He took a slow breath before he finally spoke.

"Look Miss, my son is willing to marry you. As your request, this marriage will be kept secret from the general public."

"I've done everything well. The wedding will be in two weeks, Miss. I arranged everything, as Miss ordered," he said carefully

Hearing that, Amanda seemed to smile with satisfaction. The game will start soon. In a moment, his revenge will be unleashed on the man. Unknowingly, Ardi noticed Amanda's facial expression

She smiles. What miracle I got today. He's really smiling. Wait, what is this woman thinking. What's the plan next? inner Ardi

He tried to control himself again. He wasn't done talking, there was one more thing he had to say. However, the courage he had slowly disappeared. The woman looked as if she was staring intently at him, the smile that had appeared to be adorning her face had already vanished, cold. That's what he can conclude.

"Sorry Miss, there's one more thing I want to say. More precisely, it is a request. If you'd like to, my son would like to meet you, before the wedding day,"

"Please take your time Miss, I'll arrange everything for you" Ardi looked pleading.

His body trembled a little. Fearful of his request even put him in increasingly complicated trouble

"Alright, I'll meet your son. My assistant will give you the next news. I think everything is finished. I will continue some of my pending work. Please come out, sir," he said, allowing Ardi to move out

"Thank you very much for your time, Miss. Thank you for your kindness to my family. I will pray for your happiness" Ardi said before leaving the room.

He was able to breathe a little, everything went according to plan. He continued to pray in his heart, may the days ahead pass without problems, may everything go well.
